Mahmoud has been very helpful and always available and understanding. The apartment has been designed with everything the traveller would need. Highly highly recommend this place.

The building is new and well-maintained. Clean and nicely furnished apartment. There are nearby restaurants and cafes. My stay was during a public holiday, but since the area has many schools; therefore, I would assume the entrance and exit to the location could have heavy traffic. The receptionist will get in touch with you on the arrival day. Access to the building is via a digital code, provided by the receptionist. Access to the apartment is via a physical key. There is basement parking, but I have not tried it. I kept parking around the building plot. The receptionist will also provide you with the wifi password dedicated to your apartment. There is no safe box, and the apartment can be accessed by a master key; therefore, it is recommended not to keep valuables while away. Value for money compared to other accommodations in Kuwait.

Nothing is a deal breaker. I speak Arabic, but I saw many reviews criticising the language barrier with the receptionists. You may need to bear that in mind. Towels and basic toiletries are provided. But bring in your own slippers, toothbrush/paste, bath robes ... and other things that you usually expect to have in a hotel room. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed. You may need this in consideration if you prefer two single beds for family members.

So comfortable, spacious, family friendly and the location is so close to everything/everywhere.

No pool & no gym 💔. I hope they consider building one in the future.

The hotel was 10/10, very clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location.

Nothing, everything was excellent.

The overall was nice, but there are a lot of things that need to be improved. You get what you paid for.

The location was terrible The car parking is bad The room service doesn’t work on Friday 😅

The staff and the cleanliness of the building and the apartment are awesome

Everything was up to standard

No service on Friday stuff house keepers off Friday Wish they change shampoo and shower get brand

Overall, it was an excellent stay. The property was clean and well-maintained. The only challenge we faced was the language barrier, as the receptionist had limited English. However, he was very helpful and even went out of his way to drop us off at the airport.

I liked the location with everything you need within reach. A quiet place, clean, smells nice and has a fully equipped kitchen.

Nothing

This was a great place to stay,

Apartment is big and nice furniture. Access to anywhere. Mr. Abdul Nasser is kind and helpful.

Nothing!

Spacious and clean apartment

Communication with management was difficult and not swift. WhatsApp the only way to speak in English to someone from management (who is not personally in the building). The receptionist only speaks Arabic and is not very friendly- especially not to my really harmless Border Collie. If the facility calls itself „pet friendly“ it‘s not so great to have a receptionist shaking with fear and not looking into your face.

No safety box as I have my passport so please add safety deposit box

Clean and convenient

Comfortable set-up, and good facilities. Good location. Sultan, equivalent of a door-person/security, was excellent.

No daily cleaning. No coffee machine. No fresh towels provided (unless you ask). The hotel could benefit from having a dedicated admin person on-site. Not cheap. Price is relatively high but decent value.

Clean & near the malls & shop

There’s no soap to used, no hair dryer & enough tea/coffee for 2 days. Hopefully they will think about this & keep it in their consideration.

It was very clean, honesty and polite employees

Everything was great maybe the parking was a little bit small the underground parking, but it’s not a big issue

We had an absolutely amazing time at Nakheel Residence. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The receptionist was attentive and went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable. This is my fourth time actually staying at Nakheel Residence the service they provide is always extremely amazing.

I checked out one day earlier they refused to refund , not r
