Bright studio apartment near the centre

Easily reached by public transport. Access information was clear and received well in advance. The apartment is perfect for 1 person because contrary to the information on booking.com, there is no proper double bed, just a narrow 120cm bed which is ok for 1 person. Good wifi for remote working. The view to the lake is beautiful.

The surrounding area is still being built and old buildings waiting to be demolished, so it's not the prettiest of areas.

Siisti asunto, hyvä sijainti. Helppi kulkea julkisilla ja lähistöltä löytyy hyviä ulkoilumaastoja.

Viestiini, missä pyysin mahdollisuutta toisen meistä nukkua sohvalla, ei viestillä vastartu takaisin eli emme majoitukseen mennessä varmuudella tienneet, onko toiveemme huomioitu. Iloinen yllätys oli, että huoneistoon oli meille tuotu lisävuode eli asia kunnossa.

Asunto oli kaunis & valoisa. Pieni ja kompakti. Sänky on 120cm leveä, eli yhdelle ihmiselle juuri hyvä. Maisemat todella upeat Näsikärvelle! Ääniä ei kuulunut mistään ja asunto oli rauhallinen. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi.

Siisti paikka ratikkapysäkin vieressä. Kaikki toimi hienosti.

No heater in the living room just 19C⁰ inside the room and +0C⁰ outdoor. Too soft bed but helt okej

Very new and well equipped apartment. Nice view from the window.

The bed was very small for two people. Yes, you can fit two people, but not very comfortably. Also the paid parking was a bit surprise (I was expecting free private parking).

Amazing location and best lake view specially floor 6. Apartment is so cozy and comfortable. Easy access to public transportation, quiet and friendly environment.

There’s not air conditioning in this summertime is so hot, the apartment needs air conditioning or fan.

Beautiful view

Clean, bright and nicely furnished with good access to the city centre. Quiet, nice views. It's nice to have a dishwasher and a washing machine, even though the former left dishes pretty wet and the latter ran for hours. Netflix was nice too!

The bed is not a full double bed and there are no hangers for your clothes. If you want an ideal setup for watching TV, you may have to move furniture around and then move it back.

The location of the flat was very conveniently accessible by car and the host company was very proactive regarding long term parking arrangements since we stayed there for a month (also, their information sent prior to arrival regarding location, access etc. was generally very informative) The flat was very new and well equipped, the location was good also regarding walks to Pyynikki and Pispala and even to city centre and tram stop was very near, too. Lakeview was very nice from the 6th floor.

This is actually not a "negative surprise" since it was "as advertised" i.e as described in the photos but please note that the bed is not Queen or King sized if that's what you desire to have.

Amazing view. Big windows. Quiet. Nice designed. Good coffee machine. Well equipped. Cozy flat. Tram stop located in short distance from the property.

Road near property made of loose small stones. That’s why it is hard to get there with large suitcases.
