Reception staffs are very helpful. The guy in the night shift is super helpful and very kind. The girl in the morning also helpful. Thanks to team. Breakfast can be better.

Bella stanza, pulita e abbastanza grande. Bagno buono con bella doccia (cosa rara in India). Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Due ristoranti di cui uno è la Caverna, molto scenografico.

Nice, clean hotel in a great location. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Room was a decent size and quiet. Bed was comfortable.

We stayed here with kids and the staff were really helpful. They even helped us arrange medicine when required and also the place was very well maintained.

No Driver Room for him to take rest, even on payment. Where will Drive stay for the night and rest after driving for the whole day?

Although. the owners are very much dedicated to tender best possible, the Lady at the counter ( I dint notice the name, but got her sign on the bill properly, was a disaster, my pregnant daughter checked in and nobody helped to send the luggage in the room for more than 45 minutes, she needed the same on urgent to change, but the lady at the counter, shockingly showed her attitude that she dint have the staff to send on the first floor in the room no 104. this is enough to understand how irresponsible are your senior staff team is , in such a situation, she simply would have denied the service or if she had any irresponsibility sense she should have done it herself, this was not a service of low grade instead it was the highest service she could have tendered. Hopeless Lady .

Very clean rooms, friendly staff. The restaurant on the 4th floor was excellent - good ambience, helpful staff and great food

The staff was very friendly, and breakfast spread was limited; however, the food was excellent. specially there dosa was awesome.

With the value i paid there is nothing to complain.

This hotel is sadly pretending to be something it's not. The staff mean well, but the customer service is still very lacking. The bedsheets were centuries old and rough in our skin, and the toilet wasn't entirely clean. We'll have to give this place a miss next time.

The location is great and the receptionist Kanul was very cooperative.

The room was extremely clean and well put-together. The location of the Hotel is extremely central. Breakfast served in the morning is very good, especially the Dosa is exceptional.

There is no view from the room at all. A small fitness centre would be greatly appreciated. The breakfast dining space could be improved.

Bathroom they need work in adding some good liquid soap for bathing the one what they're using is not at all good...toiletries has to be worked upon and the room air conditioning has to be serviced properly as they don't have fan hence without proper temperature it's a suffocating feel, if AC fails...
