Loppusiivous voisi kuulua hintaan, toisi lomaan luxusta.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Siisti ja hyväkuntoinen huoneisto. Tarpeeksi astioita. Petivaatteet kuin uusia. Saunassa hyvät löylyt. Hyvä sijainti, helppo liikkua julkisilla ja omalla autolla. Minigolf mahdollisuus oli huippu. Helppo sisäänkirjautuminen.
Avain toimi hieman nihkeästi ulko-oveen. Harmillisesti golfpallot olivat hävinneet, joten kävimme ostamassa uusia, jotta päästiin pelaamaan.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Kaunis asunto upealla sijainnilla vaikkei ihan veden äärellä sijaitsekaan, näkymä silti nätti. Todella rauhallinen miljöö ja kaikki hoitui paremmin kuin olisi uskaltanut odottaa. Ehdottomasti suositeltava majoitus, tulemme varmasti uudelleen!

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Excellent location, 5 minutes drive from Nallikari Beach, 2 minutes from a huge K-market. We had everything we need for the stay. Spacious balcony which we enjoyed. Easy and clear information from host for arrival and check-in, complete with clear pictures. Well-equipped and clean apartment. Something new for us was that we had to put on the linens and sheets ourselves, and also removed them on last day, but this was not an issue at all. Will recommend this place!

Yllätyksenä tuli hiukan, että asunto ei sitten sijainnutkaan myyntikuvien "kansikuvarakennuksessa" eli vanhassa höyrymyllyssä, vaan samassa suurpihapiirissä olevassa aivan toisessa rakennuksessa.

Reviewed Nov 20, 2025We were lucky to find this place for our stay in Oulu. The apartment is ideal for a week: it’s in a lovely location along the river with a partial river view. The layout is thoughtful, and the space is well-equipped. The kitchen is excellent and fully stocked with essentials, the bathroom is good, the sauna is superb, and the bedroom is comfortable. The closet space is beneficial.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2025Very nice, quiet, clean, and modern flat with balcony, AC, dishwasher, sauna, washing machine, coffe machine, etc etc. The neighborhood seems very safe and well kept. Close to the Nallikari beach.
Obviously it's not very central but that was part of the deal.The appliances (stove, sauna, AC etc) were very modern with touch controls. Being a boomer, the functionality of these things are not always crystal clear. We worked it out eventually, but some manuals would not hurt, hence the 4 out 5 for the facilities

Reviewed Apr 11, 2024Lovely warm, modern apartment. Good dishwasher, washing machine and great coffee machines! Good amount of cutlery and pots, plates, bowls and all round a well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds, lots of warm and clean bedding. Even had a robot vacuum cleaner. Owners left us welcome drinks in the fridge and we had plenty of coffee, cleaning stuff etc. there were card games and a PS4 for the kids but didn't use the PS4. Two big TVs one of which has netflix etc., in the bedrooms which was good as the living/dining/kitchen room didn't have TV blaring in the corner. Comfortable sofa and chairs. Lovely sauna and bathroom, and a glass enclosed balcony which meant we could have a coffee or a beer outside and still not feel the cold too much, and had a nice view of the communal gardens and the river/canal. Situated right by the canal, which has a nice walking/cycling path. Close to buses into town and not far from the beach. The apartment block is big and lots of neighbours, but the apartment is very quiet and didn't notice anyone else around! We broke a couple of things and the owners were ok about it and kind enough to see it as just something that happens sometimes.
