Spacious, very clean, close to the beach and places to eat

Location as it's near to the beach.

Dirty bed in all room, very dusty. You feel the spring when lying on the mattress, not conformable at all. Not secure at the front door, just one hinge to secure the main/big door (one side) the other supporting hinges are broken. A bit far bathroom but that's okay. What's not okay was there is no soap provided. Even the kitchen equipment is not well cleaned. We had to move to another place, we booked 2 days but just stayed for 1 night.

Pour une nuit ou deux ca le fait juste a coté de l embarcadère pour Tioman, une vraie maison malaise. L'hôte très accueillant .possibilité de laisser sa voiture pendant le séjour sur l ile de Tioman. 1 chambre une salle de bain juste le nécessaire Des cantines partout pour manger juste en face de la chambre.

Peut etre un coup de nettoyage dans la cuisine.

Very clean and comfortable, with easy access to restaurants and the town. We loved the local atmosphere, and it was value for money for a big family.

Lack of an A/C unit. Weather was hot The interior was hot & warm. The asbestos roofing didn't help as it lacked another layer of insulation.

Great property, everything you could possibly need. 10/10 wifi, and right on the beach. Staff go above a beyond to help and accommodate your needs.

Nothing, excellent all round

Very close to amenities like food places, markets, souvenirs center,etc...the homestay housekeeper was very friendly and has allowed us to check in earlier. Wifi internet connection is very good too. My mum was very pleased to see her favorite movies streamed from the smart tv.

Too many cats around the homestay. Small leaking at flush tank(or pipe) inside the toilet. Also toilet cleanliness is good, just lack of tidiness for the clothes. Host shall provide coffee (sachets), tea for the convenience of the guest..the keetle was leaking and couldn't be used during our stay..the swm rubbish bin a bit smelly.. Hope host can improve ya.

They were very kind and the house was nice and very well equipped. I would totally recommend for a night or two. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the jetty but with grab is so cheap you can just go by grab.

We made a mistake to book a room with fan, it was difficult to sleep with the noise and wind. Also, the house is close to a road and it gets quite noisy.

Worth it with the price.

Unser Bus hatte Verspätung, sodass wir relativ spät erst angekommen sind. Der Check-in hat problemlos funktioniert. Auch wenn der Besitzer auf meine WhatsApp-Nachrichten zunächst nicht reagiert hatte, habe ich ihn jedoch über einen Whats-App-Call erreicht. Im Verhältnis war die Unterkunft relativ günstig.

Als wir das Homestay betreten haben, haben wir uns leider nicht wohl gefühlt. Alles wirkte sehr verbraucht. Es war auch nicht schallisoliert, sodass wir nachts den Straßenlärm derart stark mitbekommen haben, dass wir immer wieder wach geworden sind. Außerdem war es sehr hell, weil die Wände lauter Löcher hatten. Wir haben die Unterkunft aufgrund der sehr guten Bewertungen gebucht, jedoch können wir diese leider nicht nachvollziehen.

Die Lage. Es ist möglich, zu Fuß zum Jeti zu gehen.

Die Unterkunft war teilweise leider sehr dreckig. Das Bettlaken hatte (Blut-)Flecken und ein Teller war komplett schimmelig. Auch gab es leider kein Mosquitonetz, obwohl dort viele Mücken waren. Wir wollten dort nicht duschen und sind nach einer Nacht verfrüht abgereist. Es war recht laut an der Straße. Eine Reisende, die wir auf Tioman getroffen haben, erzählte uns ebenfalls von einer für sie schrecklichen Unterkunft. Es war die selbe. Vor einiger Zeit war die Unterkunft sicherlich mal ganz schön, leider scheint sich nicht mehr darum gekümmert zu werden. Ich hätte mich über eine solche Berwertung im Vorhinein gefreut, da die bisherigen sehr irreführend sind.

Location is near to pekan mersing and it’s behind the main road, so house area is not too busy and is safe. There’s washing machine, complete cooking appliances, aircond, iron, netflix, toilet is huge even tho there’s only 1, and house is spacious. Its a great place for family and friends.

Lokasi strategik.. Rumah sangat selesa dgn kelengkapan dapur yg sgt mencukupi.. Kedai sarapan, mkn tghari dan pantai cuma depan rumah je.. Paling best boleh tgk netflix.. Berbaloi sgt stay sini.. Pasni nak repeat lagi. . Tuan rumah pun peramah..

A stone’s throw from the beach and lots of eateries nearby. Had everything you need and worth what you’re paying for.

Home was generally clean although the pillow cases had a lingering drool stench.

My foreign friend really enjoyed staying here and she could experience the Kampung lifestyle with the beach just in front of the homestay. The staff is very accomodating, friendly and kind. InsyaAllah will come again on my next trip with my family.

No hot shower but that's what gives the Kampung experience you see.

No air-conditioning. No hot shower. Was told it was indicated. Check the description when you book. Some rooms are air-conditioned. The one that I got was not.

The location near a lot of food stall, there's enough room for everyone to sleep.

The owner suddenly coming inside the house to collect some food in the fridge. It's not good as my sister didn't wear her hijab at that time. The walls are thin, you can hear neighbor's kids screaming and laughing through the night.
