Reviewed Sep 14, 2026The overall experience was disappointing. The staff were not very helpful or welcoming, and the room was not cleaned properly during our stay. Unfortunately, the service did not meet our expectations.”
We did not like the toilets or the shower. They were completely different from what was shown in the pictures when we booked. The room we were given was also different from the pictures, and the cleanliness was not up to a good standard.”

Reviewed May 17, 2026I only rated 4 out of 5 because of the noise coming from the road out front this is nothing to do with the hotel I understand but I'm just being honest because of you put the hotel in a different place I would rate 5 . The hotel is very nice some parts are a little bit tired but that doesn't deter me on any level . The room is clean and the shower is brill . The cleaner came in every day and changed our towels and made the bed she was lovely and friendly even tho she didn't speak English this did not matter . The people on the main desk were very nice and polite, the communal areas were lovely and clean and we seen the cleaner using bleach around which made the whole place smell lovely . The pool area was nice we sat out there a few times and chilled on the loungers it's a right sun trap in the afternoon . The breakfast was a cold buffet but there is a grill to do toast and pancakes and other things . The pancakes are lovely . All in all don't believe all the reviews about this place come find out for yourself a true piece of Marrakech. It's close to the main shopping areas which is a bonus.
