Brilliant location. It was super clean and felt like a real home from home. Staff replies were super fast and we loved it.

Zwei Türen der Küchenschränke ziemlich kaputt. Die Fenster waren sehr dreckig!

Posizione eccezionale in pieno centro, vicina a tutte le attrazioni turistiche e comoda per i mezzi. Appartamento ampio, molto pulito, ben arredato, con alcune facilitazioni apprezzate (macchinetta del caffè, ferro da stiro). Comunicazione con il gestore molto semplice e efficace via whatsapp. L'accesso al building e all'appartamento avviene tramite un codice che viene inviato nel giorno di accesso, modalità molto comoda.

Abbiamo richiesto un parcheggio per la nostra auto, il gestore ci ha mandati in un ufficio dislocato in un altro quartiere della città per ritirare la tessera per l'accesso al parcheggio convenzionato. Sarebbe meglio prevedere il ritiro della tessera in prossimità dell'appartamento. Piccolo suggerimento: accertarsi che tutti i codici di accesso al building e all'appartamento funzionino correttamente. Noi abbiamo dovuto chiamare il gestore un paio di volte perchè il portone del building non si apriva (abbiamo comunque risolto velocemente con una call)

Locatie was helemaal top. Appartement was van alles voorzien. Bed klein voor twee personen maar comfortabel.

Deur badkamer kan beter naar buiten draaien. Omdat de deur naar binnen draaide nauwelijks ruimte in de badkamer om te bewegen. Verder weinig handdoeken. Als je meer dan een week verblijft verwacht je meer handdoeken. Na een bericht halverwege wel snel handdoeken gekregen.

Super zentrale Lage, dadurch zwar ein kleines bisschen Geräusche von der Straße, die aber nur bei offenem Fenster auffielen. Reaktiondauer der Vermieter (Feel Porto) auf ein kleines Problem mit dem elektrischen Schloss war sensationelle 2 Minuten. Problemlösung erfolge auch in 2 Minuten, absolut Perfekt. Wir würden das sofort wieder buchen.

In der Beschreibung stand Balkon. Na ja. Bei Schuhgröße 45 kann man sich nicht daraufstellen. Das ist nur ein minimaler Austritt der an den bodentiefen Fenstern vorbei geht, aber nutzlos ist

Absolutelly amazing location - close to most of the important sites, elevator(!), new appartment nicely done, separate bedroom, lavatory in fron of the bathroom, two doors between living space and bedroom (really good project), washing machine and iron, simple no-key entering

Había bastante ruido por la noche porque está en zona de marcha y la calle tiene mucha pendiente.

Everything! The apartment was very big. Everything was clean. They thought about everything - the kitchen is well equipped. We had a lovely staying.

La situation géographique et le calme sont 2 valeurs sûres de cet appartement. Confortable et bien aménagé.

L’arrivée avec le code de la porte qui ne fonctionnait pas (plusieurs appels pour réussir à ouvrir la porte donnant sur la rue). En revanche la personne au téléphone a été très charmante, compréhensive et professionnelle. Obligé d’aller à leur bureau pour obtenir un ticket à 15€ par jour pour le parking de la voiture , situé à 3 minutes à pied. Et rendre la carte du parking à notre départ pour récupérer les 10€ de caution.

Right next to the Clérigos Tower, very close to all the tourist attractions. The apartment where we stayed was very quiet; the bedroom was located at the back of the building, so we slept soundly.

The bedroom was very small and lacked sufficient space; the bed was also too small—two heavier people wouldn't fit comfortably. The bathroom door is not a sliding door and is very inconvenient.

Good location. Clean and comfortable. The reservation team was very helpful before our arrival. It was easy to contact the property staff through WhatsApp communication when we required assistance.

Location and appartments

We had booked 4 nights via booking.com.com and an additional night directly. The booking.com stay went well. Although we had several emails saying all was in place for the addition night, we were locked out the building! Fortunately, a resident let us into the building but we were locked out of our appartment. It took half an hour for the remote team (no staff on site) to let us onto the appartment. We still couldn't access the building. The remote team tried several times with no joy to resolve this. We were therefore unable to leave the building that evening for fear of not being able to get back in. We tried the next morning and still couldn't get into the building. Our fears would have been become a reality. My issue is Feel Porto would not accept responsibility for what was their issue. When I complained they said we should have just gone out and as we hadn't done this we couldn't prove access wouldn't have worked ( we had the next morning and it didn't) They also said, as they had a 24/7 helpline we would have been allowed in remotely (During their efforts the previous evening, it took upto 2 hours for them to respond, so we could be in the street for a very long time).

Everything was perfect. We loved our stay. Great location that was walking distance to most attractions. Excellent AC and comfort. Communication was very good.

Was all good. I would book an option with outside balcony next time. I also think it could be made clearer on the unlock code. For example there are 3 doors to unlock with same code and i would suggest to make this clearer for older people

Emplacement très bien et bel appartement pour trois personnes. Le canapé-lit était préparé pour la 3° personne.

La salle de bain n'est pas très pratique : manque de place pour les produits de toilette.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Porto, making it very convenient for exploring the city on foot. The room was modern, comfortable, and cosy, providing a pleasant place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Communication with the hosts was outstanding throughout our stay, with very fast responses to messages and a consistently friendly and very helpful attitude.

The room appeared clean, but the common areas of the building were not kept in the same standards. During our stay, the corridors, internal stairs and elevator did not seem to have been cleaned. Also, providing one or two complimentary bottles of drinking water in the fridge would also greatly enhance our experience. For travelers arriving late due to delayed or late-night flights, it can be difficult to find an open store to purchase water, especially after midnight.

Heerlijk appartement midden in centrum, naast Starbucks dus lekkere cappuccino binnen handbereik. Prima badkamer, waar alleen plankje voor je toiletartikelen ontbrak, verder alles top!

Porte de sa salle de bain mal placée, elle devrait s’ouvrir entièrement et pas de tablette pour poser ses affaires dans la salle de bains, une poignée de fenêtre à refixer

Krásný, čistý byt, mal všetko čo na krátkodobý pobyt potřebujete, Kuchyňa plně vybavená, ako bonus pračka- po Camino sa nám to veľmi hodilo, dokonca aj žehlička, žehliaca doska, klima, ktorou sa dala nastaviť teplota v byte ako potřebujete, on line přístup do bytu i check out, kupelňa s sprchovým kutom, hygienické potřeby, fen, niet co vytknut, lokalita uprostřed města, par minut do centra, k rieke, mostu….

Realmente nos sentimos engañado. El hotel no es hotel es un alojamiento algo como Airbnb. Un edificio con una entrada sin recepción alguna. Nosotros dos adultos en los 70 teníamos que subir nuestras maletas ( una de ella de 50 libras) a pie. Realmente frustrante. Amen del estacionamiento que aunque reserve el alojamiento por ello no fue posible. Para nosotros resultó un verdadero fiasco y eso que en la búsqueda de hoteles en la zona solicité HOTEL. Su localización es si es en casco histórico.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Porto. The apartment is perfectly located in the most beautiful and lively part of the city, within walking distance to everything. The flat itself is modern, cozy and warm, set inside a beautiful and historic building. Highly recommended 🙂

Adorei tudo neste alojamento. Desde a sensação de segurança e tranquilidade, até à qualidade dos materiais utilizados — o chão em madeira dá um conforto extra e torna o espaço ainda mais acolhedor. O colchão e as almofadas são extremamente confortáveis. A casa está muito bem equipada, com tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia prática e sem preocupações. Nota-se um cuidado especial em cada detalhe, o que faz toda a diferença na experiência. Voltaremos com todo o gosto. Recomendo vivamente!

Die Unterkunft war perfekt.

위치가 진-짜 좋아요. 모든게 다 가까움, 스타벅스도앞에있고 맥도날드도 가깝고, 아니 그냥 가야할곳들이 다 가까워서 정말 위치최고입니다! 아, 수건이 더 필요하다했는데 바로 갖다줬습니다!

밤에 조금 시끄럽습니다! 잠귀가 밝으신편이면 잠들기까지 힘드실수도? 그치만, 그 외에는 모든게 다 좋아요.

Sen respons fra verten. Skitne utemøbler på terassen, vasket etter to purringer. Manglet en stol rundt spisebordet. Skulle komme med en ekstra stol, men dette ble ikke fulgt opp. Bagateller, men dog allikevel.

Superbly appointed. Felt s if we were the first to use brand new apartment. Position could not be more central for a tourist.

Feel Porto not up front about no access for non residents into the street it is in. Drove around busy Porto traffic for at least an hour trying for entry. Did not answer their phone to get info and help. Eventually did answer to admit that it was not possible. Close parking garage but pricey, about 33 euro per day.

Bastante ruido de la calle, tanto de día como de noche. No estaba bien insonorizado y se oía todo. Además le faltan persianas o cortinas opacas porque entra bastante luz.

Very spacious and clean apartment. Easy enough checkin and out process. Excellent central location.

The building was not sound proof at all, you could hear people talking/yelling on the street at night like they were in your room. Recommend bringing ear plugs. The shower also leaked water on the floor because of the door design. Bed could be a bit comfier and bigger.

Tolles Apartment, guter Kontakt. Check in hat sogar früher geklappt. TV wurde schnell ausgetauscht. Und für die sehr zentrale Lage plus Baustelle um die Ecke sehr ruhig!

Tutto. Posizione fantastica e appartamento bellissimo. Nessun problema riscontrato, è stato tutto perfetto. Arrivati a Porto in anticipo rispetto all’orario del check-in, ci hanno comunque permesso di lasciare i bagagli in struttura per girare liberamente.

there was CONSTANTLY noise in the property. there is 0 sound proofing which made the overall experience really bad. we couldn’t rest at all as you could hear everything. there were constant banging sounds throughout the night from upstairs, or next door. you could even hear people talking from the street and we were on 3rd floor. the AC in the bedroom was really noisy and wasnt working properly. i’m very disappointed because it looked excellent. they also implied that I stole a bedside lamp (!!!) but at least they refunded my deposit!
