The bathroom shower floor is floated even showering with low water pressure. Toilet bowl are so dirty. Carpet looks dirty. Switch button cover broken. Outside was so noisy whole night. Vehicles all the time. Morning breakfast sucks. No buffet, only ala cart ordered. Western breakfast all fried, not healthy + flies around.

Parking area at basement terhad dan kecil serta membahayakan. Bau najis burung kuat dan menyeramkan. Sarapan cukup hampa dengan cara ala carte dan kurang sedap. Jadi pilhan makanan cukup terhad. Hanya bagi 1 bilik untuk seorang sarapan sahaja. Better booking bilik penginapan sahaja di hotel ini dan sarapan di luar dengan memberikan banyak pilihan dan velue for money

The aircond was not cold at all. There is a cockroach running around on the bed. I reached at the hotel around 3am++ and was so tired. The room was not clean at all. I used to stay here before and it used to be so comfy. But not this time. And its not worth it at all. I can get the same price at Park Avenue or Cinta Sayang Resort. Not gonna stay here ever again.

Reviewed Dec 17, 2025The hospitality and professionalism of the staff is commendable. All the staffs especially the one at the reception areas were very helpful in answering questions . If i come back again to this hotel, it is probably due to the great service and hospitality of the staffs. The furniture in the room are all well maintained and in good conditioned.
Parking space is rather limited.

1. The Poolside was not well maintained, too dirty and mouldy, 2. Approaching front desk for safety box in the room till check out didn't received any news. 3. Guest lift smells drainage 4 . Bath towels stains and old should change 5. Walk away corridor quite cleaned but music too loud after 12am. 6. Remove the white car in front of the lobby to ensure other cars or grab and go in, especially during the raining period.

The parking. There are a few free hotel parking spots at the basement. When we were there, a car blocked the exit. We had to exit by the entrance (luckily no car was coming in at the same time). Be warmed you have to pay for the parking outside the hotel (except for Saturday) from 8.00 am to 7.00 pm. to the SP Town Council.
