Fijne accommodatie met een goede ligging. Personeel was super vriendelijk en denken met je mee.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Mitten im Dschungel aber in 5min zu Fuß im Dorf und am National Park .Mr.Kong und seine Frau sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

It smelled of dog across the dining area from the dogs . The staff were rude, and asked me to switch rooms back and forth that I disagreed to, and then I saw a lizard in the room ( they may be common in these areas but wasn’t good for me) and so I left as this was the last straw.

Frühstück zwar nicht im Zimmerpreis enthalten, aber dafür breite Auswahl und gute Qualität zu fairen Preisen.

es ist nicht im Dschungel, sondern in einer Palmplantage.. es hatte keinen Kühlschrank, kein Netflix, vom nicht überdachten Parkplatz (Dauerregen!!) zum Bungalow ist es ein Stück weit zu gehen.. es war viel Bautätigkeit (Nebensaison), zur ("Haupt"-)Strasse ist es weit zu Fuss

בעל המקום היה אדיב וממש שמח לעזור. החדרים היו פשוטים ולמי שאין הרבה צרכים זה אחלה. המרחק מהמקום לרחוב הראשי הוא ממש איזה 10 דקות הליכה שזה ממש בסדר. הליכה חמודה סה"כ וזה היה קרוב לכניסה ליער עצמו.

היה ריח קצת מוזר בחדר. החדרים היו רחוקים מהכניסה והיו לנו תיקים רבים ככה שהיה קשה לשים אותם. מישהו אחר הגיע עם מזוודות ועזרו לו עם אופנוע אז אולי יכולנו לבקש. המקום היה בסדר אבל להיות שם בסביבה זה מאד יקר. הכל אטרקציות מאד תיירותיות. המיקום של החדר היה בקצה השני וזה היה מרחק של למעלה משעה נסיעה כדי לעשות שייט באגם ולכן לא עשינו אותו וקצת חבל. אם היינו יודעים קודם, היינו בוחרים מקום קצת יותר באמצע.

We hadden een kamer zonder airconditioning geboekt. Dat was veel te warm voor ons, maar gelukkig waren er ook nog hutjes met airco beschikbaar. We konden zonder problemen voor een goede prijs overstappen naar een hutje met airco.

Als ik echt wat moet bedenken, dan dat het pad vanuit het hotel naar het dorp wat modderig was. Maar ja, dat kun je verwachten wanneer je in de jungle zit. Als je geen natte voeten wilt krijgen moet je naar een woestijn gaan.

Bellissimo bungalow immerso nella foresta. Tranquillità, pace e solo i rumori della natura. Esperienza meravigliosa. A 10min a piedi dalla strada principale di Khao SoK. Staff E proprietà gentilissimi. Ci hanno aiutato e accolto le nostre richieste.

Consiglio solo di mettere del sapone in bagno e un piccolo stendino all' esterno in veranda per porre i vestiti bagnati.

Die Besitzer Familie war super freundlich. Wir hatten eine Kakerlake in unserem Bungalow, was natürlich normal ist weil die Häuser mitten im Dschungel sind. Alle waren super hilfsbereit und der Besitzer hat sie dann persönlich rausgebracht. Alle sind total lieb und gut gelaunt ich würde immer gerne wiederkommen. Also auch falls man Respekt vor dem Dschungel hat ist man hier sehr gut aufgehoben

Séjour super agréable, au milieu de la jungle,les singes sont autour de nous ,cadre agréable, calme ,le logement est super. Les gérants souriant ,très serviable et prêt à rendre service, un petit coin de paradis !merci encore à eux pour leurs gentillesse et pour ce lieu authentique.

I was here 9 years ago, and what stood out to me is how kind and how helpfull this family is. I always thought by myself, if I return to Thailand I want to come here again. So i did. They are renovating the lobby, and when we arrived they immediately excused themselves for it, it’s looking bigger then 9 years ago and I can see they made the place even better. The wooden cabins are what you expect from them, its not the luxury you are used to in Chiang Mai or Bangkok, but to have an own wooden cabin in the middle of the jungle, with sometimes monkeys walking in front of your cabin, is luxueus enough for Khao Sok. Mr Kong and his family (and dogs) are amazing hosts, sweet, helpfull, and love to get you on the way with tips in and out of Khao Sok. I am really happy I visited them again, and would love to do that more often. 10/10 for me ✨

Amazing location, right in the heart of the jungle. Kong and family were super helpful and kind, helped us with booking all the activities. 100% recommend 1 night on the lake, it was super smooth and the experience was breathtaking. Enjoyed petting all the dogs and cats on the property, saw some wild monkeys passing through the shortcut to the village. They also have laundry and drying service if you need to wash anything. Highly recommend this place, just keep in mind it has basic amenities to keep the authentic feeling of being close to nature. Would definitely come back again if the chance arises!

El alojamiento está en un entorno muy natural y muy bonito. El personal es increíblemente atento y servicial.

Nada, en concreto. Solo hay que tener en cuenta que se encuentra en un entorno natural y que pueda haber mosquitos o pequeños geckos.

La experiencia en este hotel fue inolvidable. En mitad de la naturaleza, el primer amanecer que tuvimos fue espectacular, con sonidos de todo tipo de animales y viendo monos saltar de unas palmeras a otras... simplemente increíble. Los bungalows son sencillos pero para una estancia de un par de noches tienen todo lo necesario. La ubicación es perfecta para hacer excursiones por el parque nacional Khao Sok, el tour de un día que reservamos con ellos estuvo MUY bien. El matrimonio que regenta este hotel es encantador, muy atentos y amables, nos ayudaron mucho en todo momento.

Lo bueno que tiene estar en plena naturaleza también tiene sus puntos negativos, y es que había muchos bichos en el entorno como es lógico, en nuestra cabaña había alguna que otra salamandra (sin drama)

La struttura ha rispecchiato esattamente le mie aspettative…Immersa nella giungla e vicinissima al parco nazionale. La famiglia che ci ha accolto davvero di una gentilezza esagerata ci hanno dato consigli e con loro abbiamo prenotato le nostre gite. Consigliatissimo!

La gentillesse de l’équipe, l’organisation des excursions

Der Ausblick und dass die Affen direkt vom Balkon aus beobachtet werden können ist sehr besonders. Die Gastgeberin war sehr bemüht um uns. Sie scheint wirklich sehr herzlich zu sein und versucht zu helfen, wenn sie es kann. Die Sauberkeit die die Zimmer noch zulassen wurde vollkommen erreicht. Es gab keine Spinnen oder Fluginsekten im Zimmer. Das Insektennetz über dem Bett leistete auch gute Dienste.

Die Lichttemperatur (vermutlich 6000K oder noch höher) lässt die Räume wie einen Operationssaal erscheinen. Die kahlen weißen Wände strahlen eine unangenehme Kälte aus. Sich heimelig zu fühlen fällt relativ schwer. Dadurch dass die Matratze in Nylon gewickelt ist und darauf nur eine relativ dünne Decke gelegt ist, schwitzt man extrem. Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass man ein älteres Zimmer auf 2 Sterne Niveau im Dschungel bucht und sich auch darauf einlassen. Ein zweiter Becher im Bad wäre fein gewesen.

Lovely location on the edge of the national park. We spotted monkeys outside our door in the morning! Very kind andhrlpful staff. 5 minute walk into town. Cafe food was inexpensive and tasty.

Een super accommodatie in Khao Sok om het Cheow Lan Lake te bezoeken. De eigenaren zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hele complex is heel ruim opgezet, op de rand van het nationaal park, geeft je echt jungle vibes, heerlijk rustig en toch op loopafstand van de hoofdstraat. Het huisje is basic maar netjes, schoon, airco en de bedden zijn goed. Je loopt via een pad in 5 minuten naar de hoofdstraat, deze is 2km lang en heeft verschillende restaurants, koffie-barretjes, winkels en massage/nagelsalons. Alle tours kun je bij de eigenaren boeken en worden zonder moeite een dag later nog even aangepast. We werden op de laatste ochtend verrast door een hele apen familie die achter ons huisje op bezoek kwamen, na een uurtje trokken ze weer verder.

Resort agréable avec des cabanes au cadre simple et authentique. Restaurant sur place bon et correct. Accueil chaleureux et personnel agréable.

Les cabanes sont très sommaires et spartiates, avec une salle de bain basique. La literie mériterait vraiment d’être améliorée. Le chemin permettant d’accéder à la route principale pourrait également être mieux entretenu afin de faciliter les déplacements des résidents.

Loved that it was away from the main busy areas, but there was a shortcut path through to the Main Street of town and the national park entrance too if you wanted to go hiking and see waterfalls. Accomodation is basic but so lovely to sleep with the windows open listening to all the wildlife at night. Hosts were so lovely also and helped arrange a day tour to Cheow Lan Lake, they can arrange other tours too. I ended up having dinner there 2 nights also and the dinner food was lovely. It’s exactly as described, perfectly rustic and exactly where you’d want to be for an authentic jungle experience.

Unser Aufenthalt im Palmview Resort war rundum wirklich wundervoll. Das super liebe Gastgeber Ehepaar hat sich wirklich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Wir konnten problemlos und unkompliziert schon vor unserer Ankunft verschiedenste Aktivitäten im Nationalpark bei der Unterkunft buchen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und komfortabel. Man hat eine ganze Hütte plus Veranda allein für sich. Dabei ist der Name Palmview Programm: Man war umgeben vom Dachungel. Das Essen im Hauseigenen Restaurant ist super lecker und sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns durch sie Karte probiert und waren immer begeistert.Es gibt alle Gerichte auch in einer vegetarischen Variante. Alle Shakes sind außergewöhnlich. Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis ist auch im Restaurant sensationell. Die Lage ist ebenso herausragend: Zu Fuß dauert es 5 min zum Eingang des Nationalparks sowie in die Einkaufsstraße. Es können sogar Taxis vom Hotel bestellt werden (70 THB p. P.) und es gibt einen Wäsche Service für 100THB pro 5 kg inkl. Waschmittel (in Thailand sonst oft üblich 60 THB pro kg). Wir waren sehr begeistert und kommen gerne wieder!

Ottima la possibilità di prenotare le escursioni in loco. Noi abbiamo fatto con loro il night safari che ci è stato consigliato da un'altra ospite che abbiamo incontrato lì e la gita sul lago Chaw Lan che ci è stata proposta dalla struttura. C'è una tenda sul letto utile anche se non abbiamo incontrato molti insetti. All'esterno del bungalow c'è un bel balconcino da dove si avvista qualche scimmietta. La struttura è molto vicina a un ingresso del parco e dista 5 minuti a piedi (se si percorre la scorciatoia con le torce) dalla via principale.

I piatti del ristorante avevano poca spinta a livello di gusto. Mancava il condizionatore, ma la temperatura del luogo non lo richiedeva particolarmente.

Resort familial chaleureux et très bien placé à 5mn à pied de l'entrée du parc national de Khao Sok. Kong sa femme et tout le personnel sont d'une très grande gentillesse et aux petits soins. Les plats cuisinés à la commande sont simples mais très bons. Le réveil en compagnie des singes sur la terrasse et autour du logement été une super expérience.

Rien. De préférence prendre quand même un logement avec climatisation.

Wij hebben heerlijk genoten van de gastvrijheid van Kong en zijn familie! Ze denken erg met je mee en regelen alles uitstekend! Ook de trip naar the Lake was prima georganiseerd! Grote flexibiliteit om ons naar andere kamers te boeken met airco!

Een groot deel van de kamers heeft geen airco en dat is best warm daardoor. Wel hebben ze nieuwe huisjes die er uitstekend uitzien.

Het resort was geweldig. Elke ochtend kwamen er apen langs onze hut. De locatie is heel centraal; op loopafstand van het dorp en National Park. Kong en zijn vrouw zijn ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. We hebben alle dagtrips via hen geregeld en het ontbijt was heerlijk.

Wir waren als Familie da. Es ist ein kleines, gemütliches Resort mit sehr viel Liebe für Tiere. Personal ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Es wurde sich um alles gekümmert wie z.B.: Anreise, Abreise und Buchen von Aktivitäten. Es ist ein naturbelassenes Resort und deshalb minimalistisch gehalten. Durch einen kleinen Schleichweg ist man in 5 Minuten am Nationalpark und an der Hauptstraße, wo es jede Menge Restaurants und Geschäfte gibt. Es ist so schön ruhig dort, dass man beim Frühstück denkt, man würde mitten im Regenwald sitzen. Die Affen kamen sogar bis zum Resort.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Es gab leider nicht so viel Auswahl zum Abendessen. Aber dafür hat man ja die Restaurants in der Umgebung.

All of the staff were beyond friendly and helpful and provided such a warm welcome. Although facilities are basic, in keeping with the very natural environment, the rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds are so comfortable. We all had such a great nights sleep! The owners helpfully provided a shortcut walking route through the jungle which provides a great short cut to the restaurants and bars. The star gazing is incredible! We would recommend, and return, without hesitation.

Fijne bungalows in een tropische omgeving. Ondanks de vochtige natuur droge en schone kamers. Personeel doet erg z'n best om je bij te staan en activiteiten te regelen.

Het resort heeft geen zwembad en is ver van de rivier. Er zijn geen ramen, enkel luikjes maar die moeten toe bij airco.

Estar rodeado de naturaleza. Es uno de los puntos fuertes del lugar. La entrada al parque está justo al lado saliendo por la parte de atrás. Amablemente me dejaron una linterna para poder volver cuando ya había oscurecido. Las camas estaban bien protegidas contra los insectos, porque aunque las instalaciones son limpias, son unas casitas de madera sencillas en medio de la naturaleza. Me dejé unas zapatillas y me indicaron como podía recuperarlas. Gestionaron la entrega de las zapatillas a la empresa de reparto. Muchas gracias por su hospitalidad.

De locatie zelf net alsof je op een soort camping in de jungle verblijft. En daarnaast de allerliefste gastheer en vrouw die je je kunt wensen. Kong en zijn vrouw zorgen dat je je helemaal thuis voelt bij hun. Duidelijk communicatie vooraf via Booking. Hij benadrukte toen ook dat het bij hun niet om luxe draait maar om de ervaring en het warme welkom. De kamers op houten palen zijn een beleving op zichzelf. Zeer eenvoudig maar helemaal prima als je dat vooraf weet. Met airco ( anders is het wel echt heel warm) en een bed met klamboe. Bij hun ook de eendaagse tour over het cheow lan Lake geboekt. Zeker aan te raden en goed verzorgd. Bij het ontbijt lekkere zelf gebakken bananen pannenkoekjes gehad. Er is een shortcut naar de drukke straat van Khao sok Village waar alle bars en restaurants liggen. 5 minuten lopen door het donker. Een echt avontuur met in de bomen slingerende apen !!! Dit moet je echt hebben meegemaakt !

Als ik iets moet noemen zijn het de bedden. Die waren vrij hard. En een klein straaltje uit de douche. Maar goed dat is ook iets waarvan ik me van te voren op had ingesteld. En de omgeving en de mensen maken dit helemaal goed

Mooie ruime huisjes en leuk opgezet. We hebben zelfs de aapjes op en om onze huisjes gezien. Aardige eigenaren die veel en snel dingen voor je kunnen regelen.

De ligging is prachtig, de aapjes spelen in de bomen, het is rustig en groen. Overal vlinders. De eigenaars zijn ontzettend lieve mensen. Ik werd heel blij van deze plek en van Khao Sok in het algemeen. Dank je wel voor het fantastische verblijf!!

De rust en s’ochtends wakker worden met de apen En Kong en zijn vrouw die zo vriendelijk waren en je bij alles hielpen

De warmte !Het was zo ongelofelijk warm ook met de ventilator dus slapen was heel lastig

Schönes und großes Bungalow mit Ventilator. Saubere und gepflegte Anlage sowie Zimmer. Sehr geräumig und viel Platz für seine Sachen, Regale und Kleiderschrank vorhanden. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Sie organisieren alles für einen und stehen bei Problemen sofort zur Verfügung. Die Nachtsafari kann ich nur jedem empfehlen. Gutes Essen im Restaurant. Schöner und kurzer Weg zur Stadt durch die Palmenanlage. Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit hier.

Am dritten Tag haben leider Bauarbeiten am Resort begonnen die recht laut waren und somit hat mich die Affenfamilie leider nicht mehr besucht am Vormittag. Sonst war alles perfekt.

The family that run palmview are wonderful! so kind and helpful, they answered all our questions and helped us organise our transfer to the national park. So welcoming and friendly, I would 100% stay here if you’re wanting a peaceful jungle stay. Also only a 5 minute walk to the local village which is full of bars and restaurants.

Gente encantadora que te ayuda en todo lo necesario , incluso en la organización de actividades . El acceso en coche desde la calle principal tiene un antojo de tan solo cuatro o cinco minutos andando que te deja en la misma calle pero más arriba, junto a la entrada del parque Nacional. Tienen varios animales todos muy majetes.

The staff. They are very welcoming and have beautiful Labradors. It was puppy heaven. They are very nice and make you feel at home. They also help with arranging tours and such.

For a solo traveler the location is excellent during daytime and terrible during nighttime. You take a shortcut from the bungalow complex to the main road and you end up right by the national park entrance. So during the day it’s excellent. At night though the path is a bit eerie for someone not used to the jungle, and if it’s raining get ready for a challenge if you need dinner. It’s a 6 minute walk, and there are always houses within shouting distance (I guess) but it feels isolated nonetheless.

It’s a bit far from the village, so it’s easier to spot wildlife such as monkeys. The staff is extremely helpful and nice, and the hostel has a restaurant which serves a variety of dishes. They also organized for me an excursion to the lake for 2 days and one night, and a ride to the van station for 120 bahts.

Prachtig parkje tussen de palmbomen. De huisjes zijn eenvoudig, maar wat je nodig hebt is er. Het lijkt afgelegen te liggen, maar het pad naar de hoofdweg scheelt je (lopend) heel veel tijd. Prima contact met de eigenaar Kong en zijn vrouw (denk ik), die excursies regelde evenals de transfer van en naar Surat Thani, alles perfect voor elkaar. Hoewel je keurig geïnformeerd wordt wat je nodig hebt voor de excursies, kunnen vergeten zaken als zaklampjes, wetbags en badhanddoeken ter plekke geleend worden. Geweldige service.

Such cute dogs!!! And the sweetest family. So helpful and attentive. Definitely recommending this place if you’re going to khao sok. They helped us with a trip to the lake and has many daytrips, treks and overnight stays to the national park!

A very affordable option for our stay in Khao Sok the night before the national park. Staff were very happy to accommodate us in upgrading to a lighter room with air conditioning as the first room we were given was very dark with only a fan which meant the room was very warm. Staff were very welcoming upon arrival and sat us down with water and provided us with all the information we needed.

The shortcut shown to us to reach the main town, was through the jungle. Although only a short walk, at night time this was very dark and hard to see the ground ahead of you. This could be lit in places to make the walk easier, or even signposted to make finding your way back to the accommodation easier.

Very cute location, we really felt like we were living in the jungle. The monkeys near our bungalow were such a unique experience for us.

The only downside was no ac.

Fantastic stay. The owners/staff are lovely, kind people who answered all our questions (we have bought an excursion to the lake). The location of the huts is incredible, very close to the main village (walk to the main road takes about 5 mins - that's the shortcut) but surrounded with palm trees and serenity. Very comfy, clean and just simply preety rooms. Hihgly recommend. Due to taxi drivers not allowing grab/bolt, we decided to walk (i disagree with winding prices up for a 7 min drive...) and next time we would just use the shortcut (like on google maps, the shortest way, not the way that it's leading you). I also highly recommend the Cheow Lan lake trips they are offering. We picked a full day excursion and it was amazing.

Très bien situé pour faire plein d excursions. Kong est très accueillante , bienveillante et vous aide à organiser plein d' activités. Elle est vraiment incroyable et très réactive. Elle m a aussi aidé à retrouver mon passeport que j' avais égaré.

Sødeste værter og hunde i receptionen. Virkelig smukke bungalows i træ. Dejlig komfort, og ikke for varmt på trods af at vi ikke havde aircon. De hjælper med at arrangere udflugter og det ligger dejligt tæt på nationalparken

The place is quiet and peaceful, in the middle of the jungle. You can walk among the palms and feel the wildlife. The hotel has the short cut to the national park entrance. The house is nice, big bathroom, AC and fan. The mattress is quite hard, but this is very individual. It suited me, but my friend found it difficult to sleep on. The owner and his family are very welcoming and warm. They helped with every request, we also booked travel tours via them.

Maybe a couple of glasses/cups and a kettle in the room would be nice. However you could ask for hot water on the reception at any time

Mr Kong en zijn lieve vrouw waren fantastisch. Erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De plek is prachtig en handig om vanuit hier alle tours te doen waarbij de gastheren je helpen. De kamers zijn hartstikke mooi en door de horren toch goed afgesloten van muggen etc.

Alleen een zwembad zou dit hotel nog perfecter maken. Voor de rest is het nu al perfect.

Kong und seine Familie, die die Anlage führen, sind so nett und herzlich, habe mich so wohl gefühlt. Schön gelegen im Palmengarten, nah am Ort (es gibt einen Pfad durch die Palmen dorthin)

Heerlijk in de jungle

We hadden eerst een huisje zonder airo, dat was helaas echt te warm. Na het te vragen bij de receptie zijn we goed geholpen en voor ietsjes meer een kamer met airco boeken. Dit uiteraard gedaan, bedankt!

El personal fue súper amable. El lugar tiene mucho encanto y las habitaciones tienen mosquiteras en buen estado para poder protegerte por la noche

I liked that it was authentically in nature. A real getaway from the backpacking culture here, with lots of people partying in hostels.

I missed a little table or something to easily put some things on, like phone and sunglasses. There was the table with the fan on it and it had a little part underneath, but it's not easy access for me.

Wir wurden sehr liebevoll empfangen und der Bungalow mitten im Palmenhain ist gut ausgestattet. Jeden Morgen konnten wir die Affen beobachten, die ihre tägliche Runde durch die Bäume machten. Unsere Ausflüge hat Hong super organisiert und wir können sowohl die Bambusflosstour als auch die nächtliche Wanderung durch den Urwald nur empfehlen. Das Frühstück kann man aus der Karte auswählen und im offenen Restaurant mit den anderen Gästen ins Gespräch kommen. Durch einen Fußweg , der auch mit dem Roller genutzt werden kann, kommt man in 5-10 Minuten direkt zum Haupteingang des Nationalparks. Ein ideales Hotel , das wir immer wieder nehmen würden und gut empfehlen können

Die Preise für Kaffee/Tee empfanden wir als zu hoch im Verhältnis zu dem, was man für ein Essen bezahlt.

Etablissement très dépaysant, réveil avec les singes et les poules. Les hôtes étaient très gentils et nous ont accueilli comme des proches ! Le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable et vaut totalement le cout.

La chambre reste assez rudimentaire, il faut choisir entre charger ses appareils électroniques ou avoir le ventilateur dans nuit. La salle de bain est également assez sommaire. En revanche ce n'est pas vraiment une surprise et cela va avec l'expérience que nous souhaitions vivre.
