We hebben echt een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Indigen Boutique Hotel Cao Bang! Bij aankomst kwam de medewerker ons meteen tegemoet met een paraplu om te helpen. Het inchecken verliep vlekkeloos en er was een mooie, veilige parkeerplek voor onze grote motoren. Ook het contact vooraf via WhatsApp en Booking.com was erg snel en vriendelijk. Wat een ontzettend mooie en ruime kamer. Voor ons was dit absoluut het mooiste hotel van heel Vietnam! Het bed was groot en uiterst comfortabel, de douche was heerlijk en alles was brandschoon. We zijn er drie nachten gebleven en de kamer werd elke dag netjes schoongemaakt. Normaal kijken wij op vakantie nooit naar Netflix, maar het was hier zo fijn en comfortabel dat we zelfs een film hebben gekeken. Het hotel bood helaas geen ontbijt aan (of wij hadden het niet bijgeboekt), maar dat was geen enkel probleem. In de buurt kun je heerlijke bánh mì halen en er zijn genoeg gezellige straattentjes voor een goede kop koffie. Binnen 5 tot 10 minuten lopen sta je bovendien midden in het centrum van Cao Bang. Toen we een probleem hadden met mijn motor en wilden controleren of de lokale Honda-dealer een specifieke band op voorraad had, heeft de receptiemedewerker meteen voor ons rondgebeld. Dit vonden we ontzettend lief, gastvrij en behulpzaam! Ik zou dit hotel 100% aanbevelen, het was in één woord fantastisch!

Struttura nuova, elegante e pulitissima, camera grande con balcone privato provvisto di tavolino, due sedie e riparato dalla pioggia, bagno con doccia funzionante con finestrone sul balcone, staff sempre disponibile ed efficiente, ci hanno cambiato le asciugamani tutti i giorni, ed aiutato a prenotare un tour per le cascate Ban Gioc, Engel Eye mountain e lago con auto privata ed autista a prezzi corretti, inoltre il receptionist ci ha aiutato ad ordinare la cena in camera presso una pizzeria viste le forti piogge, per 30€ a notte assolutamente consigliato.

L’architecture de l’immeuble / la végétation/ la qualité des services/ la propreté / l’aide pour trouver un driver pour se balader et un bus pour repartir.

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus adapté aux occidentaux (banh mi ou soupe pho au canard). Nous leur avons signalé. Ils nous ont demandé ce qui nous ferait plaisir. Et le lendemain, ils ont répondu à nos attentes (toasts, beurre, confiture). Très sympa.

Hôtel très propre et très bien situé, remerciements spécials à Ngoc Anh à la réception pour son écoute et sa disponibilité. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Je note à hauteur de 8 car l’absence de petits déjeuners est vraiment pénalisant . Vous pouvez effectivement déjeuner d’un Pho facilement près de l’hôtel mais aucune possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner occidental . La laundry de l’hôtel est surprenante . On m’a rendu mon linge effectivement lavé mais absolument pas repassé . Tee-shirts / chemises ont été restitués sans le moindre coup de fer à repasser .

They must have had low occupancy for the period we were there, as it was very hot and they weren’t running the aircon or lights in the common areas which was a bit annoying and not really respectful to the guests they had.

Location was great, easy to walk to restaurants and our tour pickup. There was a local laundry near by.

Common areas had significant mosquitos, no ventilation except for open windows or doors.

Un très bel hôtel avec une chambre spacieuse équipée de tout le nécessaire. L'emplacement est ideal, à quelques mètres de la rive et des activités pour profiter de la vie locale. Pas de restauration possible ni pour le petit déjeuner mais supermarché et restaurants très proches de l'hôtel.

Le petit-déjeuner même simple serait un plus.

La disponibilité du personnel

La douche froide. Pensez à préciser en arrivant qu’il faut appuyer sur un bouton pour activer l’eau chaud. Et malgré le fait de laisser le ballon d’eau chaud activé toute une journée, impossible de se laver les cheveux à deux dans la même journée car au froide au deuxième passage :( mais très bon et bel hôtel.

La propreté et le personnel très sympas prêt à vous aider

Chambre très humide carrément de l’eau coulait sur les fenêtres et il faisait froid malgré la climatisation sur chaud. J’en conclu donc qu’elle ne devait pas fonctionner. Sur les photos on vois un jolis resto sur le toit mais arriver sur place tout était fermer même pas de petit déjeuner. Pour le prix de l’hôtel c’est inacceptable. Cher mais aucun service

C’était parfait ! L’hôtel est très propre et très confortable. Ils nous ont beaucoup aidés à préparer notre venue et nos escapades sur place. Vraiment merci !

La réceptionniste parlait un anglais approximatif mais on s’est compris et au pire Google Traduction aide !

Heerlijk nieuw hotel 🤩

Beautiful and well cared for hotel, the room and bathroom were very spacious and nicely decorated. The mattress and pillows very comfortable, a spacious balcony too. Everything was great really. The only thing was the soundproofing, though not a very busy street, it was ok during the night but come 6am it was impossible to rest without earplugs. But even so, we’d book again, it was a lovely place and the staff was really nice too.

The staff - in the morning questioned me about laundry bag. I told him I left it in the room but he insisted I paid 50k dong, which is fine but I was already late and it was annoying that he took so much time to settle.

Mycket fint och fräscht! Stor balkong och stort rum. Sköna sängar och bra dusch. De kunde dock gärna ha informerat om att man måste trycka på en knapp för att få igång varmvattnet:) allt var 10/10. Fanns ingen frukost på hotellet. Lite lyhört för rummen med balkong.
