Blanket not comfortable, itchy and should not use the wool type blanket cover. Bed seems a bit dusty. Should provide 1 set small size towel. Thank you.

The hotel needs to be refurbish. Carpet at corridor seems too old and deteriorated. Lights panel in room is not well functioned and also we stay with an unpleasant smell of wood shellac during the day.

From basement parking to lobby no lift so need to climb stairs. In booking.com @ agoda dont have inc breakfast option so need to add on walk in.
