Reviewed Apr 15, 2026We had booked Roseal beach front and I had come to Goa for the first time. I told the staff that I am coming for the first time and they should give me good service. I found them good and no matter how much I say about the staff, it is less Rakesh Bhai and Deep and the room was very nice, there was hot water, there was TV, there was AC, the room was cleaned every day, according to me it was a very good hotel, there is a beach in front of the hotel, they served good food, the best staff Rakesh and dip and sakil thank you all staff......

i booked 2 rooms- 2 families with 2 children one with 5 months old baby sea facing but so cald no sea facing its common balcony and sea is 200 mtr away, room which they gave initially was ac room & was stinking with cigrette smell . upon raising concern they spreyed room freshner but stll started stinking after 30 min could see cigrette ashes all over the bed & buds thrown in the room . they changed the room after esclating the issue. however all other rooms were the same no one to clean & all ashes & cig buds in the room. the lady from roseal hotels was very rude and adament . room was not even for bachelors stay it was pathetic worst. they will never refund the amount instead of the stinking & bad room experience . never recomend not even for bachelors . false statment of sea facing.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026The rooms were really clean and tidy. The staff were polite in behaviour and even guided us to choose Goa tour package as per our requirements. Overall the stay was good.
The Wi-Fi was off for 2 days and I was not able to use it. Plus the TV was not working, so I not got to use that facility. Also they need to add a bathroom stool and hangers in their room to hang clothes.

The stuff is new and really don't know how they got this job. They asked us to cancel bokking.com booking and offered a discount. We didn't agree- still they cancelled the booking on the app. They just behave as if they are deaf when you ask them anything. Gyser was not working during our stay. One of them Yusuf -for no reason kept calling our personal no at midnight and continuously.
