The breakfast was given delayed but was not as expected.

Initial 3 to 4 hours there was no water in my room despite asking Mr. Naguib multiple time, it was worst experience.

Photos are misleading No one knows where the property is even the property next to it. Was charged for breakfast for 2 days however was never provided just given reasons wait the team is looking I to it. Staff does not even speak basic English. Room cleanliness is a struggle. Really pathetic stay

Good afternoon. I stayed at this hotel and absolutely loved it. It's a wonderful family vacation option. It's close to the sea, the city, and shops. It has all the necessary utensils for cooking, it's very clean, there's a water park, entertainment, and a great price. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

The hotel is very good for family and for relaxation, I enjoyed alot there and for sure will back again, the rooms very clean and new , big thx for all the workers and the owners. 😊😊

Tercih edilecek bir otel değil. paraya kıyıp daha merkezi yerden bir otel tutmak daha mantıklı. çok uzak ve civardaki olanaklar çok pahalı. sahil çok uzak havuzlar pis , odalar eski bakımsız. Şehre çok uzak. otel içinde fiyatlar çok yüksek

Le personnel est sympathique et l’emplacement agréable, ce qui est appréciable.

Appartement mal entretenu, murs abîmés, propreté insuffisante. La nourriture du tout inclus est médiocre, surtout comparée à d’autres hôtels de la région bien meilleurs. Je ne recommande pas.

Nothing at all

It was disgusting please avoid I hated my trip just because I stayed at this hotel the hygiene in this hotel is 0 insects everywhere my 1 year old and 1and half year old really got a breakout on the skin the showers are disgusting they use toilet poo water in the showers and taps so the water there was disgusting booking.com need to stop advertising this hotel and take this off as it not in a good state for people to stay in. AC did not work imagine in a 39degrees country with no ac. Showers were disgusting the sinks are blocked

Owner forgot to inform the check in guy we had 2 rooms instead of 1 so check in was chaotic. We were brought to an old area where all building activities were going on and a terrible open sewer smell - especially in the evenings. Balcony of apartment was dirty with partly broken furniture. My 2 sons had a studio and were also put in the old area while the photos of our booking for the studio were clearly in the new wing. Only after contacting booking.com the check in guy was willing to move them to the correct room. The swimming pool was too dirty to swim in on 2 out of 4 days. They charge you $ 10 per person for breakfast instead of the $ 5 as mentioned in booking.com. I have had almost always good experiences with booking.com and use them for more than 10 years but this MAMO property should be blacklisted until they get their act together. We saw and heard more guests complaining but the owner doesn't take accountability and the check in guy even accused us of breaking a handle from the tap in the bathroom when we notified him about this just after check in. Very unprofessional.

It's really good value for money and the staff are very nice and helpful. The only problem I had was with the cleanliness of the room. Unfortunately my toilet wasn't cleaned and the towels and bedding were dirty. I also didn't know that you had to pay extra for internet in the room. But otherwise all was ok. The restaurant at the beach offers good prices and okay food. The overall hotel is nice.

The aqua park is very old and not clean and well maintained, one of them which is the main one was closed for maintena nce all through the trip... cleaning level was not satisfactory, especially bed sheets and covers... although we had an email stating that breakfast is complementary we found out we had to pay for it because of misunderstanding of the word complementary (not for free but for those who paid for it) Beach setup was very crowded and not enough chairs for guests 🙄 I just felt like accoedating us was as if all guests came by surprise and the staff is not ready for them although staff is very friendly... Mahmoud is a great host but he has to do everything by himself or it won't be done

Very nice experience I like there is a swimming pool with clean water. And near the beach, you can walk from your apartment.

I didn't go on my last booking but I was there before and I can recommend this company with a very good rate 🙂 very helpful staff clean rooms, good service

Amazing stay and exactly what we were looking for. Apartment was really nice. Staff were very helpful. We all loved the convenience of the location, beach access, restaurants and extra activities like diving etc which are within the hotel private beach. Would come back again for sure!

Price is great. New building, furniture, bedding, towels.

No wi-fi. Hosts offered charges for taxi was overpriced (25$) when UBER is around 80 local E£ (around 2$). Extra charges for late check in 10$ after 17:00 Have to pay cash.

The owner was very welcoming & supportive , although we arrived late , he received us happily with very warm welcoming, advised how to plan our trip in Hurgadah ,any extra services we needed during our stay he was more than happy to offer it , he allowed us for late check out with no extra charge .

Price is great. Facilities are new. Fresh bedding and towels.

*no wifi Avoid staying with view on pool. We stayed in 2 apartments with garden view (which was ok) and with pool view. The pool has a water pump which makes very loud noise randomly every 2 minutes or so, which makes impossible to sleep. Other guests was complaining too, but nothing was done. Eventually one of the guests did switch off the pump by breaking the power cable. Just a bad design of pump location.
