Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Perhe oli aivan ihana ja saapumisemme oli huomioitu vieraanvaraisesti.
Matkaa Ranuan keskustastaan oli paljon, mutta se oli odotettavissa ja meidät oli hyvin informoitu ennakkoon, mitä tulisi ottaa huomioon. Ei siis moitittavaa tältä porukalta!

Since the area is a lakeside cottage beside the forest, there are too many mosquitos. So the mosquito bite is something I didn't like.

Reviewed Mar 3, 2026La maison de famille attenante à celle de Hannu, sa femme et leurs 4 enfants est fantastique : spacieuse, douillette, super équipée, et il y a même un sauna chauffé au bois avec vue sur le coucher de soleil. Le meilleur accueil de Finlande. On a tout adoré : les rennes devant nos fenêtres, les vaches, les feux au bord du lac, les balades. Inoubliable.
Rien c’était parfait.

Reviewed Dec 2, 2025La localización es perfecta para vivir la experiencia en Laponia. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y se mostraron disponibles en todo momento. La casa tiene todas las facilidades para disfrutar de unas buenas vacaciones. Están muy bonita decorada de ambiente navideño.

Reviewed Oct 19, 2025Talo oli siisti ja tilava. Majoittajat ehdottivat viestillä, että voivat laittaa rsntasaunan kuumenemaan, jotta on valmis kun tulemme. Mahtavaa palvelua! Majapaikan isännän mukana pääsi vielä katsomaan lehmiä ja vasikoita viereiseen navettaankin.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2024Lovely property a drive away from Ranua Zoo. This place is in the countryside, on a farm with dairy cows, and hosted by a really friendly family. The property is comfortable and spacious with all of the basics you will need (do go to the supermarket/shops before arriving as otherwise you have a long drive there and back). We slept very well, with no noise or disturbances (we were a family of 4, with 2 small kids). The sauna, overlooking the lake, is *really* something. Bring your swimclothes. Greetings to the hosts from Brussels!
