Place was lovely and apartment was tops couldn't recommend it enough and owner Karl was a gentleman.

Le studio est situé à 40 mètres de la N4, une 4 voies, très fréquentée et bruyante. Impossible d'être au calme.

Communication with the host was excellent. The flat was clean, cozy, safe, private, quiet and comfortable. Prime location.

We were attending an event in the Mullingar Park Hotel. We paid €270 to stay in the hotel for one night. We then spent €230 to stay in the Studio apartment for 2 nights. The apartment was so cosy and it was a 4 min drive to the hotel. It was absolutely spotless with a lovely shower, very comfortable beds and a tv with Netflix. Lidl was only a 2 min drive down the road. Karl was very welcoming and had left some cans of Coke, bottles of water and milk in the fridge. I would definitely recommend staying in this apartment if you're in the Mullingar area.

Very friendly host, beautiful apartment, everything you could want great value for money.

Karl greeted us warmly. The apartment is fresh, new, and very comfortable. Coffee, tea, and cereal in the cupboard...milk in the fridge.

The place has a very good location, great value and is comfortable. Karl is very friendly and greeted us personally. The kitchenette has everything you need to prepare meals, plus it also has complimentary milk, butter, cereal, and water.

Schöne Unterkunft an vielbefahrener lauter Strasse etwas außerhalb des Stadtkerns. Alles da was es braucht, Bett, Sofa, Tisch, zwei Stühle und eine kleine Kuchenzeilemit Gasherd, Kühlschrank, Heißluftfrieuse... Auserdem.ein schönes Duschbad. Für ein zwei Nächte in.Ordnung

Dafür gibt's Punktabzug: Das angebotene (und im Preis inkludierte) Frühstück ist eine Frechheit: ein (1) eingeschweißtes Croissant pro Person, offene Butter und etwas Marmelade... Entschuldigung, dann lieber ohne Frühstück anbieten, dann ist man darauf eingestellt...

El sitio es espectacular, casa típica con mucho campo alrededor, está totalmente equipada horno microondas vitro....tele con Netflix y un frigo donde nos dejó agua mantequilla mermelada leche.... La bienvenida fue estupenda

This rental was bigger than the photos with lend you to imagine. It was quite secure and peaceful, very clean.

Great communication with host from date of booking to checking out. Beautiful clean apartment. Left lovely snacks ,milk, tea bags, coffee and all essentials in apartment for our stay. We asked if it was ok to take a child with us and he had bed made up and ready for all. Had a snack and drink for the child also. Everything you need is there. Kept in touch at all times to let us know if all was ok and fill us in on everything. Highly recommend.

Compact but uncluttered apartment. Cerael provided was fine for us but (warning to anyone allergice to nuts) - both options contained nuts. Handy to Mullingar. Lidl very nearby where we were able to get ready meals.

In case anyone staying is allergic to nuts it would have been better if there was a cerael option that was nut free. Could hear the traffic a bit while trying to sleep.

So clean , comfortable beds .. everything supplied toiletries etc and kitchen appliances .. lovely outside area .. great shower, privacy n security

Very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The kitchenette had everything needed to cook meals and breakfast

Way too many plugin air fresheners for such a small space and I needed to open the windows to air it out a little.

The studio was quite roomy, bed and shower were good. Plenty of kitchen ware, felt safe, cameras outside and security gate to enter, nice garden area. TV with Netflix.

There was a fair bit of traffic noise as the motorway is not far away. Took us a few minutes to figure the shower out - needed to switch on, labelling the switches would help. I couldn't see any fire alarms.

Great apartment — clean and cozy, with everything you need in the kitchen for cooking. Parking is available on site.

This place has everything you could need. It is very clean. We even had water and milk in the fridge and cereal in the cupboard when we arrived. The host is very friendly. Would reccommend to anyone. Sadly, we couldn't stay longer.

It's great little house with everything you may need, Karl was really nice and welcoming and we want to thank him for his accomodation.It's very well insulated house because we didn't use the heating for 2 days and night and it was still warm inside and car was frozen up yesterday morning. Also we want to thank Karl for milk, beer and soft drinks which we enjoyed 👌❤️

Beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Shower is great and the place is nicely spaced for work. I’d rather stay here than most hotels I’ve stayed in. It has everything you need. Very clean and smells amazing. The host is A1 very very nice Man. I highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely everything. The bed was comfy, the Tv had netflix on with the couch to sit and watch, and the host was wonderful.

It was lovely! The house is nice and cleaned also very comfortable, beautiful decoration, new utensils with everything we need ,cozy and warm. The house is private and Karl is very helpful. I highly recommend it. :)

No complaints!

I booked this trip for my sister, brother in law and 18-month-old nephew. My family would be nervous travellers, but Karl could not have been any more welcoming and assuring. He met us personally, gave us a tour and maintained great communication throughout. The accommodation was beautiful, spacious and immaculate with travel cot ready set up. I will definitely be prioritising using this accommodation again whenever I have family visiting. Thanks very much Karl Will, Eleanor, Brandon and Rupert

Hassle free stay was met by the owner Karl on arrival given keys and key fob great communication during booking to stay. The apartment was spotless, nice and warm Tea Coffee Milk etc all there for you walk in drop your bags, comfortable bed large Smart tv with good Wi-Fi. nice shower very comfortable stay and host was very friendly. 5 mins from Park Hotel, Lidl is only 2 mins away Thank you Karl .....

Exceptional place to stay, beautiful little studio apartment, very private, lots of parking space. Well equipped for all needs. Lovely little touches like tea/coffee/milk. Also breakfast cereal and bars. Spotlessly clean and the host Karl is an absolute gentleman, so helpful and obliging! Really enjoyed our stay, couldn't recommend it highly enough!!

Everything was just perfect. I enjoyed my comfortable stay. It was everything I wanted & much more. I would book again without the slightest hesitation. I highly recommend it. The host was friendly from the moment we arrived, everything in the apartment was immaculate, the beds were comfortable and the little touches like leaving us milk and a couple of cans of juice was lovely and very appreciated. We can't recommend this place highly enough and would definitely book again if we are back in the area

Nothing it was a perfect visit

Clean and nicely decorated studio on lovely grounds. The studio was well furnished and we felt at home. Karl was also very nice and welcoming even before I arrived there.

We set this as our base for two nights. We were traveling from Donegal for our son to compete at the All Ireland Athletics Championships in Tullamore. The place is in a great location and the facilities were perfect for us. The owner was more than helpful letting us charge our EV using the outside socket. We have booked to stay again for future competitions.

Great stay Karl couldn't made us feel more welcome 10/10

Lovely studio with everything you need. Milk and cereal, and water provided. Comfortable bed. The whole space was pretty clean. Nice to meet the host too for a change who explained everything you need to know about the property. There's a Lidl down the road which is quite convenient.

Maybe a mirror in the bathroom and a hairdryer? Although this is not criticism, because it really isn't that important.
