I had a wonderful stay at Keys Select Hotel by Lemon tree , vishakapatnam. The hospitality and service were excellent throughout my stay between may 20 to 25 june A special thanks to the all hotel staff for their outstanding support: especially :Mr. Appa Rao for his very courteous and always ready to help attitude, Mr. Shankar for his professional, friendly, and attentive attitude. And Chef Rama Rao had prepared delicious food and ensured a great dining experience for my entire family stay. Special thanks to Front Desk Manager Mr. Ramesh who handled everything efficiently with a warm and welcoming attitude. Last but not the least Housekeeping staff Kondamma who kept the room exceptionally clean and comfortable during my entire stay with great attention to detail. Staff dedication and genuine care made my stay pleasant and memorable. I highly recommend Keys Select Hotel vizag to anyone looking for excellent hospitality, clean accommodations, and outstanding customer service. I look forward to staying here again.

We recently had a stay at Lemon Tree keys select, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The ambiance was elegant yet cozy, making it perfect for stay. They offered us 12th floor city view feel happy to see the city from topest floor, providing a relaxed environment where both ou us enjoyed quality time together.The f&b staff and HM saroj was extremely courteous and attentive, they ensuring that everything was well-organized and that we felt welcomed throughout. For sure we come back to stay again.

I stayed at InKeys Select Hotel for almost 15 days from 14Jun26 to 30Jun26, and my experience was excellent. During my stay, Mr. Appa Rao took exceptional care of me. He was always courteous, attentive, and ensured that I was comfortable throughout my stay. His warm hospitality and outstanding service made my experience truly memorable. Mr. Shankar from the restaurant treated me very well, especially during dinner every day. He was always courteous, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable. I had a wonderful stay at Key Select Visakhapatnam and truly felt like I was staying with family. From check-in to check-out, everything was well managed, and the entire team made my stay comfortable and memorable. The staff were extremely friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Muskan and the entire F&B team for being so helpful and attentive. My sincere appreciation also goes to the Head Chef and the Hotel Manager for going above and beyond to accommodate all my requirements. I had a good stay here. This is a suggestion as solo female traveller. I wish there were dead bolts to door otherwise it's a great saty!! Housekeeping staff padma and sravan were amicable and helpful!

The stay here was excellent. The rooms were cozy, comfortable, and well maintained. The hospitality was outstanding, and the staff made feel truly welcome. Our Naval Veterans of 2/76 batch celebrated Golden Jubilee of our Naval Entry with 80 members ( including families) and enjoyed hospitality of Hotel, staff , facilities in Jun 2026. We all are senior citizens of age 66-68 years All the staff coordinated our stay to be comfortable, enjoyable and peaceful. Need to mention that the front desk staff, Restaurant staff, House keeping staff were very cordial with all of us for all the 3 nights stay Special mention to Mr Somasekhar , Raju , Padma house keeping for their service GM Mr Mishra was very cooperative along with director sales Mr P Sahoo. The Chef Mr Naga Muneswara Rao provided us delicious food along with Mr Antony, Appaji Rao , Shakar , Muskar and Jitender. Manager Gangar all need special mention. Thank you Keys Select Hotel. Nothing worst experience

The restaurant people made me so bad,we booked 2 rooms with breakfast so we have small.kids my husband had his breakfast n bring bf for them after that I'll go for bf n ask them idli, omelette n dosa send to room then he started discussion about the food,which room u r from already one person came n eat you're saying 2 rooms,infront of me he's not even make me eat n make a call to reception n he's asking about my stay it's felt me so guilty,before 10.30 whatever I asked they should serve but idli they serve me left over one and puri curry I asked they simply said it's over n Kitch was closed,I'm eating nothing..per stay 2 bf complimentary but they're talking all rubbish such a irrespective persons they don't know how to communicate with the customers..actually we're accord person in Novotel with some schedule changes I wrongly checkout our stay that's a big mistake..wrongly I have no option at that tim n hurrily we have booked this hotel,very cheap behaviour even though I left the restaurant without eating anything not even one person came to me to apologise or they didn't even send me the bf also that make me soo disrespectful

First of all if you are willing to stay in the hotel then immedieatly drop this hotel from your list. I stayed on 10.06.2026 during checkout hotel request that invoice will be shared in 2-3 as the servers are located in delhi caught fire. Today after waiting for almost 16 days and a regrious followup i havent received invoice for my stay. I am tired off by sending messages to the hotel staff. Its senicere request dont choose this hotel. Further i being an advocate will take a very strong legal action against this hotel at earliest. Instead of hotel photos i have added my conversation. Thanks

The staff of hotel makes fake promises. They will say that give us 5 star rating. With this type of service this hotel wont get even 1 star.

The staff was very helpful. Especially MR. Prabhas he took care of every little things that we needed plus they are very considerate. Mrs Muskan is one of the most delightful person who helped me and my family in every step. 10/10 for the staff and the atmosphere. I was on buisness trip to Vizag for one month and i choose the key select hotel for my long stay. The rooms are pretty good, maintained good hygiene, environment is very nice and mesmerising and the most loving thing is the view from the hotel top floor, the beautiful vizag city is surrounded by mountains and sea. Also i would like their services and hospitality. All the staff members very supportive and humble. Special thanks to Mr. Saikrishna, Mr. Apparao & Mrs. Muskan for the hospitality and make our stay more comfortable. I will recommend this place to stay when you are travelling to vizag.

At top floor suite is just have amazing city & port view. Good rich interior. Food is as always very good and restaurant staff is always very welcomeing. They take best care. Excellent stay and well trained staff

We had visited this beautiful property recently for a vacation and was amazed with the hospitality provided by the hotel staff. Staff was humble and polite, rooms were nice and spacious, Food was delicious. I recommend this hotel for a good experience if you are in the city.

It was my second stay and this time around we were not helped timely and with a smile. The man at the front kept inquiring about our documents and kept helping other people who came after us. We did not even get WIFI. But was beautiful to see Ramesh after we were helped terribly! He gave us hope really and things got better after he came to the front desk!!!

This was my second time visit to this hotel. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and pleasant, which made it easy to unwind. I especially appreciated the quality of service, as the staff were always ready to help with a smile. The food was also enjoyable, offering a good variety and taste. Especially Mr. Ramesh was great—his hospitality and helpful nature really stood out. He ensured that everything was perfect during my stay and was always available with a warm and professional attitude.

I have stayed in this hotel on 31st March, 1st April and 11th April, 2026. This is the first time stayed in keys hotel. I surprised to note that when we entered on restaurent, one person named Apparao has recieved us with friendly approach and he rendered very good service. His approach was very loyal and disciplined for which we impressed. We felt very happy homely atmosphere. The remaining staff also good but they doing their duty only. But this Apparao is very different. He is maintaining cordial approach whicvh is required to customer. He deserves for every appreciation. Because of that only we stayed in the hotel 3 times. Thanks
