Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Nos cambiaron de habitación superior a deluxe para que las ventanas se pudiesen abrir. Pero resulta que solo las superior tienen ventilador. Nos cambiaron sin decirnos nada y sin que nosotros aprobáramos ese cambio. El resultado es que no pudimos dormir nada porque no teníamos ventilador.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026La terrasse est super agréable pour manger le soir et le matin, le lit est vraiment très confortable, tout est bien pensé et neuf. Le prix du parking à 15 CHF pour 24h correspond au prix du parking P+R de la gare juste à côté. Comme je n'ai parqué que 12h, j'ai utilisé le P+R pour 8,50 CHF, mais si on reste 24h, le parking de l'hôtel est mieux car plus proche (juste en dessous).
Le premier train le matin, je crois avant 5h30, m'a réveillée, car j'avais laissé la porte sur la terrasse ouverte pour la nuit. Mais lorsqu'elle est fermée cela va bien.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Ontzettend meedenkend personeel! Wij twijfelden of we twee nachten zouden boeken, maar kregen meteen de kamers te zien en mochten zelf kiezen welke we wilden. De kamer was ruim, comfortabel en werd na de eerste dag keurig opgeruimd. Het personeel kwam heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam over. Het hotel ligt naast het spoor, maar hier hoor je binnen helemaal niets van. Zeker een aanrader!
Enig nadeel is dat je voor het parkeren moet betalen, ongeveer €16.

La douche au plafond a inondé la salle de douche complète. Un micro onde serait un plus. Des petits repas supplémentaires dans le distributeur au Rez. À notre arrivée, il n’y avait qu’une soupe.

Ich habe ein behindertengerechtes Zimmer gebucht, im Bad war eine erhöhte Toilette für bequemes aufstehen Mit einem Griff zur linken Seite. Die Dusche war mit einem Vorhang versehen, Leider gab's keinen einzigen Haltegriff in der Dusche, das wäre nicht schlecht, wenn etwas derartiges installiert würde, es vermittelt mehr Sicherheit beim duschen. Alles zusammen genommen ist die Bezeichnung behindertengerecht etwas weit hergeholt e

Beim einchecken meldete der Display: Nicht bereit. Die Dame am Empfang hat für uns eingecheckt. Die Fr. 15.-- für den PP haben wir bar bezahlt. Ausckecken konnten wir auch nicht, weil der Display Fr. 15 für den PP wollte. Wir haben dann einfach die Karte/Schlüssel eingeworfen. und haben das Auto durch das offene Garagentor geholt.

The location was great, right next to the train station from which you could easily reach Bern or the Bernese Oberland areas. Despite being so close to the trains, you could not hear a single one go past and the room was very quiet - we couldn't believe that the trains went past and we didn't even notice! There's a small supermarket nearby to stock up with if desired.
There is a bit of a smell in the bathroom but I believe it's just from the drains - the actual bathroom was clean.

We didn't realise the cost involved in commuting to and from Bern. The location is good to get to the station as its literally right next door, but it's not exactly a cheap train trip.

STAFF when asked about how much did the public parking spots outside costs (since I didn't want to pay the expensive on-site parking) answered: "YOU ASK ME? I DON'T KNOW, GO AND SEE YOURSELF"... Not exactly the "customer-service" I was expecting. But apart from that they were friendly.

Reviewed Dec 2, 2025Appartamento molto carino e confortevole, molto spazioso. La cucina è dotata di tutto l'occorrente per la preparazione dei pasti, dal fornello al forno, stoviglie ecc .. Bagno spazioso, massima pulizia. La stazione ferroviaria di Belp è ad un passo dall'appartamento e in 15 Min ci si trova a Berna. Un altro punto di forza, inoltre, a mio parere, è il posto auto nel garage proprio sotto gli appartamenti, collegato dell'interno della hall. Esperienza positiva, posto assolutamente da consigliare!

Ho soggiornato due notti, dopo la prima avevo lasciato delle cose alla rinfusa perché non pensavo che la camera venisse rifatta. Invece sono tornata e l ho trovata ripulita con asciugamani e tutto e si sono anche preoccupati di lavare la tazzina del caffè.
La tv non era connessa ad internet (nel Los Lorentes a Berna città lo era). La macchina del caffè non nespresso non mi ha permesso di usare il caffè che avevo portato con me. Microonde sarebbe comodo ma il forno è decisamente buono. Prezzo però veramente eccessivamente alto!
