L’état général de l’établissement, dans ma chambre la Clim ne fonctionnait pas, elle était très bruyante mais en aucun cas rafraîchissante, la porte fenêtre du micro balcon et une fenêtre ne fermaient pas, les stores enroulant des fenêtres ne fonctionnaient pas, traces de moisissures au plafond et odeur d’humidité dans la chambre, mauvaise insonorisation. Très mauvaise literie avec matelas à ressorts usagés….. Je ne parlerais pas du petit déjeuner puisque ce qui était proposé ne mérite pas le terme de « petit déjeuner » Type d’établissement qui fait regretter d’avoir réservé pour 5 nuits, puisque vu les conditions nous avons dû chercher un autre logement pour la fin de notre séjour. Aucune discussion possible puisque nous n’avons pas eu la possibilité de rencontrer un responsable….

Climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas, literie de très mauvaise qualité, vieux matelas à ressorts. Pas de prise en charge de la direction, nuitée encaissée malgré notre départ de l’hôtel.

Phòng không giống trên ảnh lắm, diện tích hơi bé, điều hoà cũ và đôi khi không được mát, chăn gối bị ẩm và cả nhà mình nằm đều bị ngứa.

Tout, l'ambiance les lieux, la proximité de la vieille ville. Le petit déjeuner inclus et varie, la chambre top spacieuse et bien équipée, salle de bain niquel douche top, le lit très bien. L'accueil et le personnel ils sont tous super.

The location was perfect in the Old Quarter, close to plenty of restaurants, attractions, and transportation. The staff are friendly and staying here is supporting a local family run business. You do get the typical Hanoi traffic noise in the morning, but sitting on the balcony with a drink in the evening tops off a Hanoi day.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious for such central location. We were up graded on arrival - my room had a lovely balcony with tub.

I can’t fault this property.

The hotel room was very comfortable, clean and had good facilities. Everything was in working order. The breakfast also was tasty and had enough variety. Staff was extremely friendly and competent in English. Room had a balcony but didn't use it because it was facing the main street.

Very clean with hospitable and accommodating staff. Will definitely come back and book here again... also very very good breakfast

遇到了浴室漏水的小問題，但並不影響使用，店家在第三天也很積極的維修。

De eerste avond sliepen we achteraan en waren er werken aan de gang. We hebben dit gemeld en andere kamer gekregen.

The executive room with a balcony offers very good value for money. Charming room with colonial-style décor. Perfect location in the heart of the Old Town, ideal for exploring and wandering around Old Hanoi. The owner is very friendly.

Está muy bien ubicado, a menos de 10 minutos caminando de las principales atracciones. El desayuno estaba muy rico y la manager me ayudó mucho reservando los tours que quería hacer con muy buenas agencias

Si bien la habitación es fiel a las fotografías y estaba todo muy limpio, el hotel es algo viejo. Lo que sí, tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente que no pudimos resolver, afortunadamente no fue tan problemático dado el calor qué hizo

1) Booked superior double room but it was very small without window. I had to change for bigger room with window paying higher amount. 2) Worst point was that they didn't want to show room unless I pay One day amount

Hotel znajduje się w samym sercu Hanoi,lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, śniadania w stylu azjatyckim ale z pewnością każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.Mimo że hotel znajduje się w centrum miasta w nocy jest cicho i spokojnie. Personel jest bardzo miły,pomocny i uprzejmy.Pani Ha menadżer hotelu jest bardzo miłą osobą i pomogła mi załatwić wszystko o co prosiłam zanim przyjechałam do Hanoi,za co serdecznie dziękuję. Pokoje są codziennie sprzątane i jest czysto.

Prime location all the sightseeing were very close to hotel, breakfast buffet was really good lots of variety. Ha Nguyen was so helpful and polite she went out of her way to to help us really.

Man väcks tidigt på morgonen av oväsen och ljud från personal som ropar i trapphuset och smäller i dörrar, smutsiga lakan och smutsigt i dusch/badrum.

Bardzo przyjemny hotelik,personel super pomocni w każdej kwestii .Mają wycieczki w dobrych cenach my byliśmy w Ninh Binh.Bardzo dobra lokalizacja blisko sklepy i dobre restauracje.W dzień wymeldowania mieliśmy jeszcze sporo czasu do lotu ,lecieliśmy dopiero o 1.45 w nocy ,zapytaliśmy czy jest możliwość wynajęcia pokoju na godziny ponieważ zostało nam jeszcze kilka godzin do taksówki na lotnisko i chętnie byśmy odpoczęli wygodnie w ciszy ?właścicielka bez problemu dała nam pokój za niewielką zapłatę co nas bardzo ucieszyło.Polecam bardzo ten hotel za podejście do klienta życzliwość i pełne wsparcie jakim darzą swoich gości wróciłabym napewno.Dziękujemy ❤️

Location and staff

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped us get into a famous restaurant that was full for the evening and not getting reservations. Not luxurious but very good option for center of Hanoi.

A good room with a comfortable bed, in the middle of the old quarters with lots of nice restaurants and shops nearby. They cleaned the room everyday which was also nice.

The hot water in the shower sometimes didn’t work even though I turned it on. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

Alt var godt ved det. Personalet var sødt og hjælpsomt, og man fik virkelig værdi for pengene. Kan klart anbefales.

Der var ikke en finger at sætte på overnatningsstedet.

I stayed at the deluxe king room. The location is perfect. It’s located in the heart of the old district. But that was the staff who stole my heart. They managed all my problems and requests and my stay here was a real pleasure. Highly recommend this hotel!

Staff went above and beyond to assist me with travel plans - even assisted a friend who was staying at a different property. Breakfast was delicious! Bed was comfortable.

The stairways often had items stored in them.

Очень удобное место расположения, рядом старый квартал, кафе, исторические улочки. Есть где прогуляться. Номер очень красивый, кровать удобная.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hanoi Graceful Hotel. The location is convenient, close to many attractions in the Old Quarter. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options.

Rooms are super comfortable & spacious, great location in the Old Town, with a lovely breakfast that suits all tastes. The staff are AMAZING & always happy to help. Ha the Manager & her husband organise transfers & lots of activities. Looking forward to trying their Spa too. I would highly recommend a stay at Hanoi Graceful Hotel on a visit to Hanoi - we will be back - Thank you for all your kindness in making our family trip so memorable xxx

Hotel has upgraded us to honeymoon suites, room is good, the location of the property is great, I have no complain on the room. But the breakfast is basic, nothing special

Die Lage war sehr gut im Zentrum. Das Personal war super nett und hat uns eine tolle Tour in die Berge von Sapa organisiert. Allerdings hatte unser Zimmer kein Fenster man hörte Fahrstuhl und alle Geräusche vom Flur.

I had a really pleasant stay at Hanoi Graceful Hotel and Travel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and the location made it easy to explore the surrounding cafes and streets. What truly made the experience memorable was the warm hospitality from the staff, especially Ms. Ha. She was attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about ensuring I had a smooth and enjoyable stay. Her professionalism and thoughtful service stood out and made me feel welcomed. Overall, it’s a great-value hotel with excellent service, and I’d gladly return and recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.

All the staff were so friendly and warm. Ha, the manager, went out of her way to help me. I arrived as a customer and left as a family member. I really liked my room with the outdoor bathtub and view.

The property is tired and towels are a bit worn.

All Standard Rooms have no Windows! Alle Standard Zimmer haben keine Fenster No Place at the breakfast room. Kein Platz im Frühstückstaum.

There was nowhere to put soap, razor etc in the shower. The bathroom felt tiny as you could not open door properly due to the position of the towel rail. Would be an easy fix!

Excellent service. We booked a return to Sapa and booked a very nice Halon Bay cruise. The owner really took care of everything. She was vey helpful

While the property is small, it is well presented and maintained by an amazing team of staff. The breakfast buffet was sufficient and the made to order food tasty.

There is no safe in the room.

We stayed here for three nights in total. Excellent service. The arranged transfers and a trip to Halong Bay. The hotel was very hood organized and really on top of things.

Ongoing renovations without being informed about it. Requested early check in after a 12 h flight and the best they could do was 13.30

We booked two Superior Double/Twin rooms (the most basic) which were adequate. Each had a bathroom and air conditioning and breakfast was included. Note that these rooms are not the ones featured in the photos. I would recommend paying extra for the better rooms.

Hard mattress

The staff was very helpful and accommodating and took great care of us. The location is great and it is really easy to go around the old quarter. Great lunch, coffee and dinner options nearby.

Renovations took place during our stay which made some of our stay noisy.

Hotel location was except as well we were able to walk to most places which was very helpful .The staff were so friendly and helpful to us. I really liked that they were giving us suggestions on attractions/ places to see while we were in Hanoi. We were also very lucky to be upgraded to their honeymoon suite, room was clean, king bed was nice and big, the room was quite big and was on the top floor which we liked as we had the whole floor to ourselves.

We found in the bathroom where there was the shower inside the bath tub that the floor gets quiet slippery perhaps getting a mat could prevent someone getting hurt? This also applies to the tile floor as I almost slip besides having a towel on the floor.

Location close to old town but quiet enough to sleep. Bed ok and bathroom good too. Breakfast was plentiful, buffet style + after found you could order extras from menu which I'd have preferred...staff were really friendly and nice

Room not quite same as pics on website, but was OK for price paid (highly discounted to full rate), wouldnt want to have paid full price for what i got though, price was fair at discounted price. Would have preferred menu on tables for breakfast so I knew I could order , too late later after having found something less optimal at buffet to eat

Have upgraded our room but doesn't look like an upgrade, doesn't have much space to move around. Booking.com stuffed up our free airport transfer and didn't even reply back to my email.
