Had a wonderful stay here The homestay is spotless, very well kept, and thoughtfully equipped with towels and basic toiletries. The room is spacious, extremely clean, and very comfortable which truly felt like a home away from home. The staff deserve special mention for being incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive. Communication was very smooth and easy, especially when arranging flexible check-in and check-out times. The location is excellent, right in front of a large roundabout and next to an overhead bridge, making it easy and safe to cross the road. There is also a commercial area just across the street with plenty of food options, which is super convenient. What we really loved was how central the location is. Everywhere we visited that day was only about a 5–10 minute drive away.

We truly had no complaints during our stay. Everything was well thought out and well managed.

near to the big spots, clean and comfortable environment, facilities are pretty good and tv has youtube

some grab drivers find it difficult to find this place

Limpieza, cama cómoda con aire acondicionado.

El WC y el lavabo están bastante viejos. Tienen manchas y marcas del paso del tiempo que hace que parezca sucio.

Clean comfy rooms , easy access , quiet location . Perfect for me just for 1 night . Easy to go for a walk over the road on the bridges Visit 2020 cafe for food.

Ottima posizione, personale gentilissimo e camera dotata di ogni accessorio

C’era un pó di muffa nella camera

The location is near to the shopping malls.

None. Very satisfied.

Amazing value for money. Place was very clean and quiet. Perfect for short stay.

None.

The staff is incredibly friendly and always provides guidance through WhatsApp.

spacious, clean, parking, surau nearby, food stalls nearby

nothing

The facility is great

The bed is quite high and no carpet, so need to stay alert if you stay there with your child.

Concept is good

O

It's noisy during certain hours

Its clean n comfy.

We need to pay for the towel

Good size room and comfortable bed in good location, driving short into the city.

comfortable room. well functioning A/C

Feel a bit unsecure as there is no door latch form the inside. I hope owner can install door latches to give peace of mind. Provide indoor slipper since footwear has to be taken off outside.

The receptionist is very friendly and the place is clean.

There are some shortcomings that could improve this residence. 1) If possible, please add a sliding lock for the doors of the room. 2) By adding a soundproof to the door can help create a better privacy. 3) Prepare bath soaps, shampoos, toothbrushes & toothpastes and also toilet slippers. 4) Lastly, the parking lot is lacking of privacy and feel less secure even though there is cctv located at the area.

Good location , Very friendly staff , the room is very good value

only lacking in bathroom facilities such as place to put things.

Friendly and caring staff at counter

Toilet window no privacy No table and chair Small mirror No hairdryer No air ventilation top at toilet

The nice receptionist and the availability of hot water. They sell snacks at the reception. The place is clean too.

The location was a bit difficult to find. Would be better if there's a bigger signage.

The room

Not enough parking for the customers

I like that it was clean and the staff was friendly

We love how homey it feels and the staffs are very nice and helpful! Location-wise, it's a good location as it is at the city area for a valuable cost. Security is also quite good as there are CCTVs all over the place to keep watch. The WiFi is really fast too! Would love to stay again :)

Perhaps we didn't pay attention to the description prior to booking, but we didn't realize there aren't any amenities such as hair dryer, shampoos, and hook to hang your towel as you shower. The walls are thin as you can even hear people talking outside, but they did put a sign to inform their guests to be quiet at night. The shower area is quite small, but usable. There aren't any areas to also put your shampoos, toothbrush and toothpaste, so please bring a toiletry bag.

- super duper clean from outside to inside - modern smell of the bedroom upon entrance - location - welcoming vibes from the reception

- no dressing mirror - no utensils

The staff were friendly exp AFIQ, comfy place to stay and clean. The environment also nice.

The place didn't have much facillities such as towel holder in the bathroom, water heater or microwave. Refrigerator, some slipper for inside lodge since we're supposed put our shoe outside.
