A really sweet and cozy place! Feels like home.

It is realy good experience with hostel as we are not usual hostel quests. Room was clean and comfortable,shared bathroom available in right time, breakfast products were in fridge for use, coffee was good. It is very good that if you arrive late in the evening or very early in the morning you can get in with codes. Thanks for cousinest!

We did not get room what was booked but as we had cold, big room with nice view it was brilliant that we had extra blanket from another bed :) In shower room please take away emty bottles of shampoo (we had own) that habbitants did not do.

Erittäin viihtyisä ja siisti paikka. Nukuin parhaat yöunet aikoihin ja join hyvät aamukahvit ennen lähtöä.

Yläpetissä voisi olla kori tms. mihin laittaa kännykkä, silmälasit jne.

Lots to like about. The atmosphere is nice. I must mention, that I stayed in the beginning of September which is not a high season. The place was about half full. There are enough places to seat and eat. Using the kitchen is ok when only one person is in the kitchen. The location is good (a quiet residential area). I came with a car and there are parking spaces in front of the building. Commuting to the city centre is simple with a car. I did not have a chance to meet the workers there, but the place was kept clean and looked after. The large supermarket is in a short walking distance. The self check in is easy and convenient.

If you do not come by car, it is a bit of a distance to walk. If the place is full, I can image it would be difficult to sleep (someone is coming and going). After all, it is a dormitory room. The common kitchen is fully equipped and great, but would be tight if several people are trying to cook or prepare snacks at the same time.

Efter kommunikation med vandrarhemmet fick jag en nederslaf i ett rum på nedre botten tilldelat. Det kallar jag servis och är tacksam för.

Köket: Det var inte riktigt rent samt att man inte visste om och vad man kunde ta i kylskåpet som enkel frukost eller om man skulle hämta/inta den enkla frukosten i cafét.

Ihanan kotoisa majoituspaikka, minne koiratkin ovat tervetulleita.

Everything. Lots of high quality toiletries. Free granola breakfast. Cool historical building. Felt very safe. And a nice music bar outside. Music till like 22:00.

There wasn't much space in the rooms itself to place my belongings. And the lockers in the living area were rather small. But other than that it exceeded all expectations.

Upeasti remontoitu kaunis vanha rakennus. Erittäin siisti ja toimiva majoitus, riittävästi tilaa yöpyä. Rauhallinen paikka lähellä keskustaa. Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet kuuluivat hintaan, samoin aamiaistarvikkeet yhteiskeittiössä, tämä iso plussa!

A beautiful old home in a modern suburb with a huge supermarket nearby. It's a bit out of town but with good bus connectivity and easy e-biking too. Comfortable quiet bunk beds - which is unusual!

Breakfast was provided but we didnt realise that some of the food in the kitchen was available to us till Day 3! A message in advance or better signage - Help yourself to fruit, bread and cheese - might help with that.

Kodikas, kaunis ja siisti hostelli. Perusaamiaistarvikkeita vieraanvaraisesti tarjolla itsepalveluperiaatteella.

Ainutlaatuinen hostelli Suomessa. Ihana henkilökunta. Kaunis miljöö ja loistava sijainti. Kävelymatkan päässä kesäisestä Oulusta, kuten Nallikarista ja Pikisaaresta.

Todella rauhallinen, hyvä sijainti. Kodikas ilmapiiri.

Erittäin hyvä aamiainen hienossa ympäristössä

Aamupala tarvikkeet olivat olemassa mistä sai itse tehdä sitten aamupala. Todella mielenkiintoinen ja tunnelmallinen paikka, ihan kun kotona olis ollut.

Ihana vanha talo ja tunnelma! Aamupala oli hienosti järjestetty ja keittiöstä löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Huone oli kaunis ja toimiva.

Heti sisään tullessa käytävällä vessojen kohdalla oli voimakas "homeen" haju, joka ei onneksi ollut muualla rakennuksessa. Huoneemme sijaitsi samalla puolella kuin paikallinen "yökuppila" ja oletan kyseisen paikan asiakkaiden olleen aika kova äänisiä la-su ja su-ma öinä jonkin aikaa.

Das Gebäude und die Zimmergröße und Einrichtung waren wunderschön. Wohl das schönste Hostel in dem ich jemals geschlafen habe.

Ich fand den self-check-in prozess nicht gut. Wahrscheinlich hätte ich es nicht ins Haus geschafft, wenn nicht der Gastgeben zufällig dort gewesen wäre. Es waren -20 Grad. Das hätte schnell zum Problem werde können. Hostel ist sehr weit weg.

Kaunis vanha huvila ja puhdasta

Viehättävä vanha huvila, siisti huone, mukavat vuoteet. Runsas, herkullinen aamiainen.

Poikkeuksellisen kylmästä ajankohdasta johtuen yhteiset tilat olivat kylmiä.

Olohuone ja keittiö tekevät viihtyisyyttä. Mukava vuode ja ihanan pehmeät lakanat. Kylpyhuoneet/WC todella siisti.

The hostel's beautiful, I love the set-up. There's K-supermarket nearby, that's convenient.

It's a bit far from the city center, but the bus stop is only 2 mins walk. Unfortunately not many people stayed there when I was there, so the hostel's pretty empty.

Ihana tunnelma. Erittäin siisti ja viihtyisä paikka. Keittiöstä löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Tänne tulee mielellään uudestaan.

Ihana, romanttinen ja rauhallinen hostel. Tavanomaista siistimpi ja viihtyisämpi. Erityisen tyytyväinen siihen että ei tarvinnut olla omia petivaatteita tai pyyhkeitä. Keittiössä iltapalatarpeisto myös kuului hintaan mikä kiva yllätys. Maittava ja monipuolinen aamiainen lisämaksusta.

Rauhallinen ja miellyttävä.

Ehdotuksena jatkoon: Jos keittiössä olisi toisen tiskialtaan paikalla tehokas astianpesukone 1. olisivat astiat huomattavan paljon puhtaampia 2. säästyisi paljon vettä, koska tiskaajia on monenlaisia ja vettä kuluu paljon (luontoarvo) 3. säästyisi paljon astianpesuainetta (Fairy tms.) koska jokainen läträä eri määriä pesuainetta saadakseen astiat puhtaiksi (luonnon kestävyyden edistäminen) 4. ihmiset luultavasti huolehtisivat paremmin astiansa koneeseen ja sitä kautta puhtaammiksi - miellyttävyys asukkailla paranisi + yleinen hygieniataso nousisi. Kaikkinensa keittiön laatutaso paranisi säästöjen kautta (vesi, pesuaine yms.) paljon.

Very nice hostel with antique architecture. Clean bathrooms and well equipped kitchen with some food and coffee available for breakfast. Easy self check-in.

Erittäin ystävällinen kahvilahenkilökunta joka huolehtii myös hostellin ruokatarpeista ja opasti asioissa tarvittaessa.

- I like the kitchen where I can cook. - The whole look of this house is beautiful, both outside and inside. Even better than the pictures they put on this app. - Cozy vibe. Clean room. I like the quilt. - There's always hot water for shower. Shampoo provided.(I think the bathrooms are beautiful, too.) - Great sunset if you sit in the living room. - Nice and kind host! - Quiet at night. - Close to the beach. - Close to K-supermarket where there is a bus stop.

Wir haben wohl einen Schlafsaal mit 6 Betten und Gemeinschaftsbad gebucht, kein einziger Hinweis wie sonst immer, dass wir nur 2 Betten im Schlafsaal bekommen. Und das ist beim Preis von über 100 Euro pro Nacht wirklich eine Unverschämtheit. Hier stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis vorn und hinten nicht.
