Neužsirakina durys, tai gali vaikščioti bet kas iš pašalinių. Taip pat naktį grįžo mergina į kambarį nakvoti ir jos lovoje buvo kita mergina, tai ėjo aiškintis, o darbuotojų hostelyje nėra, tai šiek tiek gaunasi betvarkė. Taip pat apačioje lounge zonoje naktį miegojo vis kažkokie vyrai, atrodė, kad svetimi. Galimai sužino įėjimo kodus ir ateina pernakvoti vis kažkas, tad nelabai jauku. Dušo kabinos gana atviros...

Good location and equipped kitchen

It was very hot in the room and the light wasn’t working so I had to use my phone. Storage boxes under the beds are very loud and heavy. The worst part was definitely the showers without curtains- as walk you can easily see people showering even if you look the opposite direction. Zero privacy- I recommend showering with swimsuit on

То что на меня напал в номере мужчина ! И я даже вещи не могла забрать свои ! Сотрудники не вернули деньги за оставшиеся дни , еще и сказали запросить у букинга Селят специально девушек к парням ! Когда у меня пьяный сосед начал лезть , я им сразу написала , они ничего не сделали , комната не заменили . Когда он ходил пьяный по отелю в трусах тоже А ничего что мой шкаф был под его кроватью и они даже не помогли вещи забрать ! Все грязное , кухня ужасная . Интернет только в подвале ! Но это ладно , но то что я испугалась за свою жизнь и я теперь боюсь ходить куда-то !

Location

The location is apparently the only thing this hostel has going for it. Everything else is a spectacular exercise in how not to run accommodation. Since this is a self-check-in hostel, you would think the very least they could manage is to provide working access codes and have someone available when things go wrong. Apparently, that was asking too much. The codes they provided did not work, and while they advertise an “emergency” number, it seems to exist purely for decoration because nobody actually answers. I specifically requested a female-only dorm and was instead assigned to a mixed dorm. When I contacted the hostel to ask about this, they simply ghosted me. Completely ignored me. Nothing says “guest safety is our priority” quite like leaving a guest who has specifically requested female-only accommodation to deal with an unexpected mixed dorm assignment entirely on her own. As a result, I felt extremely anxious and unsafe — and there was absolutely no support from the hostel when I tried to resolve the situation. The whole experience was basically: here are some codes that don't work, here is an emergency number that nobody answers, and good luck figuring out the rest yourself. Self check-in is supposed to be convenient. Here, it just seems to be an excuse for there to be no staff accountability whatsoever. Do not book this hostel. Even if it looks like your last available option, keep looking. The location may be convenient, but no location is convenient enough to justify feeling unsafe and being completely ignored when you need help.

The location is the ONLY decent thing about this place but even then it is next to a REALLY NOISY chaotic train station with construction works happening all around. Only good thing were the friendly female travellers I happened to meet in my dorm

There were no lights in the room so you can’t turn them on at all once daylight is gone. You’re pretty much using your phone light to pack unpack. Secondly none of the codes work to get in. They kept sending me random codes on WhatsApp and none of them worked! I had people from inside the hostel opening the door for me on chance! Which meant I couldn’t leave my hostel after 6 pm for a nice gelato or dinner because I couldn’t get back in without having someone inside by accident open the door for me. It is best to stay somewhere else!

Location perfect to airport, train and bus terminals. And supermarket in 50 mtr. Not far from beach and Aktive borgo, also, by bus 10-15 min.. Still quite calm. AC in the dorms, beds good equipped, and clearnng good. Large kirchen, induvidual cooking places, nice lounge. Enough toilets, shower cabs and sinks. Space, benches for changing clothes and hairdryers extra.

No AC in the lounge, and a bit dull 'cause without in the souterrain. Pincode access to hostel did not work often, as verification from Admin lacked, or came too late, apparently. Reception physically present only 4 hrs.

everything else, the lights in my room didn’t work, the AC didn’t work, the showers and toilets had a strong sewage smell, the check in process was difficult and there’s no staff on the property to ask questions, only available on WhatsApp text message not even a phone call, very uncomfortable staying here even for 12 hours overnight

Location is good if you need to be next to railway station

La ubicación era buena cerca de la terminal

Un día llegué y no había luz, por ende no abría la puerta de afuera con código, demoró un rato y lo arreglaron pero nadie te dice nada, no hay recepción. Al día siguiente llegó y no funcionaba el código, luego de intentar muchas veces funcionó, pero siempre llegaba con miedo de no poder entrar. En baño como está en subsuelo no tiene ventilación y siempre hace muchísimo calor y hay feo olor aunque se nota que lo limpian. Las habitaciones muy muy pequeñas, con las valijas no hay lugar para abrir los lockers para dejar las cosas y el aire acondicionado casi no se sentía, parece que no funcionaba

Convenient location to the train station, and also fairly close to Bari City Centre. Big kitchen and bathrooms.

Unfortunately my experience with the staff was not great. They were rude when I initially arrived in the morning, wouldn't let me leave my backpack for a few hours until check-in. My door code stopped working after the first use and I was locked out, banging on the door for 15 minutes...no one is there working to let you in. Finally another guest arrived and his code was working so I got in. Lastly, our room was EXTREMELY hot and stuffy, clearly something was wrong either the AC. The room next door was SOO cold, perfect for sleeping, especially in the hot and humid summer. I and to sleep naked on top of all the blankets, and even then I was sweating. I tried contacting the hostel staff about this...never heard back. It's been days since I left, and they've never responded.

Le personnel physiquement présent et la cuisine

Mauvaise expérience à la fin. La climatisation fuyait et la chambre était inondée avec un bruit de goutte permanent qui tombe par terre . Même après signalement rien n'a été fait. J'ai demandé à changer de chambre pour mes 2 dernières nuits, ce qui a été gentiment accepté par la dame de l'accueil. Sauf que pour ma dernière nuit, quand je suis rentré à l'auberge mon lit n'avait pas été fait... Je n'avais donc plus d'endroit où dormir car l'auberge était apparemment full. Il n'y avait plus personne à l'accueil à 18h30 donc j'ai contacté le numéro d'urgence qui m'a fait changer d'auberge pour une autre à 20 min à pieds. La nouvelle auberge était bien inférieure à la première, c'était sale, la cuisine était presque vide, la salle de bains dégoûtante, il y avait 2 serviettes de toilette pour 5 lit, aucun rideaux sur les lits, et évidemment ils n'ont même pas voulu me dédommager d'une compensation financière. Aucun geste commercial et j'ai payé le même tarif. Je ne recommande pas.

La posizione, vicino alla stazione

L’assistenza, inesistente. Ho pagato per 3 notti, ma a parte la prima notte ho trovato altre persone nel letto che mi era stato assegnato, ho chiamato l’assistenza numerose volte ma senza risposta. Ho lasciato anche messaggi e non ho ricevuto risposta nemmeno il giorno dopo. Ho inviato il reclamo prima di scrivere la recensione, non ho ricevuto risposta.

L'unica cosa buona della struttura è la posizione a 1 Min dalla stazione e 1 Min dalla Lidl

Letti piccoli, cigolanti, lenzuola lise che ormai hanno fatto il loro corso. Rumori notturni fino a tarda notte di finestre che sbattono. Nella mia camera c'era il condizionatore che perdeva acqua e la soluzione della struttura è stata mettere un asciugamano per terra. Non ci si sente sicuro manco per niente; ho conosciuto un ragazzo che ha dormito nella sala comune perché qualcuno da fuori è riuscito a entrare e infilarsi nel letto. Io sono rimasto chiuso fuori invece per 40 minuti, di sera, perché avevano deciso di cambiare il codice di ingresso senza manco avvisare. I bagni puzzano di fogna costantemente e sono intasati, le docce sono un mattatoio in cui non c'è manco una mensolina o qualsiasi cosa per appoggiare le proprie cose. Potrei continuare ma mi fermo qua. Non andate, mai, manco per sbaglio, se vi rispettate e vi amate, questo posto non è per voi.

Safety: you have a numerical code to enter the main door but there are no keys or any other codes to lock the rooms, basically anyone can enter in your room, something that it’s not absolutely specific enough when you book your bed, and I don’t care much about my belongings, I only care about my personal safety. The only light we had in the room was the personal bulb in each bunk bed, I had to open the door to have some illumination from the corridor to pack and unpack my stuff, I booked a dormitory of max 6 women and I ended up in bigger dormitory, the ac was leaking in the bedroom. I don’t like to leave bad reviews I wanted to talk with someone who works in the hostel but I tried several times to call them to complain but never got an answer. Besides that it’s ok to stay one night only, bring your padlock and enjoy Bari.

Código fornecido não funcionava e fiquei preso fora da hospedagem. Reclamei com o hostel pelo WhatsApp e fizeram pouco caso. Uma hóspede teve que abrir a porta para mim. Ar-condicionado do quarto mais parecia um forno de tão quente e quando falei sobre isso com o local disseram que eu era o único a reclamar e que o ar estava funcionando perfeitamente. No dia do check out comentei com a recepcionista e ela disse que o ar estava ruim e que sentia muito. Parece que não há comunicação interna e vontade de resolver o problema. Wi-Fi péssimo que não conecta

Emplacement parfait, supermarché a deux pas, quartier ok, aucun pbm ! Toutes les commodités sont sur place : cuisine, wifi,… Wc et douche NON mixte donc parfait !

Vicinanza stazione

Pas de casiers ou de consignes sur place, pas de porte ou de rideau de douche, je sais qu'il s'agit d'une auberge de jeunesse bon marché mais j'en aurais attendu un minimum. L'adresse reçu par mail n'était pas la bonne, c'était celle du siège de l'entreprise.

La ubicación es buena, muy cerca de la estación de tren. Las camas tienen cortina y abajo hay como una caja de metal para guardar las cosas pero tienes que llevar tu candado. La cocina es grande, con muchas estaciones para cocinar así que no hay que esperar a que alguien termine para cocinar. Hay 3 heladeras.

Hay que llevar candado. La cocina y baños están en el subsuelo así que ir al baño de noche era molesto. Los baños no tienen ventilación así que siempre olían a húmedo y orina. No había gente en la recepción, solo por la mañana hasta el mediodía. La habitación es pequeña y solo una ventana pequeña. La puerta hacia MUCHO ruido al abrir y cerrar.

Solo la ubicación

No hay luz en las habitaciones ( solo hay en las camas y si tienes la suerte que funcione), el lugar huele a humedad y encierro. No hay ventilación los aires acondicionados algunos no funcionaban y otros estaban defectuosos, los baños en un sótano. Se le informa al Hostel que no funcionan ( el aire, las luces y no hacen nada, solo dicen mañana lo arreglamos para ganar tiempo hasta que te vas, y así…. Van pasando los huéspedes y no hacen nada

Someone was sleeping in my bed. I had to lay on other bed, which i didn’t know was reserved or not. There was a AC beside me on bed, so was a freezing cold and noizy, i couldn’t sleep. The women’s toilets were dirty. The sheets were old and i had feeling they were also a bit dirty. However location is good, near to the Bari centrale and they allowed us to check-in during midnight.

Bathrooms are dirty and underground a good 100 metres away from the room, AC is weak and doesn't cool down the room, no staff around everything is done online.

- être 8 dans 15 m2 sans aucune aération, sans intimité ( un simple rideau ), avec des lits posés sur un treillis métallique qui grincent à chaque mouvement, une chaleur étouffante car clim insuffisante. Pas de personnel . J'ai fini ma triste nuit dans le salon dans un fauteuil . Mais des passages incessants toute la nuit, des gens qui s'interpellent, des lumières toujours allumées. - devoir descendre au sous sol par des escaliers raides pour prendre sa douche sans intimité ( demi-portes) , et d'avoir son pyjama souillé car les toilettes trop éloignées - sentiment d'avoir trop payé pour cette cellule de prison (32E X 8 ) UNE HONTE !! La description sur le Net ne correspond pas à la réalité . Je ne comprends pas que Booking ne réagisse pas en les enlevant car il y a fraude à la consommation! De toute façon , après ma 1ère nuit d'insomnie j'ai réservé sur un autre site pour 52 E une chambre double, même distance de la gare et dorénavant je NE réserverai PLUS chez Booking !!!

De rester bloqué dehors...!!! On nous a communiqué un code pour notre arrivée tardive hors il ne marchiat pas donc à 3h du matin on s'est retrouvé bloqué dehors avec mon amie, personne ne répondait au téléphone. On a du booker en urgence une chambre d'hôtel à 170e et l'hostel n'a JAMAIS répondu pour trouver une solution, un compromis.. BREF a fuir

The kitchen facilities were basic but enabled one to.have a salad, a cuppa etc. The location was very convenient. Met some great people. Useful to have a space to.do.washing. place was comfortable as not full.

The cage for the bag was rather unwieldy and would be very difficult to use if the.room.was full. The toilets are downstairs from.the.rooms which was tricky Water dripping from the AC created a big puddle in the room. I was worried about the place at first but got used to it. The staff didn't react very helpfully at first to.problems e.g the puddle but then sorted things and we're okay. Wouldn't want to have had more people staying there but .. see positives one toilet had no lock and the showers were a little exposing but manageable with the number of guests there. I was worried about getting in with the code but was helped by other guests.

Letti comodi con tendine che chiudono completamente lo spazio. Posizione ottima se si viaggia in treno, ma comunque abbastanza centrale quindi buona a prescindere. Camera climatizzata. Facilità di ingresso con codice (forse troppa facilità). Cucina fornita e spaziosa, con distributore annesso. Tutto questo è relativo al buon rapporto qualità prezzo, i servizi ci sono ma sono proporzionali alla (bassa) fascia di prezzo.

In camera (e nello spogliatoio uomini) non c'è una luce centrale ma solo abat-jour, che spesso non illuminano a sufficienza per prepararsi o sistemare le proprie cose. L'accesso alla struttura è con codice, il che è positivo perché è rapido ma forse un po' troppo semplice per potenziali malintenzionati. Ci sarebbero cosine da migliorare ma per il prezzo può andar bene cosi com'è.

No ac in the room, if there was any it wasn’t noticeable. Couldn’t sleep due to how hot it was which made for an uncomfortable night.

Across the main train station

Negative experience overall. First of all, after a full payment of the reservation the hostel sends automatic messages every day forcing you to enter your credit card details on a 3rd party web site for some 2€ mandatory payment and don’t provide you with the property access codes until you pay, so shady! Be careful. Apart from that, when I arrived after midnight the bed that was assigned to me in a 6 bed room was taken, all the beds were taken, so that’s to another guests I was able to find a made up bed without towels in a crowded 16 beds dormitory where everyone was snoring, and the piss smell was unbearable. Doors to the dormitories have no locks. I didn’t see lockers, but they might exist somewhere. The showers and toilets aren’t the cleanest at all.

It is accesible but the staff when its emergency they dont response after 6pm. Which is not acceptable. I end up i left from the place i dont stay there.

Il bagno è in un sotterraneo, quindi puzza di umidità. La stanza dove ho alloggiato era veramente piccola per contenere 4 letti a castello

Sono stata solo 1 notte in questo ostello. Posizione comoda, vicina alla stazione e al centro città. Pulizia buona, climatizzazione anche, letto comodo. Non ho utilizzato la cucina ma sembrava ci fosse tutto, sembra molto fornito. Belle le aree comuni. Ottimo il check-in tardivo, utile per chi viaggia.

Nel piano sotterraneo e nel bagno e docce faceva davvero troppo caldo ed era molto umido, bisognerebbe migliorare l'areazione. Nella camera femminile non ci si poteva rigirare in 8, al massimo ci starebbero 6 letti! Non riuscivo a sistemare la roba sotto il letto avrei dovuto spostare il contenitore della persona di fianco e non c'era spazio di movimento, impossibile.

La proximite par raport à la gare centrale

- Etre à 8 dans une chambre de 3.50 sur 4.50 (oui,oui,vous avez bien lu ! ), sans point d aération ( 32 degrés dans la chambre même avec une soit disante climatisation qui tournait au ralenti ) - un matelas posé sur un support métallique qui couinait au moindre mouvement. - des toilettes communes qui se trouvaient au sous sol après avoir descendue 2 ensembles de marches d escaliers ( entre-temps votre pyjama est trempé. ) - les photos et descriptions mensongères. - j ai du descendre au sous sol pour avoir un peu de fraîcheur sans pour autant pouvoir dormir à cause de la lumière, du petit sofa, des allers et venues des autres locataires ,etc..

La cercanía con la estación de tren

Un espanto! Parecía estar dentro de la película Backrooms. La habitación, ínfima y sin aire acondicionado. No había luz ni lugar para acomodarse. El enchufe de mi cama no andaba. Los baños están en el sótano. La ducha tiene media puerta. No hay privacidad ni lugar para apoyar los productos mientras te bañas (desde ya que no te dan jabón). La foto de la habitación luminosa que muestran acá debe ser la única que es así. Casi ni dormí. No hay personal. No vi trabajadores en ningún momento. Culpa mía por no haber leído bien los comentarios.

Čistota byla fajn, dobré a prostorné sdílené koupelny a spoustu míst na vaření. Příjemné společné prostory.

Postele nebyly připravené, chyběly ručníky a personál s tím nebyl schopný vůbec nic udělat, i přesto, že byla garantovaná online podpora přes whatsapp. V hostelu nebyl vůbec nikdo na koho by se dalo obrátit. Odmítli udělit kompenzaci. Hostelové pokoje nejsou vybaveny žádným zamykáním ve dveřích a vzhledem k tomu, že hostel nemá recepci a lidí proudí hlavním vstupem docela dost, člověk se necítí moc bezpečně.

Sicuramente conodabla posizione vicinissimo alla stazione e al centro. Ma aveva poco della cordialità che di solito si trova in un ostello, mancanza di una reption non c'e assolutamente nessuno a cui chiedere anche semplicemenre delle info. La cucina scarna, nemmeno il sale ci si trova. Insomma consigliato solo se si è di passaggio e serve la stazione vicina

Some showers heads were broken, also some showers weren't working @ all. Also lockers in room weren't that great @ all, the room was way too small for them. Also rude guy in the morning while I was finishing up my breakfast the lady was ok, when I told her I'll was just finishing my breakfast and go 😎but the guy literally didn't care for finishing off you breakfast it was only 10.02am, for this 5 min extra to finishing my breakfast off, also there we're other guest that we're sleeping on the couch and he didn't even said anything to them, cause of the that guy, I give guys a low score for this place A hostel should be relaxed, and not stressing people out to leave in hurry cause it is 10am. People shouldn't be leaving exactly @ 10am, but when they have all there stuff relaxed, not rushed. Hope karma will get to that guy, so he will know how it feels 😎

Sala comune molto carina e istruzioni chiare.

Premetto che sono abituato a viaggiare spesso in ostelli ma questo è stato veramente pessimo per due punti fondamentali. Il condizionatore non funzionava e durante la notte mi sono svegliato più volte completamente sudato. In secondo luogo la seconda notte non ho potuto dormire nella mia stanza perché un senza tetto ha dormito lì e ha reso di fatto irrespirabile l’aria. Non ci tornerò mai più

No es pot entrar abans a deixar les maletes, diuen que hi ha un servei per guardar-les però no funciona. A les habitacions hi ha més lliteres de les que hi caben, no es pot passar. El sistema de guardar maletes és horrible. Porteu-vos un candau, igualment. Les dutxes i lavabos, inconvenients. Les treballadores només hi són per netejar, no atenen. Entren a les habitacions abans de les 10 i desperten a tothom fent soroll.

I had a reservation for a mixed dormitory and they took me in a female dormitory. After the first night they told me to move and pay and extra fee for a private room. Don’t recommend for sure.

Très bon emplacement à 2 pas de la gare et de la gare routière, ce qui permet de visiter les pouilles par le train et le bus. L'espace cuisine est bien agencé.

Chambre très petite avec 8 lits superposés (4 x 2 lits). La porte de la chambre donne sur les deux chambranles de 2 lits superposés, avec un passage pour l'accès à l'espace chambre réduit à environ 50 cm. Chaleur étouffante dans l'espace sanitaire (wc, lavabos, douche). Pas d'intimité dans les douches. L'espace individuel de chaque douche ne dispose pas de rideau ou autre système occultant. J'ai rencontré des problèmes de code pour avoir accès au bâtiment.

Las literas no corresponden a lo indicado y me dieron instrucciones que luego otra persona tomó mi cama y me quitó mis cosas de allí, el baño compartido y sin aire acondicionado, los baños fueron lo peor.

В хостелі не було світла, холодної та гарячої води. Це просто якись жах. Я тільки з 3й спроби змогла попасти в хостел. Це був просто жах.

Me gustaría que pongan mejor ventilación y más iluminación, pero en si el hostel está muy bien ubicado y está bien.

No había luz central, era como estar en oscuras siempre.

A acomodação é perto da estação, a cozinha é bem organizada e limpa.

O banheiro fica dois lances de escada abaixo dos quartos, é sem ventilação, e, portanto, sempre abafado! Os quartos não tem chaves e nem luz. Não me sentí 100% segura. As camas têm cortinas para privacidade, mas tem uma fresta grande na parte de cima. Tinha um senhor hospedado que ficava olhando para todas as mulheres de um jeito desconfortável!

Great price, great location, great WhatsApp communication.

The hostel is way too warm. This is peak summer, it should have been way cooler. It needs a visual renovation and identity - there's no music, it's not an appealing place to be in. It would be great if the showers had doors or curtains. I was once locked out as my code to get in didn't work, neither did a different guest's. I wonder what would it have been happen if it was nightime.

Non c’era acqua per lavarsi e nemmeno un minimo di aria condizionata, impossibile dormire, me ne sono andato alle 4 del mattino per disperazione

El aire no funcionaba, las habitaciones ediondas por no haber ventilación, baños en un sótano que olía a humedad, la cosina no tenía microondas y tampoco herbidor. No respetan condiciones de las habitaciones, en habitaciones solo mujeres hubo 1 hombre por 2 días, el tamaño de la habitación no es lo que se indica,se indicaba que había balcón y no había nada…..

Tout était très propre (douches, lits, espaces communs) et nettoyé tous les jours. Les douches ont de l’eau chaude et les espaces communs sont chaleureux. L’emplacement derrière la gare et à proximité d’un supermarché est pratique, mais c’est loin de ce qu’on peut vouloir visiter.

Le staff est injoignable de 19h à 9h et n’est présent sur place que de 10h à 14h ! Comme les check in se font à partir de 13h, vous n’avez qu’une heure pour check in ! D’ailleurs, si vous arrivez avant 13h et que personne ne vous louvre, vous ne pourrez pas rentrer. Il y a 5 douches, si quelqu’un en utilise une les autres n’ont plus de pression. Les douches N’ONT PAS DE PORTE donc si quelqu’un passe devant la vôtre il vous verra, et certains peuvent apparaître nus devant vous sans que vous vous y attendiez.

Lo centrico

The location was very central and close to the bus/train station.

Locked out at 2am when trying to check in. Code didn't work for the door and their '24/7' emergency number was off. No air conditioning in rooms and people were taking random beds because information hadn't been communicated with them. No toilet seats in 2/3 men's cubicles and very limited kitchen utensils/appliances.

It is accesible but the staff when its emergency they dont response after 6pm. Which is not acceptable. I end up i left from the place i dont stay there.

No lights no aircon which is vey hot. Not worthed to stay.

The location was the only thing going for it

No staff, only 1 toilet usable, the showers have no privacy and they didn't work properly so very hot water splashing everywhere.

The only thing to like is the location.

The ambient was unbearably hot. The air conditioning simply wasn’t enough to cool the place, and at times it felt suffocating. The open showers were another major disappointment. It’s 2026, yet there is absolutely no privacy. Access to the property also feels like a gamble. Your code may or may not work. If you’re lucky enough to arrive before 1:00 pm, you might find staff available to help. If you arrive later, you’re expected to call someone—but what if you don’t have a local phone number to make that call? Book this place at your own risk.

The kitchen smelled bad.

J'ai été très bien accueillie à mon arrivée. J'ai pu m'installer dans la chambre, il y a des casiers que l'on peut fermer à clé et c'est climatisé. L'auberge est situé à côté de la gare et du terminal de bus, il y a un magasin pour faire les courses juste à côté qui ferme tard. Malgré son emplacement, à l'intérieur de l'auberge, c'est calme. La cuisine est spacieuse, il y a une machine à café (peut-être ajouter un micro-ondes ?), la salle de bain très grande et des inspirations dans la bibliothèque.

Deixei meu alimento dentro da geladeira e simplesmente comeram, deveria ter uma câmera dentro da cozinha para evitar esse incidente

Lo único bueno es que está a 2 min de Bari centrale

-intenté llamar por teléfono y no me respondían… siempre colgaban -el link para abrir la puerta no funcionaba- tuve que mandarle un mensaje con un montón de presión y agobiada porque el vuelo llegaba más tarde y al menos me lo arreglaron (solo porque lo comprobé con antelación) pero el teléfono no lo cogieron en ningún momento. -las habitaciones no tienen nada de seguridad. No entiendo por qué no ponen un código en la puerta para entrar a cada habitación o una llave, o una tarjeta. No es agradable como chica pensar que cualquier persona puede entrar a la habitación… es muy inseguro -Cuando llegue alguien estaba y usando la cama que me habían asignado, así que no hay control de dónde se ubica la gente. -nada de instrucciones con anticipación..

The location, the living room area, the kitchen, fridge, washing machines

Showers with no doors or curtains lol, it was really hot in the living room and then quite cold from the ac in the sleeping rooms

Kitchen is clean and spacious, a variety of vending machines are in common room, wifi seemed steady, near Bari's train station.

No overhead light in dorm rooms,only bed light. The bathrooms have no privacy. Half of each of the showers' entrances have a partition and the other half is open. There are absolutely no shelves nor hooks inside the shower space for personal effects. While there is no shower gel, you can only put your things needed while showering on the ground. Also, if you book and arrive late, if it's the first time you've booked a hostel with no reception, the process seems complicated with no personnel reception to greet you and there are codes to enter the premises which are only given after a municipal tax is paid (if there are delays in communicating this via the app, best bet is just to wait outside). Communication and support with foreign guests regarding code issues should be better, as a few minutes after my arrival an apparent guest was persistently asking for me to share the code as his didn't work and there was no way to get support.

Curtains and sheets were clean. Location was suitable.

I booked a female-only room, but I was given a mixed dorm instead. They did not make any explaination regarding this. Also, my friend and I were also placed in different rooms. The room was very small and had no fresh air. There was no one at the hostel I could communicate with, and they rarely replied to my messages. The toilets were located one floor below the room, which was very inconvenient. No place to leave our luggages after check out.

Le pire service client ! J’avais une réservation de 2 nuits avec une amie. Dès le premier matin elle se réveille avec pleins de mini piqures regroupées qui la démangeait, travaillant toutes les 2 en hôtellerie et ayant vérifier par tout les moyens, on est sûr à 100% que c’était des punaises de lit. Dès 9h du matin, on envoie un message à l’établissement via l’adresse e-mail avec laquelle on avait communiqué avec eux la veille (pour le check-in) car il n’y a aucune réception le dimanche (ni la semaine à part de 10h à 14h). Pas de réponse. À midi, on envoie un message via le numéro watsapp indiqué. Pas de réponse. À 20h30 on les appels en essayant 2 numéros indiqués et en laissant des messages vocaux. Pas de réponse. On voulait absolument qu’il nous trouve une solution car on avait aucune envie de redormir dans la même chambre mais personne ne nous a jamais répondu. On a dormi dans mon lit à 2 par précaution, donc comment dire qu’on a très mal dormi. Le lendemain matin on parle finalement avec la manager sous notre demande insistante. Elle nous dit qu’on était des menteuses, que c’était des moustiques (impossible !) et n’ont pas voulu faire le moindre geste. On a du passer notre dernière après-midi à faire des machines à 90ºC pour être sûre de ne pas ramener de punaises de lit chez nous sans aucun geste de leur part, ni un désolé, ni une tentative d’aider. En conclusion, je vous conseille de fuire cette auberge surtout si vous ne voulez pas vous faire piquer par des punaises puis après se faire insulter de menteuse!!

A cama é confortável e a cortina e luminária dao uma privacidade legal.

Eu escolhi essa acomodação por falar que tinha ar condicionado, mas o quarto estava um forno apesar de o ar condicionado ligado. Fui pra pernoitar porque estava cansada de outras viagens e foi muito desconfortável e desgastante essa situação. Não tem pra quem reclamar pois não tem recepção.

Location is really great, so close to train station and main center. At downstairs there is a kitchen you can use.

Mix rooms have 10 beds!! And air conditioner work so less its doesnt cool down the room. And there is no controller for air con. With 10 People room soo hot! You cant even sleep. And cleaner staff come to the room at 9am with so muchh noise. At the downstairs there is a man bathroom for the all hostel mans. Showers smells so bad and some of them dont have a cold water.

Bathroom in the basement so no disturbance in the room, towels for free, fridge and kitchen, easy entrance

Google maps showed the wrong location at first, then in personal chat with the staff I was told house nr. 18 which was 10 minutes by foot from the actual nr. 17, very tiny room, squeaky beds, lockers below the bed without provided lock.

Not enough ventilation in the shower rooms

sono arrivata alle 01.30 circa, ho avuto problemi ad entrare dalla porta principale. non ti può aiutare alcuno. non rispondono nemmeno tramite whattsapp. I bagni si trovano su un altro piano, il distributore di caffè non funzionava

Chuveiro bom, grande espaço para guardar nossas coisas, quarto fresco o tempo todo.

O banheiro na parte de baixo, muito distante do quarto feminino. Mas para poucos dias foi utilitário

There's no staff in there. You only have a code to enter the building and no control after. If security is important for you, don't go there. It's only one step more secure than sleeping in a park.

Que està en un bon lloc, al costat de l'estació de trens i de busos de Bari, i que és econòmica per una persona que viatja sola, comparat amb els preus dels hotels. També hi ha un supermercat molt a prop.

No hi ha ningú a recepció. No et guarden el teu equipatge si arribes abans d'hora o marxes de la ciutat més tard. Has de baixar unes escales meta·liques i travessar tota la cuina per anar al bany i a les dutxes. L'equipament de la cuina és molt bàsic, no disposa de microones ni de forn i els coberts són molt escassos.

The location is practical but apart from that… other hostels in Italy for the same price were much much better

Did not feel super clean

Posizione ottima, vicina alla stazione centrale, personale gentile, struttura pulita, stanza grande.

Ho avuto 2 problemi. Ho comprato un lucchetto pagandolo circa 3 euro per poter mettere in sicurezza il bagaglio e dato che per un problema personale sono arrivata in serata non mi è stato consegnato perché dal pomeriggio in poi non c è nessuno della reception in struttura. Il costo del lucchetto mi verrà rimborsato (così mi è stato detto) ma non è ammissibile che non ci sia nemmeno una persona in una struttura così grande e con tanti ospiti perché ci possono essere problemi e una persona che paga non è normale che debba telefonare. Un' altra cosa che non mi è piaciuta è che le docce sono semiaperte. Ovviamente sono divise in docce femminili e maschili ma se ci sono più donne che si stanno lavando perché un'altra donna che vuole raggiungere la doccia successiva, può vedere l altra che si sta lavando? È una questione di privacy.
