Scarsa trasparenza e chiarezza riguardo al servizio di pulizia della camera. Solo il giorno prima del check-in mi è stato comunicato che la pulizia non era inclusa nel soggiorno e che sarebbe stata disponibile esclusivamente pagando un supplemento. Queste informazioni avrebbero dovuto essere comunicate chiaramente al momento della prenotazione, avvenuta peraltro diversi mesi prima. Una semplice e-mail inviata il giorno prima del check-in non può giustificare una modifica delle condizioni inizialmente concordate al momento della prenotazione

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Hotel piccolo ma carinissimo! Staff davvero gentile e accogliente. La camera era bella e pulita, di buone dimensioni (soprattutto rispetto agli standard giapponesi). Buona anche la posizione vicina a diverse fermate degli autobus che ci hanno consentito di spostarci comodamente verso i diversi punti della città. Consiglio!

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026員工很友善、有飲水機、加濕器，環境都很新，晚上九點過後也能自助入住，隔天到櫃台補交京都住宿稅和護照即可。浴室有抽風，衣服乾很快！床鋪很舒適，連續住五晚有免費打掃一次，房務連我們隨便丟在床上的東西都幫我們整理好！
去的景點大部分都是要走12-15分鐘到京都車站搭車，或是走7-8分鐘搭公車，附近的地鐵線完全沒搭過。兩張單人床的房間勉強能全開24胖胖箱+28寸

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Camas muy cómodas, baño muy amplio, limpísimo todo y el personal encantador. Muy cerca de la estación de tren y junto a una parada de metro. Tambien hay cerca un par de líneas de autobuses. El barrio es muy tranquilo y con buenos restaurantes. Nuestro mejor hotel en Japón.

Informowała o zagrożeniu tajfunem, pomogła z zagubionym kluczem, przesłaniem walizek do hotelu w Tokio. Świetne miejsce na pobyt w Kioto

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Het personeel was ontzettend gastvrij en vriendelijk! De bedden waren heel fijn en comfortabel. Wij hadden een berichtje gestuurd dat we ons verloofd hadden en ze hadden een mooi origami kunstwerk van handdoeken gemaakt!
De locatie lag iets uit de richting van de meeste bezienswaardigheden. Dit maakte wel dat het over het algemeen een hele rustige omgeving was!

L’emplacement a 10 min de la gare et a 3 min du métro, La propreté de la chambre et de l’hôtel en général, la gentillesse du personnel, la machine nespresso à disposition gratuite. Le prêt des parapluie, Le confort de la chambre où il ne manque rien. Nous avons adoré!!!

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026La struttura è situata in una zona molto carina e tranquilla di kyoto. A 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale e a pochi passi da market e posti dove mangiare. Lo staff molto gentile, di buona compagnia e super disponibile. La struttura offre anche la possibilità di prepararsi tè, caffè (anche espresso) in autonomia e c'è anche il distributore dell'acqua. Posto super consigliato!!

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Hotel Bell was one of the best accommodation choices I made during my Kyoto trip. The room was clean, modern, spacious, and very comfortable for a longer stay. The location was convenient while still being in a quieter area away from the busiest tourist crowds. I especially appreciated having a comfortable base to return to after long days exploring Kyoto. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything felt well maintained and welcoming.
There was very little to dislike. The hotel is not within immediate walking distance of some of Kyoto’s major attractions like Gion area, but public transport and taxis made it easy to get around. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Fijne kamer met een klein zitje (bureau en tafeltje). Die deden bij ons dienst als kast (Japanse hotelkamers zijn klein!). De receptie was een groot deel van de dag bemand en de medewerkers waren erg behulpzaam. Ze wilden zelfs voor ons naar een winkel bellen om iets uit te vragen. Ook was er een magnetron beschikbaar en waren er plastic vorken en lepels voor als je eten mee naar de kamer nam.
De douche had iets schoner gekunt, maar het was echt geen dealbreaker. Ook was de wasserette die aangeraden werd op best een afstandje lopen van het hotel. En daarnaast kon je eigenlijk niks te drogen hangen in de kamer als je kleding had die niet in de droger kon. Het hotel was dicht bij het station, maar wel wat verder van het centrum.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026This hotel was amazing! All of the staffing were extremely nice and we felt very welcomed, it was a very cozy stay. All the amenities were amazing!
The only downside and it’s not the hotels fault! The location is just a bit far from the central area in the sense that if you want to eat a proper meal (not convenience store food past 5 or 6 pm you would have to walk minimum of 20 minutes for the main area because almost ALL restaurants close by 6pm, the only things that stay open are either izakayas or more expensive fancy dinner places. The hotel does have convenience store near by which made it easier for me since I was traveling with a very picky eater😅

La chambre est également très agréable, et la porte coulissante qui séparait le côté lit du côté salle de bain permettait de ne pas être réveillé avec la lumière du jour, donc fort appréciable !

Personel çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlü oteli sevdim
Odalar çok ama çok dar , 3 kişi konakladık valiz açmak imkansız odada dolap yok , pencerelerin açılmaması da büyük bir eksi.

En la habitación había poca ventilación y hacía muchísimo calor, fuimos en mayo con medias de 18 grados por la noche y era indispensable dormir con el aire acondicionado.

Reviewed May 1, 2026針對這次住宿給予極高評價！ 首先地點 1.位於地鐵烏丸線五條站附近，真的非常方便 走路大約5分鐘左右 2.附近走出去馬路上就有全家和711，也是在地鐵站附近 房間的部分 1. 其實ㄧ進入飯店就有一個香香的味道，這個香味是非常舒服的！我認為也是飯店的特色 2.最重要的是房間是很乾淨的，這讓人感到很安心 走廊處也有備品、咖啡機及飲水機等也是很方便 另外值得一提的是飯店的人員相當親切！！ 當天抵達時不僅很冷還班機延誤 但人員依然非常溫暖甚至給我們暖暖包 這件事情我一直放在心上 非常謝謝你們的貼心💖

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026Het ligt dichtbij station Kyoto. Verder is het personeel vriendelijk en de bedden schoon.
Het ligt in een wat donkere straat die niet uitnodigt. Verder is de kamer klein en de badkamer niet heel schoon. Het heeft maar 2 sterren ipv 3. Er is aanwezig wat er nodig is maar het is geen beoordeling van 9.2 waard.
