Very basic, no improvements, walls & bath floor tiles cracked, perhaps 2-3 stars, at exceptionally high price (175 EUR/night) Definitely overrated on booking.com. Not ideally situated - walk about 12 minutes to the closest metro station (Schuman or Merode).

Excellent communication from the hosts, quiet location - close to the park and restaurants. Great to have an iron as well as all the other basics! The balcony might be very nice in summer!

The light in the hallway does not stay on long - and the switch at the apartment door may need to be replaced (I was not sure it was the light switch).

The shower is big enough and well functioning. I appreciated the presence of coffee capsules and the machine, the kettle, and the tea bags; furthermore, I found two bottles of water, which I really appreciated, as few hosts generally do this, and after a long trip, it's nice to have some water waiting for you in your room.

The entrance is very uncomfortable, as the door is located at the top of a steep staircase with very small steps. I had trouble opening the box with the key inside, after entering the code with the numbers well aligned. This meant that during this operation, it was not possible to keep the suitcase next to me since there was no space on the steps. The small step that divides the bedroom from the living room is really uncomfortable, and you have to be constantly careful not to trip and get hurt. The guest can't manage the heating; it was too hot in the room, and the first night was not pleasant for this reason. There are no soaps of any kind, shampoo, or foam bath, nothing. Therefore, if the guest forgets to bring them and checks-in in the evening, after the stores have closed, they essentially have to wash themselves with hand soap. The television was giving no signal, so I couldn't use it. I tried with the two remotes available to unblock the situation, but at a certain point, I gave up, so the TV is a service I couldn't use.

Apartament był czysty i schludny. Wyposażenie było wystarczające. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko do centrum. W nocy było bardzo cicho. Gospodarz jest bardzo miłym i uczynnym człowiekiem . Spełnił naszą prośbę za co bardzo dziękujemy. Podczas kolejnego pobytu w Brukseli na pewno zatrzymamy się tutaj.

Mi è piaciuta molto la pulizia , ordine ,posizione.e organizzazione.

Accogliente ma dovrebbe essere più curato, pavimento in PVC bucato e rovinato, piastrella del pavimento in bagno rotte, TV satellite che prende tantissimi canali anche italiani ma per poter impostare il tutto (avvio e sintonizzazione decoder) bisogna essere diplomati in informatica.. diciamo onestamente a mio modesto parere che la valutazione di eccellente mi sembra veramente esagerata io direi buono/ottimo..

Apartamento muy cómodo. Tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar. La ubicación es muy buena y estaba todo muy limpio .

Not so cozy... I'd rather go out than stay for the evening. Every morning I had to mind the steep staircase just behind the door to not fall down - TBH I'd really appreciate to have a reminder on the door :)

Great spot in Brussels! You can do everything using public transportation, which is very close by, and you can also rent a bike. Additionally, the host is very attentive and responds quickly to any questions you may have. The place is very cozy, and the bed is comfortable!

The shower kept alternating between hot and cold for no apparent reason; it seemed to happen randomly. Additionally, the only thing I didn’t like was that the heater is a smart one controlled by the host. 9ºC was a bit cold for us, and we couldn’t adjust the temperature ourselves, so we had to contact the host to turn the heat on. She did so promptly, but it was still a bit of an inconvenience for me.

Great location

Very comfy apartment, clean with many utensils. Good location - easy to commute or simply to see other parts of the city on foot (highly recommend as there are many hidden gems on the way) and close to Jourdan square filled with bars and restaurants.

Nice place, everything clean, comfortable, quiet area, nice neighborhood. Not far from the metro, also Uber is not that expensive in Brussels.

We couldn't leave our baggage in a safe place after check out

Clean and lite apartment

Well, I liked everything about this accommodation. Clean, cozy, perfectly prepared for my arrival. Well written instructions how to check-in and check-out. Friendly staff. Could not expect more.

Clean and nice spot. Very comfortable bed. Good location close to European area if you have meeting there. Great communication.

The entrance was in a steep stairs so it was a little less comfortable to go inside and outside the door but other than that I was satisfied with the place.

The studio is as shown in the pictures. The host was very responsive to the messages in booking, which is not a given in my experience with other apartments in Brussels.

I think it is worth mentioning there is a flight of stairs to access to the apartment. Can be an issue for people with reduced mobility.

I liked the location. Very ideal. Short walk to EU Buildings. The apartment was neat and perfect for a short stay.
