It is an excellent guest house located near to the main road. The rooms are very neat and clean. The owner rahul is very helpful. Our train delayed by 2 hours. He allowed us to stay free of cost for extra two hours. Hotel n food shops are located near to it which is easy for the guests to buy food stuff.

It was ok. Nothing stood out that I believe is worth mentioning here.

The location of the property is in a dingy lane. The room we booked was on the first floor with no lift and the staircase is just about enough for one person to comfortably climb. I travelled to Vizag from Hyderabad along with my parents, by road, to attend the wedding of 2 cousins (getting married of the same day). Since there is no lift, we had to carry all of our luggage to the 1st floor. Turned out we booked 1 of the 3 bedrooms in the furnished service apartment. Rahul was quick to capitalize and offered to book the second bedroom at a 'discounted' price. But his condition was to do it offline. So he asked me to cancel the booking here and continue the transaction offline. It should have set off alarm bells, but since we were exhausted from the long drive, we decided to let it go and went along. The other bedroom was far smaller with no attached bathroom. But we had booked the place just for one day (and night) as both the weddings were the next morning at the same muhurtam at 10 AM. The next morning, we left early to attend the weddings, assuming that the checkout was at 12, as it usually is. Rahul didnt bother to inform / alert us that the checkout is between 9-10 AM. He patiently waited and only responded to my text, which I sent informing and requesting him at around 12 that we could be delayed by 30-45 mins, as is the case with most Indian Weddings. This is when the drama started - Rahul then decided to suddenly make us realize that we were way past our checkout time and that we needed to pay 'extra' since we were already a couple of hours late! We were left with no option and were made to agree to this 'arrangement'. We checked out at around 2. This entire experience left a very very bad taste in our mouths! The place is just about average and so is the service from the staff, but I would definitely not recommend anyone to rent this place! You'd be better off with any other place than here!

This guest house offers you all the basic things that are required to live... they provide utensils so that you make something on your own like tea and it has stuff like washing machine and induction.. they are also flexiable with check in and check out timing... the location is also near road itself and is easily accessible.... it is near railway station, however a bit away from beach... the property is cleaned and well maintained....

There is nothing that i did not liked... the owner takes extra measures to communicate and to help us see the city... very polite and very humble... the caretaker also tries her level best to communicate though we don't know to speak in telugu... i will always recommnd this property to other... you will enjoy the stay... hospitality is also great... fully satisfied with our stay...

We stayed at this place while proceeding on a road trip and liked it so much that we again stayed at the same place during our return journey. The host, Mr. Rahul, is a great gentleman and tries to keep the guests comfortable; the stay had all the necessary facilities, including a stove and cooking equipment (we did not use them, though). The place is in a residential locality and closer to good restaurants and other essential stores. I suggest this stay for families and friends groups equally.

The stay is in a narrow lane, and the parking space on the ground floor is a little cramped. We can still park on the road though. Though the host, Mr. Rahul, is a thorough gentleman, the caretakers seem to have some kind of malafide intentions. We had to shift rooms with all our heavy baggage after traveling for long durations just due to a miscommunication/ intentional deed by the caretaker.

The area is nice, quiet and clean. Owner was very friendly,and the rooms were comfortable.In summary we all enjoyed our stay and wish we stayed longer. The place is suitable for families it is also close to the beach.

Overall stay was good everthing was as shown in the images and pleasant environment with no disturbance
