Full of cockroaches dirty terrible dusty...not worth it for the price I paid. Call and text no one reply. Deposit till now haven't refund. Disappointed 😡😡😡

Very nice view. Unit was basic, but as described.

Needed minor maintenance. We didn't have as much trouble with elevators as others have reported, but there was a short wait occasionally at busy times.

This unit gives you the space as it has 3 bedrooms. Also, owner sounds like a nice person.

Not clean. Was trying to close one eye when I found fake eyelashes all over the apartment. Literally on the curtains, mirror and floor. But only on my last day, I found a dead cockroach ,big one, under the living room sofa ! Which mean, their team didn't clean the house thoroughly. I also found sharp pin on the floor,Not to forget ants colony near the sink .

Everything was great for us! The apartment was clean and organized. It has 3 rooms and 2 restrooms, it was enough for my family(5 people). We went to the pool almost everyday!

No breakfast but the location & the facilities was superb. Will book again i future.

The lift is so congested during checkout time🙃.

Standard checkout time is 12pn noon. Management has no right to force us to check out by 11.30am... they even send a reminder in the morning and 11am. This is my bad experience with this travel...

The view to the sea.

One of the 3 residents' lift was not working. On the day of check in, the lifts not functioned well. Didn't go to the parking floors. Middle lift lack air conditioning. We're told to throw our rubbish at the ground floor instead of a refuse facility. Bathroom floor was clogged with water when we shower.. Wet lift floor as those enjoying swimming pool at 11th floor didn't dry up properly

The master bedroom's toilet flow is stuck and takes time to perfectly flow.

It is very clean and all you need is just there.

The towel that they provided somehow leave a fur on our body. So it was green towel, and after we took a bath use the towel all the green fur stick on our body. Other thing is the parking spot is too far from the lift and the lift took so long to wait and most of the time full :( i know maybe lift issue is out of the host control but building management to make it better.

The Facilities were very clean and neat to meet our expectation as per what we have gone thru during the booking. Good facilities within the building and suitable for children's and family stay.

Key Collection, In proper guidance from security caused me need walk long distance to obtain my key. Poor Parking arrangement required to do long walk and tiring and not convenience.

The master bedroom can see Penang bridge, in morning can see sunrise.
