The bed and the interior deisgn. Bed was comfy and sofa and chairs are comfy, location is strategic and quiet at night till morning.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The place was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It felt cozy and well looked after. Check-in was easy, and the overall experience was smooth. Definitely a great place to stay, and we’d happily come back again. Highly recommended!

Spacious, clean and beautifully designed room. The studio felt very relaxing and comfortable. The location was convenient for visiting Mersing Jetty, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. Communication from the host was also smooth and helpful.

Room was clean n cozy...very convenient location. We did not drive out for dinner n bfast. The eating plc was just nxt to the resort.

No tv channel... Only Youtube No water heater. It will be great if host cn provide simple breafast since the price also not cheap on wkday & off peak period.

Cons : 1. The beachfront is not for swimming 2. Got some insect at night. (Outdoor only)

Interior design, comfortable bed, all 💞. Strategic location.

At midnight, moth ball smells too strong. Took few hours to sleep back after deep sleep 🥲. Suggest to provide microwave & water heater.

The location is perfect. We love the immersive environment to the surrounding village.

The only downside is the lack of water heater.

Le cadre était parfait et bucolique. Un grand jardin et un accès a la mer sont très appréciable. On peut admirer le lever du jour dans un calme olympien. C'est vraiment très reposant et calme.

Il est préférable de venir en voiture car très tit le matin il n'y a pas de transport .

It’s beyond our imagination. It’s was a tiny house with a very nice decoration. The room was really clean. Air conditioner was super cool. Netflix and wifi was working nicely. Comfortable bed. Toilet was really clean and smell good too. The only minus is no hot water for showers.

There’s no hot water for shower. It’s very cold😅

Incredible & Amazing! This is my second time to sleep in this Villa, first time is around June 2024, and now, March 2025, all the condition is still same, but + with bathtub, the house is still clean, stylish, comfort, so beautiful that I hv nothing to say. Waiting for your new project!! And confirm, will support again!!

No gate. Few strangers just walked to the unit, peeped inside through the glass door, not aware that we were inside the car watching them. I did scold one of the men, it was so inappropriate for them to do that. We are both female and what if we were in the house.

Th÷ room was aesthetically furnished and very pleasing to the eye. The host has obviously gone to great length to ensure everything matches, right down to the knick knacks. Every piece of decor was functional. The pillows and beddings were comfy and of good quality. Every furniture was carefully thought out and not just haphazardly assembled.

1. There was a kitchenette but no microwave. A microwave would have been very convenient. 2. The sofa bed was unstable. The bed toppled twice (the backrest side) as there is no proper support.

This home give us a good memory. Can't believe a nice place in Mersing. Good experience, good vibes.

Truly kampung vibe. Friendly neighbours; real kampung style. Generous amenities. Kids love the tub. Mangoes as welcome gift. Walking distance for food & breakfast. We love lepak outside and enjoy the natural rhythm of life.

There was an issue happened but the admin tried their very best to solve it.

The villa looked true to pictures. Very aesthetically pleasing and had cosy vibes due to the natural light coming in and warm lights being used in the house. The road was very straight forward getting around, we drove along it a lot as there was a stretch of keropok losong store further up and if you drive the other way there’s a quaint little cafe called Tepian Cafe, food was decent had lontong, nasi lemak, goreng pisang.

No water heater but if it’s hot out it’s nice to shower in cold water. We fill up the tub with water from the tap for the kids and mixed it in with some boiled water. Good thing they provided an electric kettle too so all is good.

I love everything about the villa. The nature. The seaview. The location. The toilet. The bed. All of it. It has roti arab next to the villa. And just 5 minutes driving to Pantai Air Papan if you want to explore more

Strategic place. Near all POI. The room is quiet even though it is near the roadside. Will be back again next time.

NO HOT WATER IN BATHROOM! Access to hot water is essential especially if property provided air condition. The bathroom even provide a bath tub, soak in cold water? There is a beach fronting property but it is muddy and dry, with no water.

This unit is very beautifully decorated and modern. Checkin instruction were send ro is beforehand and well communicated.

No pork or alcohol allowed to be consumed on the property . Be warned, no cooking at all, not even a microwave to heat up food. No hot water on the premises. I found these points very disappointing for such a beautiful unit.

This is a beautiful, modern, clean property which is a 15 minute drive from the jetty, everything is double glazed so you feel like no bugs can get in - which is a bonus! It actually felt like a home.

Last minute instructions from the owners - no beer / pork allowed

The host is so helpful. He will guide us throughout the check in process. We were so delighted to get a complementary fruit upon check in. The space is ample and well organized. My personal favourite is the wooden deck. The unit is facing the beach, we can lepak outside with such a great view. The unit is clean and got almost everything we need for our stay. Always drive nearby, but this time we stopped to stay overnight. Highly recommended and definitely will revisit whenever my path will take me back to Mersing.

The villa is fronting the ocean where every morning you can enjoy the sun set directly from your bed. The Mediterranean style design with an excellent architectural concept are wonderful and something very different from what we used to see. The interior's quality and the furnitures are so pleasing to the eyes. The owners were friendly and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Nothing really...we enjoyed our stay until the last minutes of the hour.
