スタッフの対応が迅速かつ丁寧でした。領収書に関する複雑なお願いにも答えていただけました。ホテル内で会うたびに挨拶をしていただけました。朝食もおいしく、ここでもスタッフの方の対応は丁寧かつ親切でした。ロケーションも非常に良いと思います。部屋には、無料のボトル水が二本と粉コーヒー、パック紅茶がありました。ケトルを使ったら、コンセントに不具合が出ましたが、すぐに状況を確認していただき、私がちょっと出かけている間に直っていました。

シャワー温水は水圧は十分ですが、ノブ回しによる温度調整にコツがいる。

I loved this place! The staff was so nice and helpful. I used this hostel as my base for traveling to other location, so I was spending some nights here and there and coming back. They were so helpful with taking care of my luggage, allowing early check-in when needed, offering a bigger room for free when they had one available, and offering to take a shower even if I was not staying there for the night. Breakfast was also really good, because you could get pancakes or egg cooked in the style you prefer by the staff.

Muy céntrico, muy limpio y bonito. El personal lo mejor del establecimiento, atentos, educados, simpáticos, me ayudaron con todo.

El buffet del desayuno dejaba bastante que desear pero lo compensaban con creces con la posibilidad de pedir comida a cocina (huevos, tortilla, sopa Pho, english breakfast) así que me parece que merece la pena.

Die Lage ist ideal für die Altstadt. Personal superfreundlich, ob Rezeption oder beim Frühstück. Mai ist ein Engel morgens im Restaurant. Frühstück auch reichhaltig. Von Pho bis Rührei alles dabei. Alle Transfers ob vom Flughafen oder nach hai phong habe ich über das hotel organisiert. Nur ein paar Euro teurer als selbst über 12go.

Wir waren sehr begeistert und haben uns bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir hatten das Familienzimmer was geräumig, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet war, genau wie auf den Bildern. Das Bad war gut und sauber. Die Betten groß und gemütlich. Was uns sehr gefallen hat war, dass das Zimmer im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Hotels große Fenster hatte. Die Lage war perfekt, sehr zentral und in einer Seitenstraße weshalb es nicht so laut wie im Rest der Stadt war aber in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß war alles erreichbar. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, die Rezeption und vor allem die Mitarbeiterin Mai war wirklich sehr freundlich und hat uns beim Frühstück bestens und herzlich versorgt und drauf geachtet dass uns nichts fehlt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, es gab ein kleines aber sehr leckeres Buffet und man konnte sich zusätzlich, so viel man wollte, aus der Karte aussuchen was schnell und frisch in der Küche daneben zubereitet wurde. Wir konnten auch kostenlos unsere Koffer aufbewahren lassen bis zum Check- In, was sehr praktisch war da wir früh ankamen. Insgesamt können wir es wärmstens empfehlen, wir waren wirklich mit allem glücklich und haben nichts zu bemängeln. Wenn wir nocheinmal in Hanoi sind werden wir aufjedenfall zurückkommen!

Wat een beetje beter zou kunnen is de ruimte voor het ontbijt, beetje krap allemaal. Airco zou net wat krachtiger kunnen, het was erg warm buiten en de aico was wat aan de kleine kant voor de grote kamer.

Excellent hôtel à Hanoï, que je recommande vraiment les yeux fermés ! L’emplacement est parfait, à proximité du centre, et notre suite familiale était très grande, confortable et agréable. Nous avons eu un petit problème avec la climatisation et, honnêtement, en moins de 2 minutes quelqu’un était là pour régler le problème. Service ultra réactif ! Mais le vrai point fort de cet hôtel, c’est le personnel. La réception… que dire à part que ce sont des amours ! Ils sont toujours disponibles, souriants et prêts à vous aider pour absolument tout. Ils nous ont notamment proposé un accès à un spa partenaire avec 10 % de réduction et ont même pris le rendez-vous pour nous. Ils ont également accepté de garder gratuitement nos bagages pendant 4 jours avant notre arrivée à l’hôtel, ce qui nous a énormément facilité la vie. Et alors… LE PETIT-DÉJEUNER ! Incroyable. Tout est à volonté, avec un vrai menu : bánh mì, sandwichs, œufs, omelettes, pancakes, crêpes, phở, pain perdu… et j’en oublie sûrement. Quand je dis à volonté, c’est vraiment à volonté ! Un petit-déjeuner digne de très grands hôtels. Mention spéciale à May/Mai — désolée si j’écris mal son prénom — qui s’occupe du petit-déjeuner. Une personne adorable, souriante, qui parle très bien anglais et dont on sent vraiment qu’elle aime son travail. Elle fait tout pour que vous passiez un excellent moment et que vous appréciiez votre petit-déjeuner. Mention spéciale également au réceptionniste qui travaille l’après-midi. Il est nouveau dans l’établissement, mais déjà extrêmement professionnel, gentil, disponible et attentionné. Un amour lui aussi ! Franchement, entre l’emplacement, la chambre, le petit-déjeuner incroyable et surtout la gentillesse du personnel, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je recommande cet hôtel à 100 % et j’y retournerais sans hésiter !

Nice convenient location in the old town, but remarkably quiet in the evening. Great Staff - super helpful - can organise a beautiful massage at a nearby spa, shuttle cars to the airport, luggage help, local knowledge and of course friendly and attentive breakfast service with Mai.

Superbe expérience à Bac Ha et et au sein du homestay de Mr Huy Trung à une douzaine de minutes du centre. Chambre familiale très spacieuse, très bien équipée et très propre avec une belle vue sur le jardin et les montagnes. Deux sdb et des petits balcons. Une petite piscine agréable pour se rafraîchir en fin de journée. Excellent petit déjeuner et possibilité de dîner avec la famille. Délicieux ! Un accueil vraiment très chaleureux et très professionnel de la famille. Nous étions sur Bac Ha en semaine, et donc n’avons pas pu faire le marché. Nous voulions découvrir la région et avons été émerveillés de la beauté des paysages ! Huy Trung, qui a une parfaite connaissance de la région, de ses habitants et des ethnies nous a fait découvrir des endroits magiques et la culture locale. Au-delà des paysage magnifiques, nous sommes allés à la rencontre de différents habitants, avons mangé au sein d’une famille Tay qui nous a tellement bien accueillis , le marché traditionnel de Lung Phinh, ou encore chez une famille Hmong! Bac Ha restera pour nous une des plus belles découvertes du Vietnam (bien plus authentique que Sapa), l’accueil et l’accompagnement de Huy Trung y ont fortement contribué.

Great location, clean rooms, wonderful staff! I stated for four days with my partner and my brother. The reception staff was really helpful and responsive, gave us some really good suggestions for our stay. The included breakfast is especially amazing.. Mar was really sweet and helped us with some delicious food and service every morning! Absolutely worth the money. Highly recommended!!

El personal es increíblemente amable y servicial. Ngoc (espero que se escriba así) es una chica fantástica. Los chicos de recepción, la chica del desayuno. Todos. El desayuno está muy bien, hay buffet y además carta que te pueden hacer al momento, por cierto el chico de la cocina hace muy bien la tortilla francesa. El hotel está bien, en una calle donde no entran coches, hay mercado por las mañanas, es bonito. Si la habitación da hacia dentro a un patio interior no hay ruido de fuera por la noche. La habitación normalita, bastante pequeña,no cogí nada especial, la cama era cómoda y el baño correcto, aunque el agua salía por debajo de la mampara hacía afuera... Cosas del Vietnam. Nada importante. Limpian la habitación cada día.

No me gustó la insonorización, ni el cierre de las puertas de otros huéspedes. Se escuchan los portazos demasiado, la puerta no aísla en absoluto y además se cuela luz por debajo. Por eso no le doy un 10. No soporto los ruidos cuando quiero descansar. El precio por la habitación es un pelín caro, podría haber cogido otros con habitación más grande, incluso más baratos. Pero me decidí por las buenas reseñas del personal (cosa cierta) y por la ubicación que me iba bien.

- Morgens war es etwas laut, weil das Zimmer nicht schallisoliert ist (man hörte das schreiende Kind im - Zimmer auf der anderen Seite des Gangs und das plaudernde Reinigungspersonal im Nebenzimmer); - Der Geruch im Zimmer war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig (es roch sehr fruchtig- vielleicht ein Raumspray?)

I loved everything about this hotel. Perfect location, great value for money, very comfy bed and great shower pressure!! Also the rooms are very quiet as it is on a side street away from the main hustle and bustle Liked it so much I stayed an extra few days and used it as a home base for day trips etc Jessica was so lovely and very helpful with her advice and organization skills for my travel, and mai and her kitchen team were also wonderful. Very happy customer! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for great value for money and a "home away from home"

Nothing! It was perfect for what I needed. Tip: If you were traveling with 2 people, I would check size of room. Mine was on the smaller side but it was perfect for just me.

La atención del personal sin duda fue lo mejor, se nota que se esfuerzan un montón en que estés lo mejor posible. El desayuno también estaba muy bueno, el chef hace unas tortillas riquísimas y Mai estaba muy pendiente de explicarnos qué era cada comida y si queríamos algo más.

Quizá la limpieza fue el punto más débil, sin ser nada escandaloso pero por debajo del estándar del resto de atributos del hotel.

Great location for old town

We stayed at Eliana Ruby Hotel & Travel for the last four days of our holiday, and it was a wonderful stay! The Executive Suite was a real treat, and we actually spent quite a bit of time enjoying it, especially since we had some rainy days. The service was excellent throughout our stay. We didn’t book any tours as we had already done them, but the team recommended a spa where we received a 10% discount, which we really appreciated. Everyone was genuinely thoughtful and helpful, from our arrival, when they kindly kept our luggage before check-in, to all the little moments when they were always ready to assist. A special thank you to the whole reception team! We also really enjoyed the breakfast, with a special mention to Mai, who welcomed us every morning with a smile. The buffet is varied, and there are also plenty of options to choose from the menu. Different kinds of omelettes, always delicious — thank you, chefs! — as well as sandwiches, French toast, banh mi, pancakes and more. We only wish we had had enough time to try everything! A beautiful hotel with excellent service. Definitely recommended!

3 nuits passés dans cet Hôtel très bien situé dans le vieux Hanoï. Les chambres sont très confortables et au calme. Merci à Jessica de nous avoir parfaitement organisé une croisière sur la baie d Ha Long ainsi qu un trek de 2 jours a Sapa sans oublier l excellent petit déjeuner servi avec le sourire de Mia. Établissement à recommander sans réserve.

The staff were very helpful, patient, and spoke English well. Jessica, who was in charge of tourist information, was very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Mia, the dining room staff member, was very friendly, welcoming, and patient with all our questions about the food.

Jessica sent us helpful information by email and WhatsApp before check-in, which made everything very easy. The 24-hour front desk was also convenient, and all the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious, with freshly made omelets and pho available to order. Mai at the restaurant was especially kind and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and left with great memories. Thank you!

One minor issue was that only about half of the showerhead seemed to be working properly. It would be great if this could be improved

여행 신청시 픽업 서비스를 너무 늦게 전달해 준것이 하나의 흠, 아참. 아래층은 좀 시끄럽습니다. 그러나 지역 특성상 이해가 됩니다.

Famille avec 4 enfants. Emplacement parfait. L'hotel est dans le coeur de ville mais isolé du bruit. Le personnel est accueillant et tres serviable. Nous avons pu prendre une douche à 19h (donc bien apres le check out) avant de prendre le train pour Lao Cai. La chambre familiale était parfaite : spacieuse et avec des fenetres qui donnent sur la ruelle calme. Le petit dejeuner est servi à volonté et il est varié.

La chambre double avait une fenetre mais elle donnait sur un mur et sentait un peu l'humidité.

Stanza piccola con letto contro il muro e per rifarlo ci salgono sopra?Condizionatore vecchio e sporco con aria diretta sul letto. Le foto di camere e struttura sono ritoccate. Non vi è oscuramento in camera, solo una tenda a rullo con fasce. La struttura un po datata si trova in un vicolo dove non passano le auto con mercato alimentare all aperto e l odore non è dei migliori. I tour non fanno pick up in zona perché zona chiusa. Colazione in una stanza senza finestre e poco, ma poco varia.

La localisation est super en plein cœur des 36 corporations.

This was a fine hotel. Nothing spectacular, but perfectly adequate. I highly recommend you request rooms on floors 5 or 6, because those floors are above the neighboring buildings, so the sun is not blocked, the light shines through and it’s more cheerful. The floors under 5, tend to be dark. Breakfast is perfectly adequate, not amazing, but fine. The hotel in on Yen Thai, which is a busy alleyway, connecting Hang Manh St., and Hang Dieu. But there’s no street sign on Hang Dieu. So I recommend turning off Hang Bong, on to Hang Manh. Go about 100-125m, and the sign for Yen Thai is on the left. Enter the alley for 20m, and the hotel is on the left. If you want a good haircut, go to 77 Hang Non Street, off of Hang Dieu, 7-8 minute walk from the hotel. Mr. Nguyen Manh, 37 years cutting hair, and where everyone else is charging 200-250K, Mr. Manh charges 150K. Kevin in hotel reception was very helpful. Overall, I believe you would be satisfied with this property.

There was nothing wrong with this hotel, but there’s was nothing exceptional about it. It’s a safe choice.

L’emplacement, le petit déjeuner (merci à May et à son équipe), l’accueil. Nous avons été surclassés puisque nous demandions un lit double. Le personnel nous a organisé deux sorties dans la baie d’Halong et la baie d’Halong terrestre dont nous avons été très satisfaits. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages pour la journée après avoir libéré la chambre et avons eu la possibilité de prendre une douche en fin d’après-midi avant de prendre le train pour Sapa.
