Die Lage ist sehr gut, Innenstadt fußläufig oder mit Bus direkt vor der Tür gut angebunden. Sehr moderne Ausstattung der Küchenzeile.

Für die Zimmer nach vorne raus benötigt man Ohrstöpsel, es ist eine recht laute Straße. Damit ist es Dank der Isolierung aber okay.

As fotos no booking dão entender que o apto com 2 quartos eram com 2 banheiros, não achei tão claro assim na hora da reserva, e quanto vi reservei o unico apto com 1 banheiro só. Alem disso, a ducha do banheiro era muito fraca e o ar condicionado parava o tempo todos, algumas vezes, acordei suando de aclor.

とにかくドアの鍵を開けるのに大変苦労しました。二回清掃スタッフの方に開けて頂き、内側のドアも開けるのに大変でした。これが一番のストレスでした。

Fabulous accommodation - staff are very attentive, close to all main areas but far enough away, so it's not a noisy area - supermarket round corner and lots of cafes / takeaways for breakfast - would highly recommend.

Die Lage ist super, da man von dort alles erreichen kann. Zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus, der quasi vor der Tür hält. Es war sauber, gepflegt und alles super.

Das Fenster sollte nachts geschlossen bleiben, da alle Straßen gut befahren sind und auch Möwen wirklich laut sein können ;)

Aircon wasn’t working correctly

Excellent location! Comfortable beds. Good showers with lots of hot water. Nice patio looking out to the back of the building. Washing machine available in the room. Room cleaning and towel change every second day was appreciated. Staff was very responsive and checkin and checkout with bag storage was convenient.

Kitchen was not that well appointed. Lots of plates and glasses but only one small frypan, no salt and pepper, etc. Bedrooms and bathrooms were on the second floor and there was no bathroom on the main floor which was a bit inconvenient.

The safe didn’t work and although we asked to have it checked/fixed that never happened.

We were welcomed and shown around the apartment. Everything was there and six of everything in the kitchen. Dishwasher tablets / washing machine tablets and a clothes dryer to hang your clothes on to dry. We were told not to clean on the last day if we didn’t want to as we were on holiday and the cleaner would sort. We did clean up after ourselves but how nice is that ❤️

We thought the settee and rug in the living room needed a good clean

The apartment was really well located and equipped - the team kept in great contact with us even when our flight was delayed to make sure they met us on site. Great size with seperate bedroom and fully equipped kitchen

Un appart hotel géré comme un hôtel, le personnel est à l’ecoute et disponible si besoin. Les chambres sont propres, legerements décorées et tout le necessaire est mis a disposition. L’espace cuisine permet de se faire de vrais repas et ainsi d’economiser quelques restaurants (pas negligeable vu les prix pratiqués par certains restaurateurs à Porto). La place de parking est un gros plus. On peut laisser sa voiture tout le sejour et rejoindre assez rapidement à pieds les lieux d'intérêt de la ville. Le supermarché a 200m de l’appart est tres pratique.

Si la chambre est côté rue, la circulation peut etre un peu bruyante.

A fabulous, spacious apartment. Has well equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Although it is located a little out of the city centre, it was very easy to walk everywhere. Plenty of nearby shops and cafes. Good communication from the host on what’s app.

The location in the city was perfect. The room was also clean and everything was available for a comfortable stay.

The couch in the room was not very comfortable, because the pillows kept sliding from the coach, since it is also a sofa bed. We also had a problem with the boiler, so we didn't have hot water in the room. This was however perfectly dealt with by the hosts, so this is also a plus for their hospitality.

Situación muy céntrica, el apartamento muy amplio y todo muy nuevo.Ropa de cama blanca impecable.En la cocina había todo lo imprescindible para pasar unos días.Dispone de garaje.Los baños muy bonitos y modernos de mármol.

Único inconveniente: el suelo de la ducha al ser de mármol es muy resbaladizo. Yo utilice una toalla ,pero deberían poner algo para evitar caídas y ya sería de 10.

Die Lage ist super,alles ist zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen.Vor der Haustür eine Bushaltestelle, Parkplätze direkt hinter dem Haus.Sehr schöne Appartements.

Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung der Unterkunft sind hervorragend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ausstattung war sehr gut, auch eine kleine Waschmaschine.

Bettdecke war mit einem Lacken bedeckt, dadurch hat sich immer alles verschoben. Aber das macht per se den Aufenthalt nicht schlechter.

Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir sind mit Kleinkind gereist, ohne vorherige Bitte wurde unser Zimmer vor dem Check-In als erstes gereinigt, damit ein früher Check-In für uns möglich war- außergewöhnlich! Sonst: Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Lage - alles top!

Einziges Manko: Der Straßenlärm bei geöffnetem Fenster, da direkte Straßenlage. War alles aushaltbar, sollte aber Erwähnung finden.

El apartamento duplex es muy grande y bonito. Instalaciones impecables.Tienes cerca el mercado de Bolhao, el metro, supermercado y restaurantes. Muy cómodo y nuevo. Muy recomendable.

Great location, fab facilities

Needs a little care to the building since we came a couple of years ago…. An indoor garden area in our room needed to be more welcoming and lively for extra cost to make an evening in it more enjoyable ( like it used to be in the photos)

Ótima localização, apartamento muito agradável, aconchegante, bem equipado com tudo do que se necessita: máquina de lavar roupa e louça...cama confortável, roupa de cama e banho de ótima qualidade.

A limpeza poderia ser um pouco melhor, box do banheiro encardido e bancadas da cozinha engordurada.

Stunning one-bedroom apartment, with everything necessary for a very comfortable stay. Very convenient location for transport to airport and train stations. Also, only a 15-20 minute walk to the river. Numerous restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Helpful, but unintrusive staff.

The door was a little difficult to open from the outside, but we learned the knack of it after a few attempts!

Wir haben mit Maria die ungefähre Ankunftszeit ausgemacht und sie hat und bereits erwartet und Parkplatz und Schlüssel übergeben. Die Wohnung war geräumig, sauber und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Die Wohnung liegt gut 20-30 Gehminuten von Porto Altstadt entfernt. Was erwähnt werden muss, ist, dass man beim Hinweg hauptsächlich bergab geht - auf dem Rückweg aber gut 250 Stufen wieder hoch muss … es sei denn man nicht die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte noch um ein paar Gewürze angereichert werden. Ist aber Meckern auf hohem Niveau

The building was beautiful and well renovated. The staff were fantastic. Informative, helpful, supportive and accommodating with the ability to check in early and leave cases securely on our last day.

It was a little further out than I expected, although if we’d been too close, we’d have missed some of the brilliant things close by.

Struttura moderna e pulita. Staff cordiale e pronto a rispondere ad ogni domanda su Porto. Le stanze sono grandi con cucina totalmente fornita. Molto carino anche il fatto che ti lascino cialde per caffè, e detersivo per lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Parcheggio largo e comodo Shoutout ai gattini nel cortile tenerissimi ma difficili da accarezzare.

Servirebbe forse un po più di spazio dove appoggiare le cose, specialmente in bagno

Lovely apartment with gorgeous bedrooms and great bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable. Location was great, easy walking distance to everything.

Nothing we didn’t like it was great. If any improvements could be made I would suggest a few more utensils etc for the kitchen for anybody staying longer than a few days.

The hosts were exceptionally helpful, they asked for our car registration and eta and then waited in the street to open the gates and guide us into the parking. They then accompanied us to the apartment and ensured we were settled in.

The location was good. Very close to a continente which was great. The apartment was a good size and had plenty of dishes in the kitchen

The apartment was a little difficult to find as signage is very small lucky the host Maria meant us she was very lovely. We had a little trouble with the hot water which was a pain but eventually the problem was rectified.

A brilliant place to stay in the centre of Porto with private parking. Clean and very convenient for everything Porto has to offer, with no need to use the car. Highly recommended!

Vaste ppartement de type duplex dans un bel immeuble proche du centre de Porto. Très bon standing, cuisine très bien équipée, 2 chambres très vastes, 2 sdb, 3 WC, 3 balcons,, clim, dressing et placards. Literie très confortable. Personnel agréable et tres serviable. Un supermarché accessible à 3 min à pied, ainsi que le métro et la très commerçante rue Santa Catarina très proches également, font un emplacement idéal

Dat er aan veel zaken gedacht was. Zoals een strijkijzer en strijkbout. De ruimte en het oogt schoon.

Er lagen nog wat haarballen onder de televisie. En de douche werd meerdere keren niet warm

Les équipements sont neufs, et tout est bien pensé : cafetière, machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, fer et planche à repasser, frigo… l’emplacement est assez proche du centre (10-15min à pied). La possibilité de se garer à l’arrière du bâtiment de manière sécurisée est un vrai plus ! Accueil chaleureux. Commerce juste à côté.

Le plancher en bois est bruyant !

Localização excelente. Muito próximo às áreas mais turísticas de Porto e do metro, mas longe o suficiente do barulho. Apartamento espaçoso e bem equipado.

Tivemos a sorte de não ter nenhum incômodo com o barulho de outros hóspedes, mas o piso de madeira gera ruídos que podem incomodar os vizinhos de quarto. Também sentimos mau-cheiro do ralo do banheiro, apesar dele estar limpo. Mesmo com estes pontos, damos nota máxima.

Pasamos un fin de semana estupendo en Oporto. El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado, muy limpio y con unas camas muy cómodas. La cocina contaba con todo lo necesario y, además, dispone de garaje para el coche, algo que en Oporto supone un gran punto a favor. Está ubicado en una zona excelente, desde la que se puede recorrer a pie todo el centro de la ciudad. Mariana, la chica que nos atendió a nuestra llegada, fue muy amable y atenta. Sin duda, cuando volvamos a Oporto, ya sabemos dónde nos alojaremos.
