Staff was nice. Rooms were spacious.

Towels were given only after request. Received towels with stains which were replaced after complaint. Morning there wasn't water coming in bathroom. Had to call for that. Only one dining table for all guests. No tissues in room. Cheap toiletries.

We did not like breakfast.

The room was nice and very close to the beach. Marco Polo was incredibly nice and welcoming, surely one of the best we met along the way. Breakfast delicious and freshly made.

The bathroom was poor and badly cleaned. No hot water The two small buildings where the rooms are located are very simple, missing a bit of character like for example the Ayurvedic Centre.

We had a wonderful stay at Paradise Marari Resort. Marco Polo, his brother, and the entire staff made us feel truly welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with good internet and a smart TV. Breakfast was always delicious, and the staff guided us to great local restaurants and arranged an unforgettable backwater tour. Clothes were returned immaculately washed, which added to the ease of our experience. Everyone was polite and attentive, ensuring our needs were met. Our experience at Prana Ayurvedic Spa and Wellness Center was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and guided with care and professionalism by Vishnu, the Operations Manager, and his dedicated team. Their support and attention made our visit seamless and deeply enriching. The spa itself is immaculate, thoughtfully maintained, and uses only authentic Ayurvedic products, which added to the sense of trust and quality. Every treatment was carried out with expertise, reflecting the center’s commitment to genuine wellness practices. We left feeling completely satisfied, rejuvenated, and grateful for the outstanding hospitality. The combination of a serene environment, professional staff, and authentic therapies made this a memorable and revitalizing experience. While our stay was excellent, a few small adjustments could make the guest experience even better: - Ensuring an additional bed is a proper bed rather than just a mattress. - Fixing the shower to maintain a consistent desired temperature. - Offering a wider variety of breakfast options to cater to diverse preferences.

El establecimiento es nuevo y se nota en que todo está limpio. Llegamos aquí huyendo de un Home Stay cercano y la claridad y limpieza nos alegró el día y la noche. Absolutamente destacable la actitud del muchacho anfitrión que se hace llamar Marco Polo (seguramente no sea su nombre pero le encaja perfectamente). Alegre, servicial y nada intrusivo. Te llevan la cena y el desayuno a la habitación. Un 10 para él y para sus compañeros. Dentro del complejo hay una zona de Ayurveda donde nos dimos un masaje genial.

Todavía no se nota porque tiene solo un año, pero parece que el clima de la zona castiga muebles, pintura, etc... Tendrán que empezar a invertir en mantenimiento si quieren conservar es status que nosotros vimos.

• Sheets were quite thin (I actually managed to rip one), so the bedding could be improved • Bed was on the softer side, which might not suit everyone • Renovation work means there may be some minor noise or unfinished areas around the property • Pool not available yet — still under constructio

We really enjoyed our stay with Marco Polo who took so much care of us, e.g. provided us soy milk as one of us is vegan. We had everything to ourselves which was quite nice as well. We liked our rooms and especially the perfectly hot shower. The breakfast we also want to recommend, it is fresh, clean and home made.

The resort is about 25 minutes away from Alleppey which is the most interesting place in the area as there are many good food options.

The property is amazing. The staff is very hospitable and helpful. They will go out of their way to help you and available at all times. Its very close to the beach so makes it perfect location wise. Very spacious and beautiful rooms as well. 10/10 would come back!

The rooms were very big and comfortable. But most of all the staff is super friendly and helpful, and in general just very accommodating and flexible - for example card payment has a 3.5% charge and while we didnt have enough cash on the first day they were happy for us to pay later so we can go and get cash in town, and on the last day we were able to check out only at 4pm with no extra charge. Marco Polo is easily reachable and very responsive via whatsapp, and helped us organise a boat tour and gave us contacts for our transfer back to Kochi.

The location is a 20-25min drive from Alleppey town centre, with not many restaurants nearby, but it wasn't really a big problem for us as the hotel helps you organise a rickshaw to town easily (~500-600 rupees one way) or uber is easily accessible as well (sometimes may be even cheaper than a rickshaw) and food can be delivered easily through the Swiggy app

Marco Polo the Receptionist Was smiling all the time and it really felt like you are a guest in their house. Felt very local and nice. Breakfast Was also good and been brought to your house. Really fantastic stay!

Location right on the road. Although they have only 4 rooms but rooms are big. Very helpful & courteous staff. Authentic spa service also available at the property.

Food options are limited but since it is a small property, it’s ok.

Breakfast was AMAZING!!! Food was so good made on the spot by Laila who makes every dish with care. We also ate lunch and dinner at the location many times. (as long as you plan ahead with the staff they can accommodate other meals outside of breakfast) additional price for these meals was very reasonable. Marco Polo was super helpful at helping arrange anything we needed as well as recommending anything we needed. Jithu also was always available and ready to help. The ayurvedic massages and treatments were amazing and both practitioners were professional and readily available to perform services and answer questions.

Our experience as extended family of 9 was great and there was not anything we would improve.

This was A 5*experience from the moment we arrived to the time we left. The staff were outstanding especially Marco who provided an excellent service with a smile at all times. The chef catered for all our needs and she prepared new local dishes everyday. The team were outstanding and we are very grateful for all their assistance.

I travelled with my family for vacation and had a great time in Paradise Marari Boutique resort. The staff, especially Jithu and Marko are very humble and provided excellent service! They proactively helped in making arrangements for celebrating our parents' marriage anniversary. The Shikara ride they suggested was nice experience. We also liked the homely cooked food made by Laila. Great job guys!

Location and cleaniness

From the welcome to assisting us with an additional bed, and towels. The food was amazing. The staff were awesome. Especially MarcoPolo, he is brilliant with people and very helpful. We also had some Ayurvedic treatments done. It was amazing. A definite must when you are in Alleppey.

Comfortable hotel with kind and attentive staff who helped me organise interesting activities in the area, even helping me find a scenic way of travelling to my next destination. If you are a foodie the local cuisine here is the best i have had in india.

The location is wonderful being very close to the beach. The staff is super friendly and courteous and they actually made my stay very comfortable and one to remember. The in house food quality is super with a perfect taste of the local cuisine.

Pleasant, big rooms, availability of staff

1- It was difficult to find the so called Resort during night, as there was no light outside to illuminate the board. 2- Kitchen was not functional, we reached at about 1840 hrs, but couldn't get tea or food. For that, we had to go outside to some restaurant. 3- AC of Room was found too old, and regulator of Fan was also not functioning properly.

Every thing was great

Our stay at the resort was truly wonderful and peaceful, set in an ideal location. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the latest amenities, exuding a sense of luxury. My daughter loved the loaded TV entertainment. Vishnu, who assisted us during our stay, was excellent and always attended to our requests with a smile. Overall, our stay was excellent, and we will return if we have the chance.

I feel all aspects were taken care of so there was nothing to dislike.
