The property is 2 mins from beach Jackson is fab and so helpful and makes a great breakfast. He told us a route to get to munnar and it was perfect!!! The room was big and bathroom was great!! Lovely little patio area to sit outside the room There’s a bit of construction going on next door but please don’t let that put you off It was great!!

This place couldn't be better. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The location is peaceful yet really near to the beach. Jackson is just the perfect host and helps you with everything you need.

Jackson is the most wonderful host, making you feel this place is your home and he can't do enough for you there including organising trips and transport. I can definitely recommend the sunrise backwater canoe trip that he arranged for me, it's WOW! His breakfast is super delicious too! The rooms are super clean and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Just a few steps onto the glorious beach with pristine sand. Some nice beach cafes to choose from to eat, drink & watch the sun set over the sea. I cannot fault anything and will definitely be returning for sure.

Staying here was the best place during my three month india trip. Jackson is such a caring and hard working host to make you feel at home. He makes everything possible to enrich your stay here. He organizes beautiful kayak tours to watch the sunrise or sunset according to your wishes and even escorts you as a guide during this activity so that you feel like making a trip together with a very good friend. He provides wonderful short trips to experience the beautiful local community places like nice nearby churches and a hidden private temple that brings you very close to the kerala community making your stay an unforgettable experience. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything in a very interesting way.. If you need or wish anything, Jackson will do everything to make it possible. The location itself is amazing. Located directly at the Beach with very clean and nice rooms. Jackson provides a very nice breakfast according to your wishes. Jackson has decorated the common veranda very beautifully and I liked it very much that he attended the evenings chatting together about everything under the sun . If you want a place like home away from home with an extraordinarily caring host who gives you the option of making unforgettable memories close to the kerala community I highly recommend to come and stay here even for longer days.

Super accueil de Jackson dans sa maison. Il est ultra disponible. Sa maison est très bien placée, les pieds dans l'eau. Les chambres sont propres, les lits confortables. C'est simple mais parfait. Rapport qualité prix, on peut pas faire mieux.

Very close to the beach, nice terrace, lovable pups, good breakfast, very kind host (ask him about an extraordinary kayak excursion in the Alleppey backwaters). Highly recommended.

The check in and check out is flexible and the price we paid is reasonable.

The closet had leakage during each flush and the waste was flowing through the bathing floor. Hence we skipped the breakfast and tea as it spoiled our morning.

We absolutely loved our stay with Jackson. We were originally going to stay in Alleppey, but ended up booking Jackson’s place because of the great reviews. We had a lovely couple of days - he’s put so much care into the place and makes you feel instantly at home The room is super clean and the bed is very comfortable with great linens. We would recommend Jackson’s place to anyone, the hospitality is next to none and he is a lovely host to get to know!

Jackson is a very helpful and friendly host! Even offered to prepare a delicious lunch for us with fresh fish for a fair price. Few steps from the beach!

Jackson was an extremely helpful and welcoming host. He went out of his way to assist us with the best canoeing, backwaters trip, ayurvedic massage and booking our train tickets up north. We never would have been able to do this otherwise. His English was impeccable. The homestay was perfectly located practically on the most beautiful beach, with a great cafe next door. The rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. The traditional Keralan breakfast Jackson made was yummy. We wanted to stay an extra night it was so lovely, but unfortunately the rooms were booked out. Jackson found us another lovely homestay right next door. We would highly recommend Shoreline and would love to return. Marari ⛱️ ⛱️ 🏖️ is magic 🤩

Good size clean room,working A/C , good WiFi, very close to the beach,warm,helpful and friendly host ( and his sisters).One evening they made a tasty dinner for us( tuna in banana leave).Gave us an advise on where to eat,where to buy beer( even offered to buy it himself),etc. At the same time we had our privacy . Very pleased with the stay and highly recommend to others

A bit small room

Marari Beach wasn’t on our radar, we came more by accident than design. We will definitely return. Jackson is a total pro and you will feel completely at home. Just wonderful 😁

Everything! Location on the beach was perfect. The room was great, with a lot of extras. The outside sitting area has a table and comfortable furniture. There were restaurants close by. Our host Jackson was very kind and helpful. He even made us dinner one evening.

This is one of the best home stays we have stayed at in over a year and a half of traveling! Jackson and his 2 sisters are amazing. The place is super clean and the food they prepare is amazing! There’s a beautiful spot on the roof for doing your morning yoga with an ocean view! Only steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the area! Great little beach restaurants all with in walking distance! If your looking for the best place to stay in the area look no further, Jackson is the best and he will do whatever he can to make your stay more enjoyable ❤️ He booked our houseboat for our backwater trip as well! Great place to be at marari beach

Location within metres of the beach, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely room with small additional room. Choice of air con or fan. Varied breakfast.

Directly at the beach. The rooms are as pretty as you can see on the booking photos and are VERY VERY clean. With nice details in the decoration. Plus, he has an AC and hot water! And the breakfast is great. This is a home stay which warmed our heart. There are two accommodation in this property. So it’s very private. It is a family run home and from the second we arrived we felt like friends and very welcome - but had all the privacy we needed. Every one there took care of us in the loveliest way. And they were sooo helpful and friendly and respectful and made our stay so comfortable and easy. We stayed here for 3 nights and wanted to extend, but it was booked. But even when we checked out and went to another location Jackson greeted us every day and had a chat with us. I got sick on one day and they helped me with tea and medicine and kind words. I could go on and on about how lovely they are 😍 Thank you Jackson, you and your sisters are wonderful!

Property is located right on the beach, if you are looking for an affordable place, with beach access, away from crowds, this is it. Jackson is one of the best hosts, always helpful, made our stay memorable. Loved marari beach and the stay!!

Host behavior was very welcoming. Room and surroundings was clean. And host Mr. Jackson helped us with some information on how to explore the place.

The property has two double rooms surrounded by a veranda so we really had the place to ourselves. It was also on the beach and our host helped with anything he could.

This is such a special place that Jackson and his sisters have created with such love and care - the best homestay in our whole trip! Such a clean, spacious room with AC and fan; loads of seats to chill on and a hammock to enjoy your morning in. But Jackson and his sisters are the real gems here - they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and lovely. Such delicious food and masala chai each morning for breakfast. Recommending delicious restaurants nearby and sorting us out umbrellas for the day on the beach for a really reasonable price. Absolutely will be recommending to anybody who comes this way. Also, Marari beach is stunning, near deserted, and so clean. It was genuine paradise.

The host, Jackson is really helpful and very friendly! Helps you organise airport transfers, taxis and even backwater trips at good prices too. The location is excellent, right at the beach, and quiet, surrounded by nature. Swimming was nice and the beach is stunning. The room was really clean and nice too, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was also good. Really recommend this stay :)

Everything was about as good as can be. The host, Jackson, is a great guy that knows his business and takes great care of his guests. Additionally, he is giving out info on where to go, what restaurant is worthwile and when the trains are coming/going. It was a lovely stay!!!

I recently stayed at Shoreline Marari Beach Villa in Mararikulam, Alappuzha with my family, and it was fantastic! This charming home stay is beautifully maintained and offers an intimate, peaceful stay just about 70 meters away from the beach. The location is perfect, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The host was amazing—friendly and always available and attentive throughout our stay, making sure we felt safe and well taken care of. Their excellent hospitality made our stay really special and memorable.Highly recommend for a serene budget friendly beachside escape with friends or family!!

Great location, a 1 minute walk to a quiet beach. Quite clean, had all needed amenities and Jackson was helpful is answering any and all questions.
