Dirty place to stay Stuff don't know at all english for tourist they need one staff who should know basic english. Price changed when we checked in they said us to pay more.

The location is great, it’s not so crowded, pretty close to the subway station, the staff was very helpful, they always tried to find everything we needed and assisted us in our needs

Hotel was quite comfortable and staff were of great assistance even though they couldn't communicate in English

Friendly staff, they even help us with an extra adapter to charge our phones and batteries. They help us to move around with tips and recommendations.

Our room was a non smoker. However you can still breathe the smoke coming from other rooms, specially at night time.

My first time guanzhou, hotel room itself was better than I had hoped for. Access to metro, restaurants and shopping were just a few mins walk. Anyone coming to guanzhou, I highly recommend this hotel.

There was not breakfast, only a voucher for a coffee in a coffee place near by.

It’s clean spacious, the staff are very helpful . Convenient to find food around.

The location is not very accurate when booking didi. It’s seems the driver location is always further away .

Surprisingly none

The location is very good if you have to come for canton fair. And the area is very quiet and peaceful. The room was also very clean and spacious. Staff is also very corporative. Had a great time there. I would recommend it as it’s totally value for money.

I liked everything about it.

The staff and services were excellent. The hotel is located in a new developing area in Tianhe. But it is fairly cloae to a subway station. The property was very clean, modern and suitable for couples and family. Value for money is excellent. I have no problem recommending this hotel to tourists to Quangzhou.

It would be perfect if this w bedroom property has another bathroom or even an extra washroom.

Close to metro, food and shops are downstairs, super clean and comfortable, very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this place!

Regarding breakfast the arrangement was not good. You must consider English breakfast also. They arranged two outside places for BF. One is a Chinese restaurant and other one is a coffee shop. Chinese one is some what ok .

Room is big , with kitchen and washing-drying machine .Everyday cleaning is amasing. Easy access to metro. Mini market 24h under building. .

They give you a ticket optional chinese breakfast or coffee+cookie.. this breakfast is so simple and served in next restoueant and a cafe shop near to reseption. Nobody can speak simple English , workers can learn at least basic English. New are 6:45 you can hear construction october 2024.

Great view from the living room overlooking the canal and the river. Fully airconditioned and clutter free apartment. Simple and modern.

No Cooking utensils, absolutely none. No cutleries, absolutely no plates, spoons or fork. No microwave which was very inconveniencing. No kitchen towls, bin or drinking glasses.

The cost is very high, the supporting facilities are complete, the service staff is also polite, worth recommending

Cleanliness and good front desk service

Room booking was canceled without prior notice. Payment problems with non Chinese cards / Apple Pay etc Room keys does not work Bad ventilation at the floor/room/elevator lobby, too much smoking and bad odors and stinks..

- great locaiton, walking distance to metro station - staff was friendly and quick to respond - room was well equiped with a small kitchen and washing maching, room was also rather big

- the bathroom was very stinky (smelled like urine); I called the hotel to fix it, but it didn't help, could hardly stay at the room during the stay - the room floor was not very clean - a bit pricy

Staff service is really good, and respond fast to text. Room quite clean for the price giving

There’s people smoking in their room so the corridor has cigarette smell.. Location abit quite as there’s nothing much nearby, but can still travel around by train or taxi.
