The owner and the location. She was so kind, so fast in replying, so helpfull with fixing Bustickets and making me feel comfortable in the accomodation. The rooms are clean and decent. Big beds in the dorms so you feel very free. The lady is also working on even more options. Trips, tours, car/bike rental etc. She is very innovative and tries to make the full Package for the guests. If you're not a guest; Even for the tours and bustickets this lady is an absolute great option to help you !

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour chez Lan. Le personnel est très gentil, la chambre propre et agréable. Le petit déjeuner en plus est très bon et le service de lingerie efficace. Nous avons également fait un des tours de Cao Bang proposé par l’hôtel et avons été ravis. Lan est vraiment serviable, elle nous a aidé pour un petit couac où nous avions besoin de traduction sans hésiter et a pris sur son temps personnel pour que nous soyons bien.

It's a simple but clean hotel, big rooms, well located in Cao Bang. All the staff were nice and Lan was always available to assist in our requests. You can rent bikes directly there without any friction, and also there are tours you could get with them with a really good price. We enjoyed a lot out time in Cao Bang and Lan, was a really good facilitator for this to happen.

Не было горячей воды. Зубная щетка была потрепанной, не смогла воспользоваться. Из-за дыры в туалете было слышно шум из других комнат или с лестницы.

Home sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, gần chợ Xanh, đi bộ thuận tiện, chị chủ và nhân viên rất thân thiện, hỗ trợ cho mình check in sớm lúc 4h sáng, giá cả rất hợp lý. Chắc chắn lần tới khi đi CB sẽ tới đây

Nach dem dreitägigen Loop blieb ich noch eine weitere Nacht in Cao Bang - es war wie nach Hause kommen.

Wenn man den Cao Bang Loop fahren möchte, ist man hier sehr gut aufgehoben. "Lan" organisiert alles, ob Wäsche, Loop oder Bustransfer zum nächsten Stopp. Mein Zimmer ist groß und ist im ersten Stock gelegen - so fiel das Fehlen eines Aufzuges nicht ins Gewicht. Der Standort ist gut geeignet, Cao Bang zu entdecken, Restaurants, Cafés, der Markt und Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Mein Gepäck konnte ich für den dreitätigen Loop gesichert unterstellen.

So unproblematisch die Kommunikation mit Lan via WhatsApp funktionierte, so schwierig waren die Sprachbarrieren vor Ort zu überbrücken. Unterm Strich stellte das aber kein unlösbares Problem dar.

Louer le scooter a été extrêmement simple

Wir waren anfangs sehr skeptisch wegen der schlechten Erfahrungsberichte auf Google die wir erst nach der Buchung gelesen haben. Wir wurden aber in einem absolut herzlichen Homestay empfangen. Unser Zimmer war gemütlich, sauber und ohne Bettwanzen. Auch am nächsten Morgen wurde uns ein nettes Frühstück auf Nachfrage gemacht und wir haben für eine Tagestour ein Motorrad gemietet, dass auch super gelaufen ist.

Le logement est bien placé, le personnel est sympathique et disponible. Les scooters sont très bien et le linge est lavé super rapidement. Un point de départ parfait pour visiter Cao Bang.

Me gustó la ubicación, fueron muy amables con nosotros, la moto que nos alquilaron estaba perfecta y el último día que ya no teníamos reserva nos dejaron ducharnos. Muy amables la verdad

A fuir absolument !! Les lits étaient infesté de punaises de lit ! Il y avait des clous dans le mur (du sûrement à une ancienne tête de lit) à 5cm de nos têtes. Il fait donc faire très attention si on ne veut pas finir empalé. De plus, la salle de bain communique avec les escaliers de l’hôtel, pas terrible donc pour l’intimité. Une insonorisation déplorable, on entend tous les bruit de toutes les chambres. Si l’on demande une couverture et une couette pour se réchauffer on nous apporte uniquement un draps (infesté de punaises de lits bien sûr). On a également refusé de nous servir le petit déjeuner, car nous allions en excursion… (nous n’avons pas eu de petit déjeuner à l’excursion non plus…) Je ne recommande donc absolument pas !

La dueña contesta rápido a todas tus dudas por mensaje. Alrededor del hostel varios sitios locales donde desayunar, comer, cenar y hay un supermercado cerca. Las camas tienen cortinas para dar privacidad

En mi cama no funcionaba la luz y por la noche no veía nada. No hay taquillas, ni dentro ni fuera de la habitación. Mi cama hacía bastante ruido al entrar y al moverte

Mooie kamer met licht, leuk ingericht. Fantastisch personeel dat hun uiterst best doen om je te helpen met het plannen van je verdere reis. Zeer goed communicatie.

Good budget option with restaurants nearby. The dorms had curtains for privacy and sockets for each bed. Good wifi too!

Personnel très accueillant et compréhensif. Prix très abordable dortoir correct pour le prix pour un cours séjour. Nous avons vu des chambres seules qui avaient l’air superbe.

En revanche, les lits étaient très durs et les draps étaient sales à notre arrivée, nous avons dû demander à les faire changer. La structure métallique du lit bouge beaucoup, donc on entend et ressent chaque mouvement des autres personnes. De plus, il n’y avait qu’une seule salle de bain pour 10 personnes dans la chambre.

La chambre était très agréable, possibilité de louer un scooter, de faire une laundry et de laisser ses backpacks pour faire la boucle en moto.

Il n’y a pas beaucoup de restaurant aux alentours

Wenn man den Cao Bang Loop fahren möchte, ist man hier sehr gut untergebracht. Scootermiete im Haus. Problemlos. Ob SIM-Karte oder Bustouren: "Lan" organisiert alles und ist jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar. Große Zimmer, zweckmäßig, ein kleines Frühstück ist gegen geringen Aufpreis möglich. Direkt gegenüber gute Suppenküche. Gute Lage (zentral) und nachts trotzdem ruhig. Alles in Allem empfehlenswert.

Good hostel in Cao Bang, friendly staff and good location. It is possible to rent motorbikes here.

The dorm has only one shared bathroom for up to ten persons. Shower and toilet are not seperate and general cleanlyness can be improved on.

Lovely private room, really friendly and helpful staff and good location. Staff went above and beyond during my stay and I can’t thank them enough!

This place was in a convenient location and was comfortable & clean. The owner Lan was really lovely and the communication was spot on. She organised a tour for me and a bus to my next destination.

J’ai choisi de dormir dans le dortoir, où tout les lits en hauteur sont sur une planche commune, donc des que qqn bouge tout le monde bouge. Les lits sont durs. Et les escaliers pour monter au lit sont un peu difficile

The rooms were very big and good value for money. We rented motorbikes from here and they were in great condition. We were able to pay for everything at the end.

Staff very friendly and helpful even though the lady does not speak English. The hostel is in a good location. Cao Bang is not a very touristy city, but you can walk along the river which is nice to see a very local vibe and take a day tour from the hostel to see beautiful waterfalls and takebreathing views.

The room was cozy, easily got the bike to rent, laundry was done very nicely.. my clothes smell so nice & smooth in texture

In breakfast dragon fruit was served which contained small white worm.. maybe it was few days old but totally unintentional. The care taker apologised and gave us banana instead

The location is super central, so it's really convenient for shopping and eating. The room and bathroom are both really spacious. Plus, the host was super kind, I arrived early in the morning by night bus, and she even let me check in early to rest. Really appreciate it!
