Really great location, very silent surroundings but super close to the centre! Cozy and modern apartment fully equipped!

L’équipe en charge est efficace , professionnelle et aux petits soins. L’emplacement juste en face de Tromso est facilement accessible en bus à 200 m du logement et à pieds. Idem pour retour à l’aéroport en bus très pratique

The View is everything! The apartment locates near the cable station with walking distance about 5 to 10 min.

This appartment although outside of Tromso has magnificent view over the Island and is highly recommended if you want to be far from the city buzz. It is within walking distance from the centre, close to the cathedral and cable car

The apartment offers an exceptional view and can easily be reached by bus and is very calm. It was very clean and spacious. The bathroom is also very spacious. The bedrooms were comfortable. All in all we can strongly recommend The Arctic Homes - The View for people who like to visit Tromsø and searching for polar lights.

公寓布置很舒服，设施齐全，景色非常好，可以俯瞰整个城市。距离缆车，北极博物馆步行可达。距离公交站台很近，坐公交车过桥就是市中心。

公寓在小山坡上，下雪后又下雨，路面结冰，非常的滑。拖着行李箱上坡很艰难。

The view from airbnb is really amazing great.

Im unsure that is the water quite precious over here, so we have to limit our water usage to 10mins for one ppl for hot water bath. Encountered once, Im the 2nd person only but I showered the cold water. And the heat system of one of the bedroom is not really working, quite cold. And the kitchenware also not in good condition. The lighting of the living room is not exact the lights whbe you saw the pics , is more dim than u think.

Great location. Very nice view of Tromso. VERY large bathroom in a nice size apartment (we were only 2 people). Quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Talked a couple times with the owner, he seemed to be a very nice guy but he is not the one managing your stay. Company managing the stay were quite responsive via private message. House rules were generally clear and well detailed. 3 min drive to city center or you can walk about 30 min crossing the bridge, very convenient.

Door knob/key lock were a nightmare as we had to fight and struggle to open/close the door every time for 4 days. The key could not enter/get out of the lock. A real hassle. Beds are freakishly small if 2 people sleep in the same bed (one bed is 100% NOT suitable for 2 adults...1 adult or maybe 2 kids at best). Beds are too soft. If you have back/neck issues, you'll feel it. No shower gel provided (info should be given before arrival). Dishes were not properly cleaned. Some water leftover in the teapot, from when...I don't know. Garbage disposal instructions are incomplete. They offer you to pay for a secured parking spot. However, I felt robbed of the amount I paid because your parking spot is actually RIGHT in front of your OWN DOOR (and nowhere else). Seems more like an excuse to make some extra money. Free parking should definitely be included. You'll need to unplug the wifi router from it's entrance location and replug it in the living room in order to get some connection. Hair dryer was missing while we asked 2 days prior for confirmation there would be one. When they say "streaming services" it's just a smart TV...there is no house account of streaming services.

The location was excellent, and the view of Tromsø and the Arctic Cathedral on the one hand and to Fjellheisen on the other side was absolutely sensational.

Unfortunately, this was one of my worst apartment experiences. I arrived very late and immediately noticed several cleanliness issues: dirty dishes were still on the shelf (there was even tea left in the mug from the previous guest), and there was standing water that at first made me think there might be water damage. Used tissues were lying around, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that the bed wasn’t freshly made—although I admit I might be imagining that. I travel a lot, but nothing like this has ever happened to me before. It was also stated that a QR code with further information (including the Wi-Fi password) would be available in the apartment, but there was none to be found. I never received any information about where to park either—everything was covered in snow and it wasn't clear where to leave the car. There isn't a shovel or anything similar for clearing the sidewalk either (in Finland, for example, there is a shovel and a broom in front of every apartment in winter). The room setup was somewhat inconvenient: there was no closet and no hangers to hang anything on—just a simple coat rack. There is a Nespresso coffee machine but no capsules, and a dishwasher but no tabs or detergent -> would be practical, especially for shorter stays.

One of the best stays I've ever been in. Amazing hosts. They even gave us recommendations for the Northern Lights chase and the Husky tour. They were super helpful and prompt. Would love to visit again.

They could put blinds in the living room, but I guess that's a common thing to see in Tromso

Fantastic views; easy local transport (bus24, bus 26); short walk to cable car; short walk to Arctic Cathedral; really comfortable bed for two with separate duvets; excellent hot and powerful shower. Alex who ‘hosts’ the property was always courteous and helpful, and quick to respond to any questions we had. We definitely recommend!

Difficult to find property. Number was not visible from road.
