Reviewed Aug 30, 2026I liked the location. It is central and close to attractions and many shops
It was dusty behind furniture and outdated. The drains in the bathrooms smelt bad - no ventilation. The dishwasher and washing machine also smelt bad. The shower heads need upgrading. You cannot comfortably shower with a small hand shower that doesn’t adjust. There is no AC flow going into the bedrooms: the bedrooms were very hot. The sofa bed mattress was covered in stains. I will return to the location but sadly not this apartment.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Location was very central Good transport links Comfy beds and not a bad sized apartment for a family of 5
Checkin was not great as I had notified arrival time and when I called to say 5 mins away they stated would be there by the time we got there. It took them 15 minutes to turn up to let us in with us chasing up twice. This was not ideal having three children stood on the street waiting when they should have been there waiting for us not the other way around. It was a bit noisy with the old windows but it is central so expected but not sure much could be done perhaps secondary glazing. The apartment felt tired and needed maintenance in areas The lift says only two people which was a pain The most annoying part was ten minutes before the checkout time we had someone knocking at the door which I find rude. I understand if a guest is still not vacated 10 Mins after checkout but to harass a guest before offical checkout time for me is not great.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Barcelona! What we loved: Excellent location – The apartment is in a perfect location, just a short walk from La Rambla. We were able to explore most of the city's main attractions on foot, which made our trip incredibly convenient. Spacious and comfortable – The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably accommodate 4 to 6 guests. The living room has a large sofa bed that can easily sleep two additional people. Beautiful enclosed balcony – Our favorite feature was the stunning glass-enclosed balcony overlooking the boulevard. It fills the apartment with natural light and gives it a unique charm. It was the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or relax after a day of sightseeing. Bedrooms – One bedroom has air conditioning, a small private balcony, and a lovely view of the boulevard. The second bedroom does not have air conditioning or a view, but thanks to the AC in the living room, it cools down easily and remains comfortable. Very clean – The apartment was spotless upon arrival. Everything was well maintained, and the bathroom was modern, clean, and pleasant to use. Fully equipped kitchen – The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals, making it feel like a home away from home. Comfortable beds and linens – The bedding and towels were fresh, soft, and of excellent quality, making our stay even more enjoyable. Outstanding communication and friendly staff – The communication before and during our stay was excellent. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions. Fantastic neighborhood – There is an amazing bakery right next to the building entrance, perfect for fresh pastries and coffee every morning. The surrounding area is lively, safe, and full of restaurants, shops, and everything you might need.
A small note – Since the apartment is located on a lively boulevard in the city center, you can hear traffic and people outside, especially during the day and evening. However, after a full day of exploring beautiful Barcelona, we had no trouble falling asleep, and the vibrant atmosphere felt like part of the authentic city experience.
