Voor de 2e keer hier verbleven kan alleen zeggen top! Heerlijk verblijf in het centrum van kelaa. Voelde zo veilllig ben dankbaar om hier te kunnen verblijven. Halima dank en Younes ook zeker.

This is a very small place with just two rooms. But what nice rooms :) Everything is new, clean and there is plenty of light. Halima, the host, could not be kinder.

Die außergewöhnliche persönliche kulinarische Verwöhnung durch Halima auf der Dachterrasse sowohl mit excellentem, abwechslungsreichen, köstlichen und typischen marokkanischem Frühstück sowie den drei Gänge Menüs zum Abendessen, die wir zusätzlich bei Younes, unserem Vermieter, für unsere Familie gebucht haben. Mit der Buchung beider Ferienwohnungen hatten wir das sehr saubere, zentral gelegene und dafür trotzdem recht ruhige Haus komplett für unsere Familie (4 Erwachsene) alleine. Halima und Younes sind zwei besonders freundliche und höfliche Gastgeber. So hat Halima für die Männer einen spontanen Termin beim örtlichen Friseur organisiert und Younes hat uns bei der Cooperative “Rose Soffi” eine Besichtigung der Destillerie und der Rosenfelder ermöglicht. Halima, eine wunderbare Frau, stand uns jederzeit zur Verfügung, da sie tagsüber nebenan ihrer Arbeit als professionelle Schneiderin nachgeht. Mit einer Geburtstagstorte, marokkanischer Musik bei einem Abendessen im nahegelegenen Restaurant von Younes Hotel haben Younes und Halima den letzten Abend für uns unvergesslich gemacht!

L'albergo è in pieno centro del paese, vicino a tutto ciò di cui uno ha bisogno. La camera nostra potevamo quasi definirla un appartamento, molto ampia e ben curata, avevamo anche il frigo cosa non scontata. Non c'era però nessun armadio per appendere i vestiti, era presente un attaccapanni per cappotti, un panca ed una mensola per appoggiare indumenti. Il letto era abbastanza comodo un pò troppo rigido. Il bagno era confortevole con tutti i prodotti per l'igiene personale ma privo di box doccia quindi quando ci si lavava si bagnava ovunque e se non si faceva particolare attenzione usciva anche nella stanza. la colazione molto buona e abbastanza ricca certo non dobbiamo immaginare una colazione internazionale. Per accedere alle stanze c'è una ripida scala che se uno ha delle difficoltà motorie è da valutare. La terrazza dove viene servita la colazione è molto bella ed ampia.

La stanza non si poteva definire poco rumorosa almeno per la prima parte della notte, in quanto era presente nelle vicinanze una sala da gioco frequentata da ragazzi e gli schiamazzi non mancavano. Altra nota negativa è sul parcheggio che non è privato ma lungo strada e purtroppo a noi hanno rovinato l'auto, molto probabilmente per una manovra sbagliata da parte di ignoti e hanno anche tentato di aprirla. La proprietaria ha preso a cuore la faccenda e si è tanto scusata ma poco poteva fare. Il prezzo a mio avviso è un pò alto.

A lovely place, we liked it very much. Younus was a great host. The room was spotless clean and the breakfast was excellent. We went there to see the festival of roses and the central location was very convenient.

De bedden waren prima. De kamer was comfortable ingericht met leuke accessoires en prettig licht. De locatie was goed maar heel moeilijk te vinden. Halima(schoonmaakster) was een schatje. Die heeft ons heel veel tips gegeven. En ons naar de eigenaar gebracht die op een andere locatie een hotel runt. Het ontbijt was méér dan goed en genoeg.

De giga smalle trappen die niet vermeld staan. We hadden gevraagd om zo laag mogelijk maar we moesten 2écht smalle trappen op. De smalle badkamer was ook douche dus alles werd nat, ook het toilet als je stond te douchen. Dd douchestang kon je niet verstellen op hoogte.

Todo perfecto. Llegué al alojamiento con la moto sin problemas con la ayuda de Google. Al principio puedes pensar que la dirección está mal puesto que la calle es bastante estrecha y cuesta algo llegar. En el negocio a pie de calle junto al portal de entrada al edificio, rápidamente me atendió una chica muy simpática que regenta el local de abajo y que está aprendiendo idiomas desenvolviéndose muy bien en inglés a día de hoy. Se trata de un bloque completo típico marroquí que consta de 2 apartamentos, uno en la primera planta y otro en la segunda. En la última planta se encuentra la terraza (muy bonita) donde dan los desayunos. Mi habitación estaba en la segunda planta y constaba de 2 camas, una de matrimonio muy cómoda y una cama simple. Todo estaba perfectamente limpio y decorado con mucho gusto. El baño es algo pequeño pero más que suficiente para una noche. Como mi moto es muy ancha y la calle es muy estrecha, les pregunté por un parking seguro. El que ellos podían ofrecerme estaba algo lejos (a unos 2 km) pero me ofrecían llevarme y recogerme totalmente gratis. La moto quedó segura en una cochera cerrada y me volvieron a llevar al hotel en una scooter, la experiencia fue increíble. El desayuno era muy completo y estaba riquísimo, de los mejores de todo mi viaje a Marruecos. Sin duda volvería a quedarme en este alojamiento por la simpatía y humildad de sus propietarios, por la experiencia de vivir en un barrio auténticamente marroquí, por la decoración de la habitación, por el desayuno y por las soluciones que me buscaron para el parking.

No tengo nada negativo que decir.

Si trova proprio dietro la via principale quindi facile parcheggio ma silenzioso Una colazione strepitosa, la più abbondante e buona fino ad ora. C'era anche l'amlou La stanza era bella spaziosa e in bagno tutti i prodotti alla rosa.. buonissimi

L'ingresso è piccolissimo e le scale ripide, attenti alla testa agli alti!!! Seguendo il navigatore si finisce in vicoli strettissimi, meglio lasciare la macchina sulla via principale e arrivare a piedi

Das "Dar Mgouna Roses" hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Die Kommunikationhat hervorrgend geklappt, das Appartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet - ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten ins Rosental oder in die Dadesschlucht. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die umsichtige Betreuung durch Halima, die uns den Aufenthalt durch ihre stets freundliche Haltung und mit meheren köstlichen Frühstücken veredelt hat - Danke und 10 Punkte!

Das Appartement war sehr sauber und exclusiv eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war hervorragend.

Buena ubicación para visitar la zona, muy limpio, desayuno excelente, muy bonito. Es una casa con dos habitaciones y terraza. La anfitriona muy amable.

Super nice. Clean, modern and just renovated. Super breakfast as well on the roof terrace. Staff very friendly.

We arrived at night and the location seemed a bit dodgy, however in daylight, it was a very nice lively part of town.

El lavabo petitonet i no te una dutxa en si. Pero Amb el preu tampoc es pot demanar mes i tampoc es un gran problema

Alles sehr hübsch eingerichtet und neu. Frühstück wurde jeden morgen extra für uns gemacht und war reichhaltig. Die Preisgestaltung ist attraktiv. Günstiger Ausgangspunkt für einen Ausflug in das VALLEE DES ROSES.

Es ist wirklich sehr schwer zu finden und man kann nicht direkt mit dem Auto vor die Unterkunft fahren und parken kann etwas schwierig werden, wenn an der einen erlaubten Straßenseite alle Parkplätze belegt sind. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem sehr authentischen Wohnviertel, sofern das störend empfunden wurde. Während unseres Aufenthalts regnete es stark und kam zu Pfützenbildung auf dem Boden des Schlafzimmers unterhalb des (geschlossenen) Fensters und im wirklich sehr steilen Treppenhaus.

It is located in a quiet side alley. But due to its central location in a busy town, don't expect a quiet place.

Prachtig ingericht appartement!

Ich habe zwei Zimmer für fünf Personen gebucht. Nach Ankunft hat man uns mitgeteilt, das wir keine Zimmer bekommen ( nicht gebucht) . Trotzdem volle Preis abgebucht.

Super mooie kamers en schoon. Fijn verblijf met 2 kinderen gehad. Echt enorm gastvrij en attent.

Great location and very friendly welcome. They have a dedicated parking garage just for Motos. Could hold 4 big Motos no problem. Excellent place.

Residence Rosas ligt midden (in een zijstraatje) van het centrum. Vlak bij waar de gedeelde taxi's staan. Heel handig voor mij omdat ik daar mee reis, en daarmee ook een dagje naar Bou Tharar op en neer ben geweest. Ik had de kamer op de eerste verdieping. Eigenlijk bestond dit appartement qua indeling uit 3 kamers, die in elkaar overlopen. De middelste gedeelte is een zit-ruimte met kussens op de vloer. Heerlijk om te relaxen, en sfeer verlichting aan te doen. De vloer is van marmer en er liggen deels kleden op. Het voelt dus heel huizelijk en is ook modern. Ik was alleen en sliep dan ook in het één persoonsbed. Ik sliep daar ook, omdat het matras van het 2 persoonsmatras mij wat aan de stevige kant leek. Het nieuwe en mooie appartement steek een beetje af tegen de onmiddelijke omgeving, dat er toch armoediger uit ziet. Boven op het dak is een mooi terras waar Halima het ontbijt serveert. Zij werkt in het kledingsatelier rechts van de ingang. Bij haar moet je ook zijn voor de sleutel. Ondanks een zekere taalbarriere konden we elkaar toch goed genoeg begrijpen. Ze had ook een goede tip voor mij om 's avonds te eten.

In de prachtige badkamer is (zoals heel vaak in Marokko) de douche op een onlogische plek geplaatst, waardoor ik bang was dat het water de kamer in zou lopen. (wat niet gebeurde, maar toch.........)

Das kleine Hotel mitten in der Stadt ist ganz neu renoviert. Alles sehr geschmackvoll und funktionell. Das Frühstück konnten wir auf der hübschen Terrasse einnehmen. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Wir hatten einen extra Raum mit Sitzbereich. Was besonders praktisch war. Das Motorrad konnten wir in einer Garage einstellen. 2 bis 3 Motorräder haben dort Platz. Wäre auch für Fahrräder geeignet. Die Zufahrt ist über eine schmale Gasse. Die Gastgeberin war immer gut per WhatsApp erreichbar. Sie besitzt gleich nebenan die Schneiderei. Lage ist perfekt wenn man in das marokkanische Leben eintauchen möchte. Das Hotel können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

La chambre était propre , accueillante et agréable , Le petit déjeuner bon et copieux La dame qui nous a servi discrete et bienveillante .

La salle de bains de 2,5 m2 qui fait lavabo , douche et WC sans cloisonnement peu commode . L'absence de Wi-Fi tres utile pour les voyageurs , il y avait pourtant à proximité des routeurs plus efficaces reperes par notre equipement , pas de télévision beaucoup moins utile mais prévue dans la prestation , Le coût de la location qui en référence aux quelques dizaines de location que nous avons pratiquées , pour le meme niveau de prestation s'avere 30 à 40% supérieur. Pas de parking contrairement à ce qui est annoncé Des escaliers d'accès peu pratiques notamment dans la deuxième partie

Younes is very kind and the breakfast was the best we had in marokko! The location is great and we were really immersed in the city 😊. Only minor improvement for us would be a little softer bed but that is personal of course. 10/10 would recommend

The place exceeded our expectations in many ways. The host was very helpful and very friendly from the first moment. The location of the apartment is great and in quiet area. The apartment is big as same as in the pictures. New renovated apartment with modern and traditional elements. Everything was available and very clean. The apartment has two bedrooms and small very comfortable living room. The toiled very clean (towels, soap and hairdryer available). The breakfast served on the terrasse with nice view, the food was very delicious (one of the best we had during our stay in Morocco). The host did the design of apartment and he really paid attention to every single detail in order to make the stay comfortable and pleasant. Well done in may aspects. We highly recommend this apartment which will make your stay in Morocco even better.

To instal one big mirror in the master bedroom :).

Younes was a wonderful host, he met us on the street because the apartment is a bit hidden. Younes also served us mint tea and snacks upon arrival. The rooms were very nice and clean, it also has air conditioning, wifi... Breakfast was great on the terrace.

We traveled in March, so it was a bit cold, but you can warm yourself with the air conditioning (doesn't affect the quality). The bathroom is a bit unusual (it would be advisable to install some shower curtains, otherwise everything is wet, see pictures). Some shelves for cosmetics would also be welcome in the bathroom. Otherwise, everything is great.

I left as soon as I got there so couldn't tell.

It is not an apartment as advertised. It is a dark room with as many beds as possible squeezed in and a very small bathroom. No living room, no terrace, although this was featured in my booking confirmation. It is in a rough area of the town where I as a female solo traveller didn't feel safe. I left and stayed somewhere else. The host refused to refund my money although his description of the accommodation clearly didn't meet the reality. Avoid booking!

Extremely obliging and caring host.

Lovely room. Very clean. A nice interiour and a good location near all the shops and markets. Easy to go into rose valley, just keep following the road. The owner and his wife are very helpfull and hospitable. The breakfast was a very good variation on the moroccan breakfast. Everything fresh and tasty.

It was an absolutely fantastic stay and younas was a fantastic host who made a whole experience. Just seen this including breakfast in the morning which was made by his wife and was absolutely Divine. Would not hesitate to stay there again

Lovely large bright room. Easy to find. Everything worked, wifi good. Breakfast is the best we've had in Morocco. Yusef a perfect host, he helped us unload bags then find parking. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

The usual 'firm' Moroccan mattress, but lovely king bed with nice linen.

One of the best places I ever stayed! The rooms are super clean, comfortable, and very well decorated. Younes, the host is an amazing human. He offered to cook us dinner and we went with him to the market to pick up the ingredients and did a cooking class with him. We cooked tajine in the kitchen and had a lovely dinner at the terrace. Breakfast was also amazing - the best one in all of our trip in Morocco. If you ever decide to stay in this town, this is the place to be.

We had an amazing experience here, The hotel owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist us in any way possible. His kindness and willingness to help made our stay truly enjoyable. We stayed for two nights but wished we could have stayed longer. The breakfast provided was delicious, and we loved the warm welcome we received upon arrival. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kalaqat m Gaouna. Thanks for making our stay so memorable!
