It is okayish, old property, not worth it.

Food was okayish. Starters served were badly fried and tasteless . Fruits kept in room were kind of bad.

The staff was harassing me for breaking something I did not break.

Lot of issues but later staff supported to resolve.

Room was quite dated. Understand the heritage feel and was the reason why we booked it, but that doesn’t equate to electrics buzzing at night. There was no information on minibar prices in the room either. Really quite surprised to find marked prices on the wines, but we were charged over 1000INR more than labelled for each. This needs to be made clearer. Staff in the Raj Pavilion were not particularly attentive, and in some cases missed request information from us all. A request for a cup of chai took 10-15 minutes to receive whilst the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy: my wife had to leave to get ready because it took so long. Extra chai for me, but that wasn’t the point. At check in, our concierge was too quiet and we struggled to get a clear understanding of the facilities available and had to ask them to repeat a few times. On check out it took over 10 minutes to settle up and was overly complicated vs my expectation of modern hotels

I had a brilliant experience at the Fabelle Chocolate Classes! The session was incredibly engaging, informative, and hands-on. A huge thank you to Chef Piyansu and Chef Pallabi for their patience, expertise, and passion for chocolate-making. They explained every step with great clarity, shared valuable tips, and made the entire experience fun and interactive. Whether you’re a beginner or a chocolate enthusiast, I would highly recommend this class. I walked away with new skills, delicious creations, and wonderful memories. Thank you, Chef Piyansu and Chef Pallabi, for making it such a delightful experience!

I had a very enjoyable stay at ITC Windsor. All the staff were exceptionally attentive, welcoming and professional throughout my visit. I would particularly like to recognise Sanjay and Gowtham. After I accidentally spilt a room-service yoghurt drink one evening, they came promptly to clean the room and dealt with everything quickly, thoroughly and with great care. The waiters and waitresses in the hotel restaurant were also consistently fantastic. Their warm, attentive service contributed greatly to the experience. Thank you to the entire team at ITC Windsor for such excellent hospitality.

Went for a buffet dinner at Raj Pavilion. The spread was fantastic. The Moroccan chicken and the live kulfi counters were delightful. Shilpa was fantastic host.

Royal Afghan never disappoints. The food was outstanding, with rich flavors and excellent quality. Every dish was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of authentic taste. Our stay at ITC Windsor, Bengaluru was a wonderful experience. The hotel beautifully combines classic heritage charm with modern comfort, making it a memorable place to stay. From the moment I arrived, I received a warm welcome, and the check-in process was smooth and pleasant. The staff was courteous and made us feel comfortable right from the start. One of the biggest highlights of the hotel is its location. Surrounded by lush greenery, the property offers a peaceful atmosphere while still being well-connected to the city's major business districts and attractions. It truly feels like a calm retreat in the middle of Bengaluru. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, there was one aspect that could be improved. I had specifically booked a room with a balcony, but the balcony was connected to another occupied room. This meant there was very little privacy, which was a bit disappointing as I was looking forward to enjoying a private outdoor space. A separate or more private balcony arrangement would certainly enhance the guest experience. The food was excellent, and the breakfast spread offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Every meal was enjoyable, and the dining experience was one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, ITC Windsor offers warm hospitality, comfortable rooms, a beautiful green setting, and excellent food, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. While the shared balcony design was the only drawback during our stay, everything else was well managed and enjoyable. It's a property that offers excellent value for money, and I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Bengaluru.

The property is so beautiful, ITC has fully committed to the colonial theme for this one and every area reflects the amazing British architecture. We were lucky to have been upgraded to a suite room, which is so lovely. Had an amazing check in experience, thanks to Asna and Pranathi. The only thing that could have been better is the food, which if compared to other hotels in Blr like Taj, Oberoi or Leela is not at the same level.

It was a birthday celebration for my son. Bal Murali and Shiva made it special with the chocolate cake and the mutton Nihari The Indian food at Dum pukht is really great Paan post dinner -was the icing

Worst service even after complaining multiple time the AC was not working had to wake up 7am in the morning and shift again into another room at 1am in which again the same problem was no customer courtesy

I did not like anything!

I had a fantastic time at ITC Windsor. Its definitely worth upgrading to a balcony room and enjoying the complementary lounge in the evenings. I large variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are provided, plus substantial canapés. Balamurali was a superb host and made sure I was very well taken care of!

Dr. Ravi in the lounge is exceptional! Impeccable and friendly service, feels like home away from home. Thank you!

The staff are your shining stars at this hotel. Nothing is too much trouble and as a woman travelling alone with my son I felt safe and comfortable at all times. The restaurant had a good selection of food and there was always something for me even as a fussy eater.

I felt the bar staff in the evening could have been a little more attentive. This is my second visit and on the first occasion I was with my husband and was constantly asked if we would like more drinks. This time I had to ask repeatedly and even had to go to the bar myself on a couple of occasions.

It’s an amazing place to stay. We had an amazing breakfast. Overall it’s lovely. We met SRIJANA during breakfast. Her hospitality was really nice.

very convenient location - needed to explore the city- didnt take long for shuttle back n forth, lovely view and well kept rooms- good experience and id definitely recommend and revisit staff was very warm n welcoming + well kept amenities

I found the food quality at ITC to be very good. And The response from the staff at th itc restaurant was excellent.

The room we were given had already been used, and there was food scattered all over the place. . The bathroom of the room I was shown wasn't clean either; towels were lying on the floor. . I had to call room service three or four times just to get a single item. . I wanted a large room at the hotel, but I was given a very small room.

Had a wonderful experience with the continental food here. A special appreciation to Chef Suresh for his amazing hospitality and excellent understanding of guests’ preferences. He takes the effort to understand your taste and prepares food that perfectly suits your palate. The flavors were outstanding and my taste buds still remember the dishes he made. The only reason I keep coming back here is Chef Suresh — his food and warm hospitality make every visit special. Special thanks to Mukiyha for making me feel comfortable.

A big thanks to all the staff for taking great care of me after I fell sick during my stay. The facilities were wonderful, but the attitude and actions of the staff truly elevated the experience.

Outstanding service from the two housekeeping boys Advay and Deepak - perfect for families!As a parent staying here with my baby, cleanliness is my absolute top priority. I want to give a special thank you to the two boys handling the housekeeping for our room. They have been absolutely exceptional!Every single day, they kept our room spotlessly clean, completely dust-free, and perfectly sanitized. What impressed me the most was their incredible manners and thoughtfulness. They always coordinated their cleaning schedule around my baby's nap times so they wouldn't disturb him, and they were very careful not to use any harsh or strong-smelling chemicals that could bother the baby's lungs.They were always polite, respectful, and eager to help with a smile. Their hard work gave me complete peace of mind during our stay. The hotel management should be very proud to have these two dedicated young men on their team!

Had a wonderful 2 nights stay on my business trip here. First time stayed at ITC Windsor, but being lifetime platinum Marriott member I could notice service quality quickly. Pleasantly surprised by their superior service quality - comparing with similar 5 star Marriott properties in town. Specially would like to call out Lokesh G from laundry dept who went extra mile! Well done and keep it up!

Issues of an old property - room ACs did not cool well, old style windows and doors let in sound from outside, mattresses and pillows were too soft, little issues everywhere

First time stay. Short and sweet. The service by front office , housekeeping as well as IRD was top class. Had a good short session at Dublin bar too. The entire hotel is very well maintained while staying the classic colonial era theme. But it’s different from The imperial. I felt it’s more measured and classy. It’s an art to make things look classic and vintage while maintaining them well. The location is very central as well. It’s a short walk from bangalore golf club. It’s a pity I couldn’t stay longer. Will try next time.
