The location was amazing and so were the staff/host.

The wifi was inconsistent and kept going down multiple times, there was also a section in a drawer where there were many cigarettes and a very strong substance smell

CLOSE TO THE LULU MALL AND AS-SALAM INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL. AND SECURE.

The room was part of an apartment and was clean with good internet. It had a 42-inch smart TV. The room was close to amenities. The water was hot. The owner was very helpful.

The balcony overlooked the street, but it had a dirty chair and no table, unlike the one shown in the attached photo. The water pressure was very low, making it difficult to shower comfortably. The shower was also located right next to the toilet. The bathroom drain was constantly leaking. The electricity was frequently cut off and didn't come on in the mornings. The furniture was very basic. The street was extremely noisy; in the mornings, you could hear the sounds of cars and horns, and at night, you could hear the barking of dogs. Although there are many dogs in the area, they seem to be peaceful. The area is somewhat like a working-class neighborhood, with dirty streets and basic amenities. It was strange that after I booked and paid, the owner sent me a message saying I couldn't have visitors in my room! The property was a multi-story building, not a villa. The entrance and sidewalk were terrible. The landlord wouldn't let me use the laundry room and told me to contact someone else if I wanted to. The room price was ridiculously high. When I wanted to check in at 2 PM, the landlord told me check-in was only from 2 PM to 11 PM, which surprised me. He then told me that if I wanted to check in at 2 AM, I'd have to pay half a day's rent. However, after I messaged him through Booking.com that I wanted to check in at midnight, he agreed and didn't charge me any extra. The area has no good entertainment options; you have to take an Uber to get anywhere. There's a mall near the property, but it's very, very small. If I ever go back to Cairo, I wouldn't stay in that same room.

ازعاج من الشارع الشباك غير عازل ازعاج واصوات من الغرف الأخرى لايوجد مصعد👎🏻 لا يوجد موظف استقبال وانتظرت نصف ساعه الى ان اتى رغم اني اتصلت به على المحمول كرسي الحمام عليه اثار بول مما يدل انه لم يخضع للتنظيف منذ مده وليس من المنطقي ان ابلغ العامل بتنظيف الحمام لانه من المنطقي ان يتم تنظيف كامل الغرفه والحمام للنزيل الجديد!!!

غير نظيف وغير آمن. ازعاج ورائحة دخان شديدة رغم ان التدخين ممنوع. مواصفات الغرفة على بوكينج ليست موجودة في الواقع. حاول اعطائي غرفة أقل من التي حجزتها وتأخر في تحضير غرفتي. ادعى انني لم أحضر رغم حضوري مما تسبب في الغاء الحجز ليجبرني على التعامل معه مباشرة دون الرجوع الى بوكينج. تعامل غير أمين ولا أنصح به نهائيا. Not safe. Not clean. Noisy. Bad smoking smell despite no-smoking. Room amenities on booking.com not there. The host made false claims. The host claimed that I did not check in to force me to pay him directly without booking.com.

The Manager was soo welcoming. He provided me with any assistance that i needed.

Everything about my stay was excellent. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Great value for money. Mustafa was extremely helpful and always available on WhatsApp, making check-in and communication very easy. I really appreciated his kindness and quick responses. I would definitely stay here again - highly recommended! The location is close to the bank, shops, street food vendors.

Noises from the housekeeping probably, always walking with their phone playing loud songs late at night and slamming doors even late at night Some towel and clothes wall hangers are lacking

Good value for money, the owner and staff were pretty attentive, great range of check in and check out hours, the place was very clean and safe, there was a microwave and a small fridge, easy access and lots of shops are around, easy to reach and getting transportation/taxi/uber was easy

I had a fantastic time at this apartment! It was spotless, well-furnished, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the apartment that made it feel like home. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

staff and his family were very helpful and attended to all my notes asap. For example, the bathroom's fan, the kettle, room cleanliness..etc. The location is great (restaurants, banks..etc).

The dogs outside the building are too much and one of them tried to attack me as I was warned by a bystander. The kettle was rusty and dirty (they changed it to a plastic one, which I don't use), the window didn't fully close (problem with the lock), and what I hated the most was the AC it can be loud and startling when the compressor turns off and on. Same thing with the mini fridge. No elevator ( I have bad knees and I don't recommend it for elderlies with bad knees).

The place was very pleasant. The owners were always there and had left everything you required in the room. You have convenient access to everything you require both locally and remotely, so you don't need to go far what you need.

It was good value for money. The staff were supper helpful and gave use some guidance on where to eat and pick up cash.

It was a bit far out for us and we had to travel in the evening for business meetings back up to the airport and into Cairo. But that was our choice to stay here. For business around New Cairo it is a very affordable option.

My sincere appreciation for very friendly service and care of Mr. Mostafa. Always there to attend your requirements regardless of AM/PM. Kind, Soft Spoken and Pleasing Personality. Location is Great, all amenities are very close. Palatable & delicious food options just opposite of this property. Bustling night-life around this area. Supermarkets, Fresh juice shop, Bakery (must try).. all at walking distance. Will definitely recommend this property.

Internet wasn't stable and noise for two days without notice

I liked everything. nothing was missing, since Mister Mustapha granted and fulfilled all my needs.

Nothing was bad from the house. All commodities were fulfilled and of a perfect quality.

2nd time staying here, and would stay again. Clean, quiet, and very close to shops and restaurants. The owner is very quick with replies (I needed the location for my driver)… Just beware that there are stairs and no elevator, so maybe message ahead of time if you’ll need help with bags. Like I said, though, this will be my go to place when I’m in Cairo.

Host Engr Mostafa is an amazing human benig I ever meet, such a hmble and down to earth person. Facilities is very good, calm envoronment and clean as well.

Very clean, very quiet, very comfortable. The location was amazing, super close to a commercial area that you can get all what you need (food, ATM machines and supermarket). All drivers can reach the location easily without calling 10 times to ask and confirm. The owner and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

We would stay here again! Check-in and check-out were very easy and smooth. The flat is very clean (even the balcony!!) and a good size. It is on a busy road so we could get food and other supplies easily. We slept with the windows open and traffic is not loud in the flat. There was some maintenance nearby during the day, and the owner messaged to let us know AND offered to postpone it which was very nice! Just a quick warning that the flat is not the first floor and there’s no elevator, so it isn’t the best choice if you have heavy luggage, but we didn’t have a problem with one bag and a baby.

I had a wonderfully quiet night there, The staff was friendly and helped me all the way, even before I reached the location, I was impressed by how clean the place is, Also, the suite is cozy and comfortable, Overall I liked the place and I might go there again If the need ever arises.

I don't know the prices around the area, but although the value was good, I still think the price was A little bit on the higher end. Other than that, there was nothing that I didn't like in that cozy and comfortable place.

The host was very kind and helped us a lot during our stay with transportation and everything, you feel like you are with your family
