La climatisation n’était pas au rendez-vous, une douche sur les deux n’était pas conforme au niveau du débit d’eau froide. La vaisselle , il manquait beaucoup d’ustensiles, et faudrait changer la marmite et la poêle car ça laisse à désirer ! Étant une famille avec 4 enfants nous avons du acheter notre propre vaisselle afin de cuisiner convenablement.

Excellent séjour ! Mme Koutar est ponctuelle, chaleureuse et très professionnelle. Appartement et piscine très propres. Le maître nageur est également très sympathique. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Нам с семьёй всё очень понравилось, квартира большая просторная, кондиционеры работали очень хорошо. На улице было жарко но у нас в квартире было хорошо прохладно. Бассейн тоже был открыт и мы ходили купаться, там тоже было хорошо отдыхать. Рядом с домом есть кафе и рестораны и магазины. Нам в Марракеше очень понравилось, новая страна другая культура. Мы были тут с семьёй первый раз. Хозяйка квартиры тоже нам всегда помогала,чтобы нам было комфортно. Будем рекомендовать эту квартиру нашим друзьям, кто захочет поехать в Марракеш. Всё было очень хорошо!!!

La instalaciones estupenda para los niños las piscinas todo muy limpio kaoutar siempre atenta y muy amable y el hogar con todo lo necesario y comodo volveremos seguro.

Host is uiterst vriendelijk en reageert snel. Het appartement is ruim en van alle gemak voorzien. Schoon en hygiënisch. Rustige appartementencomplex en in een gunstige wijk gelegen. Voortreffelijke ervaring en komen graag nog een keer terug.

Die Gastgeberin hat sich um die Bequemlichkeit der Gäste sehr gekümmert.

Appartamento bellissimo in zona tranquilla ma anche super servita molto comodo e carino camere larghe la cucina è molto bella ampia e ha tutto di cui si ha bisogno . La proprietaria è fantastica ci ha capito che eravamo con un bambino piccolo e ha fatto il possibile per farci il check in prima del previsto,per non parlare che essendo di mattina il volo ci ha dato un passaggio fino all’aeroporto vedendo ci con il bambino molto gentile e simpatica. Sicuramente ci torneremo in questo appartamento ❤️

Nowoczesne mieszkanie w zespole zabudowy z własnym basenem na dziedzińcu. Zamykane wejścia do budynku i winda ułatwiająca dostęp na kondygnację mieszkania. Mieszkanie z dwoma pokojami, dwoma łazienkami, dużą i widną kuchnią oraz balkonem wychodzącym na wewnętrzny (spokojny) dziedziniec. W sąsiedztwie sklepy i restauracje, niedaleko na przystanek autobusowy. Cicho i spokojnie (nie słychać gwarnej ulicy) - mimo tego, że mieszkanie należy do dużego kwartału zabudowy. Mieszkanie wyposażone w klimatyzację, którą też można wykorzystać do grzania w chłodniejsze noce. Bardzo miła właścicielka mieszkania, z którą jest dobry kontakt zarówno po angielsku, jak i oczywiście po francusku.

Na dłuższy pobyt może być trochę uciążliwe mycie naczyń bez zmywarki. Kuchnia jest na tyle duża, że można spróbować gdzieś ją zamontować. Reszta super :-)

Appartement de bonne taille, lits confortables, linge de maison propre et en bon état. Quartier très vivant. Tous commerces à disposition. Un wifi efficient. Un accueil très sympa et des informations utiles sur le quartier.

La configuration du parking ne nous plaisait pas mais nous avons pu facilement nous garer dans la rue. Présence d’un gardien très serviable. Par ailleurs, ce serait bien ajouter des lampes de chevet.

Appartement dans un quartier vivant mais pas bondé, avec toutes commodités. Appartement dans résidence très bien entretenue, avec piscine. Appartement très fonctionnel et propre, bien agencé, avec 2 salles de bains et toilettes. L'hôte est une perle : aimable et disponible en toutes circonstances, un énorme merci à elle pour sa présence tout au long de notre séjour, une hôte digne de ce nom 😍

Un lugar tranquilo , comodo. Totalmente equipado con cocina grande . Y tiene muchisimas tiendas a su alrededor donde puedes comprar comida, o lo que necesites.

El alojamiento esta estupendo, la unica pega que esta lejos de la medina, aunque la dueña te ayuda en todo momento para que tu estancia sea lo mas comoda posible .

Sem dúvida que o melhor deste alojamento é o seu anfitrião. Fomos super bem recebidos, embora já tarde (eram 23h) a anfitriã recebeu-nos super bem, educada e cheia de dicas para nos fazer ter a melhor experiência possível. Esteve sempre disponível para tudo e permitiu-nos ficar no alojamento até às 18h porque o nosso voo de regresso era só à noite. Super recomendo. Se voltar a marraquexe é aqui que volto a ficar…

Só o facto da piscina encerrar às segundas, mas isso não é culpa do alojamento.

Es war alles Super. Das Appartement war Top. Die Umgebung ist Top. Der Pool war Super Super gut,die Kinder und wir haben eine schöne Zeit gehabt. Ein großes Lob und Dankeschön an die Vermieterin. Sie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit wenn man fragen oder hilfe braucht. Wir werden wieder kommen.

This is my honest review and has the potential of getting a 9 or even a 10 rating which I will explain in the bad points. The host was very good, infact she was almost excellent. She was there to greet us, answered all the questions. There were some issues i.e broken chair which she replaced quickly. Location was excellent and the apartment was a good size. Swimming pool was big too.

The AC wasn't working from the very first day. The property is advertised with AC, the reason why we booked this apartment due to the warm/hot climates in Morocco. We wasn't happy about that, so told the host about this. She responded promptly and arranged a technician to visit. She came along with the technician, but he couldn't fix it. Then, when I asked when this was likely to get fixed, the host initially said a few days. After querying this further, she changed her reply, saying that the AC would not be fixed during our 8 night stay as we couldn't be in the apartment when they came to fix it. Obviously, we weren't happy about this, so I asked for fans to be provided at least as it was hot in the apartment. She just replied saying "sorry there are no fans in the residence". I have paid all this money for this stay and you can't even provide us with fans at least?? I was back and forth with her asking for fans, but she kept saying no fans in the residence. It's only when I mentioned that there are flies in the apartment that were attacking during the night, that she took action and provided 2 fans. I mean, firstly, it's the hosts fault for not checking the AC is not working, she should have checked this beforehand. Secondly I shouldn't have to keep asking for fans as this should have been provided anyways after realising the AC isn't working. If I knew beforehand the AC wasn't working, I would have stayed elsewhere!!! Another thing was the WiFi had stopped working just over mid way during our stay. She replaced the hub with another one, which was nice of her to do so, but that hardly worked as the connection was very poor. As mentioned before, this could have been a 9 or 10 rating, but the AC not working at all and the host reluctant to provide us with fans has dropped the rating for me. Also, the poor WiFi connection near the end in consideration reflects on the ratings.

What an amazing host, she could not help us enough! Our trip to Marrakech would not have been as enjoyable if we didn't book this property and have this wonderful host! Excellent location around 10 minutes from the medina and other places, great size apartment, very clean too and she even left a puzzle for our daughter to play with while she was there. I cannot thank you enough for all your help! Highly recommend booking here!!

Very nice and friendly owner who helped us to have a wonderful stay in Marrakech - good communication. Spacious apartment with wellworking kitchen and two bathrooms. Peaceful house and surroundings. Shops and restaurants around the corner. We would definetly return to this apartment.

The apartment was amazing!! Very clean and close to everything, the public transport was also very close to the apartment making everything easily accessible. Theres many resturants, shops and supermarkets nearby. The owner of the apartment was very accommodating, whenever we needed help with anything we gave her a rang and she would come straight away. I really reccommend this apartment for anyone visting marrakkesh, youll truly enjoy the experience

A bit far from the town but its worth it.

Very nice host, she lives nearby and if you need anything she takes care of you. Very clean, big apartment, with a nice pool and an elevator, comfortable beds, nice kitchen with tools, plates, and pots for cooking. Quiet and nice neighborhood with a supermarket and coffee shops nearby, and very close to the center, about 5 minutes.(3 km) We would come back anytime. Thank you,we enjoyed our 3 nights.
