Gode senger, fin beliggenhet og fin stue

Badet var mykhet og ekkelt. Mye råte i dusjen og på møblene og det luktet fuktig. Toalettet var teipet sammen med teip. Sofa var flekkete og mange områder k huset var møkkete. Veldig tynne dyner. Jevnt over veldig slitt.

Cleanliness, damp sweaty smelly bed linen and pillows. Missing TV remote. Filthy stove.

Perfekt läge.

Toalettstolen var ihoptejpad och en spot light hängde ner från taket i sin sladd. Saknade kaffebryggare. Ena sovrummet var väldigt litet. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare var upptagna under vår vistelse. Diskmaskinen fungerade inte. Vi saknade sängkläder till 2 personer.

We didnt get to watch the tv. Netflix was not working :(

The laundry was on and drying a bit noisy, no soap/ tea/coffee.

Vi saknade någon typ av fläkt då det var otroligt varmt i lägenheten, det var lyhört och precis utanför lägenheten stora, tunga dörrar som smällde konstant, det fanns bara en halv rulle toalettpapper, rester av tandkräm på handfatet i badrummet, en av sängarna saknade underlakan, tv och tv dosa va inte lätta att förstå och använda.

Niestety łazienka daleka jest od exclusive. Niestety ale toaleta ( pokrywa) oklejona papierowa taśma. I widok piorącego się prania po porzednich gosciach.

Location wise it was centrally located in a quiet neighbourhood. There are shops nearby say 200 meters walking distance but getting the key was a bit weird as we are not used to it.

Not meeting the host in person. Washroom was outdated. Rooms were small but the living room was very big so it made up for it. No problem faced as it was just one night but given the price, service could have been better

Excellent location- very central Nice big lounge and kitchen area.

The sheets - strange material. Nowhere to hang stuff, but as we were there only 1 night, it didn’t matter. Nespresso machine (nice) but no pods.

Es un problema que dejan la llave tan lejos del apartamento sobre todo para quienes no conocemos Oslo, fue complicado para nosotros esa situación.

Great location, very well styled and pretty, rooms were small but functional. Very clean and tidy.

If travelling with large suitcases not really anywhere to store but we made do for 3 nights. The kitchen was well equipped but a toaster and microwave would have been great.

Había que retirar las llaves en una cafetería El departamento estaba sucio los tachos de Basura estaban llenos Uno de los cuartos solo tenía un pequeño caloventor que no alcanzaba a calentar el cuarto El Lavarropas estaba funcionando con ropa de otras personas La mesa solo tenía 4 sillas cuando lo alquilan para 6 personas El duchador estaba todo lleno de frascos vacíos de Shampoo

Easy access to the centre

Bedroom very small. Picking up the keys was from nearby deli was convenient but which staff really not very welcoming. Described as an exclusive apartment but afraid it’s not in an exclusive area. The photos of outside are of another building the last photo is the outside. The large door you go through is the entrance to a court yard and other apartments so when owners enter the door is left to slam. This apartment is to the left of that outside door.

Voor 6 personen geboekt. De boeking was bevestigd. Echter bij aankomst was eigenaar niet telefonisch bereikbaar en kreeg ik het bericht dat het appartement niet beschikbaar was. Het was 21.45 uur ‘s avonds. Ik moest zelf maar een alternatief regelen. Geen enkele medewerking. Dus

Dishwasher was full, didn’t realise until we couldn’t find a glass, oven was dirty remains of food, No microwave fyi, Had to pull out double bed as flush to wall so not climbing over husband and was dirty all along.

L’appartement est idéalement placé proche de la gare, des commerces et des transports en commun. Il est également au calme.

La literie et le canapé ne sont pas du tout confortables. L’appartement n’était pas très propre à notre arrivée. l’heure du Checkout est assez tôt et le propriétaire n’est pas du tout accommodant et vous facture les départs tardifs.

Fin tilgjengelig leilighet, med bra beliggenhet i forhold til konsertopplevelser i Oslo 👍 Flere sengeplasser, noe som er supert hvis du er en liten gruppe. Ferdig oppvarmet leilighet når vi ankom og håndklær til alle gjestene. Kommer til å booket denne leiligheten flere ganger 👍

Ikke så lett å finne frem, da inngangen til leiligheten er på andre siden av bygget i forhold til adressen.

Veldig sentral beliggenhet - meget fornøyd! Fin leilighet og gode senger. Greit utstyrt kjøkken.

Både håndklær og sengetøy luktet veldig surt. Virket som om vaskerne setter på vaskemaskinen og deretter lar det ligge i flere dager inne i maskinen før dette tørkes i tørketrommelen. endte med at ingen ville dusje, da vi luktet verre ETTER å ha benyttet håndklærne til å tørke oss. Det var også mugg i dusj-sonen. Heldigvis er dette noe verten enkelt kan gjøre noe med!

Car parking is very expensive & difficult to find 10euro per hour but only 2 hours can be parked .

De locatie was top, zeer snel in het centrum van Oslo.

We hadden met 6 personen geboekt, maar er waren maar bedden voor 4 personen opgemaakt. Het zetelbed was niet opgemaakt. Na zoekwerk in de kasten hebben we wel een extra beddenset gevonden. De tweepersoonsbedden hebben heeeeeel zachte matrassen. Eten aan de tafel met 6 personen was klein en niet helemaal proper.

入住时洗衣机和烘干机都在运转，噪音很大，非常影响我们入住的体验感。既然机器不是给客人用的，为什么还要放在本就非常狭窄的卫生间里呢？

Leuk gezellig appartement op een top lokatie! Alles was aanwezig om er een paar dagen te verblijven. Goede wifi, goede lokatie en vriendelijke host.

Het appartement is kleiner dan het lijkt op de foto's. Maar wel zeker even gezellig! Dus eigenlijk was alles prima!

The kitchen had everything that can be necessary

The apartment was full of dust, we find it under the beds ,on the rugs, behind the couch. The room weren't big enough for a family of four. Moreover there was only one wardrobe and was full of things of the owner. In addition there was the washing machine and the drying machine, but couldn't be used.

Beds ok. Kitchen good. Location good.

Pickup of key a bit complex. Dirty fridge with old food! Dirty rooms. Pans extemly dirty. Toilet not fixed. No instruction/information list! Ungentle and educational service. Not in any way exclusive. Very loud. Price far too high for this apt.

Great location. Clean and tidy. Lots of basics like chin and cups etc. could easily cook anything if needed.

Would have been nice to have coffee capsules for coffee machine. That’s it.

Unfortunately I forgot my sweater and pants there that I put in the closet, but they never sent them to me. This means that the staff is taking things for themselves, so be careful.

Nice apartment, close to the train station. It is located in the ground floor and close to the street so there could be some noise during the nights. Booking.com mentions that it includes a washing machine and dryer but then I got a message saying it was only for the cleaners (they mentioned I could try to use it but they should specify it properly). I arrived and we did not have towels (they were brought in the evening after I called to remind them to bring them).

Only the location was ok. There were a few drink and sketchy people infront of the 7-11, but if you don’t pass there by night , you will be ok

1. The word SPACIOUS from the name of this apartment is far from true. Room are around 8sqm, and there is only one tiny bathroom 2. The apartment is on the street level and it is under a severe need for renovation 3. Both rooms were extremely cold , but the living room was warm. 4. There is a coffee machine but there was not even coffee in the apartment. 5. The Host asked me for an extra charge when I asked for an invoice. And that charge was 40 euros per stay (we had the apartment booked 2 times in 1 week). So, 80 euros to issue something that is mandatory. They said it is a service fee ???

Location was good and the apartment looked good and had everything neccessary.

Check-in was about 1 hour later than was supposed to. Apartment was cold - no heat in the bathroom or hallway. Livingroom had heat, but even if we put it to 26 degrees we had to sit under blankets. Front door was leaking both cold and noise - you could hear everything happening outside. Dishes were dirty in the cupboard. Mattress in one bedroom was too old and not comfortable. Floors weren't clean and bathroom was old and tired. No place or hangers to put away your clothes - cupboard in one bedroom was full of other stuff.

Spacious, comfortable, great location

Very nice and cozy apartment located in a cool area, close to the city center and many of the attractions. The apartment was well equipped and comfortably fitted with nice decoration which renders the stay nice. The access to the key and check out was well organized and the landlord was responsive and helpful. It was an easy to find location with a lot of parking space in front and around the block. Tram and bus stops are very close.

The inner entrance and courtyard where the apartment is situated were very dirty and have trash bags and cans lying around which does not give you the best of the impressions when you are accessing the apartment. This is probably not the landlords' fault but it would be way better if the neighbors would take care of the place. We found the linen and towels still in the dryer, not ironed...minor issue but certainly it would give a better impression to the guests if that was taken care of before arrival.

Beautiful and cozy apartment. Host made our coming and staying really enjoyable. Great place to stay with kids. There are grocery shops nearby and apartment has all cooking facilities we needed. You can park the car right next to the entrance (just make sure you pay for the parking :)

It was very cold in the apartment. Bedding was not the best. Only 3 towels provided.

The apartment is spacious for 4-5 persons.

Only 1 heater is on when we arrive and it’s very cold. So when need to find where are the other heater to warm the apartment and it takes long time to warm the apartment. There were No floor heating which walking inside is very cold on your feet. Even though all the heater was ON it is still cold inside. Not recommended during winter.

Fantastic apartment in the center of Oslo. Beautiful, clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need for your stay. The host is very nice and ready to help if you need. It was a great stay in a wonderful apartment!
