We have visited and stayed in many luxury hotels and resorts around the world, but this resort is simply in a class of its own. The hotel room was outstanding beautifully designed, spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. All of the restaurants were exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious food, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere. Every dining experience exceeded our expectations. Having traveled extensively and experienced some of the world’s most renowned hotels, we can honestly say that this resort is the most beautiful hotel we have ever visited. There is truly nothing we can compare it to anywhere else in the world. The attention to detail, breathtaking surroundings, outstanding facilities, and warm hospitality make it a unique and unforgettable destination. We highly recommend this resort and look forward to returning again soon.

Tout était parfait du kids club, aux restaurants, aux activités nautiques et surtout un personnel exceptionnel.

Rarement, était conquis par un hotel comme cela est pourtant je trouve toujours quelque chose à redire. Le service, le personnel, les chambres, les attentions, le Spa incroyable, la piscine chauffée, et les 3 restaurants supervisés par 3 chefs étoilées 3 étoiles, incroyable.

Rien à part de n'être resté une nuit de plus, et la proximité de la route.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! First time ever that I have nothing to say but it’s true. The only missing thing is a tennis court but they still have a paddle court…

My stay at Royal Mansour Tamuda Bay in Tetouan was truly exceptional and easily ranks among the best hotel experiences I have had. From the moment of arrival, the level of service was outstanding—attentive, discreet, and consistently thoughtful in every interaction. The staff’s commitment to excellence is evident throughout the property and greatly enhances the overall experience. The interior design is another highlight. Elegant, refined, and beautifully curated, every space reflects a strong sense of identity and craftsmanship. The villas, common areas, and landscaping all contribute to an atmosphere of understated luxury. The spa in particular, deserves special recognition; it is world-class in both design and treatment quality, offering a deeply relaxing and memorable experience. If I were to offer constructive feedback, it would relate to the international dining options. While the quality of food is good, the variety and execution of international cuisine could be elevated to better match the hotel’s otherwise exceptional standards. Additionally, the in-villa dining menu felt somewhat limited and could benefit from a broader and more refined selection. I am unsure whether this is a seasonal consideration or consistent throughout the year, but it is an area with clear potential for enhancement. Overall, I would highly recommend Royal Mansour Tamuda Bay to travelers seeking an uncompromising luxury experience defined by elegance and privacy.

All accommodation and leisure facilities were excellent.

There were unfortunately two issues i had 1. The booking was through Booking .com but the actual check in /booking process, is the hotels own which it adopted. The incentive of Booking.com is lost as i could have used the Royal Mansour online website. It would have been a more smoother checkin knowing all financial matters have already been addressed. 2.Readily available and with clearer certainty, that the food is oriented towards a Halal palate in the restaurants would be a great thing for all muslim guests ( i guess). I do not wish to delve any further .

Emplacement front de mer, qualité du service, aménagement des villas. Le choix du mobilier des villas et des restaurants est superbe.

Le personnel était exceptionnel !!! La propreté et le confort sont indiscutables.

Le tout était exceptionnel juste revoir le prix en basse saison comme ça vous allez donner la chance a d’autres clients de tester et de profiter de ce produit hors pair !!! Je comprends la stratégie de sélection par le prix mais il faut voir ce qui se passe en Asie dans des établissements pareils en basse saison.

Un séjour tout simplement parfait ! L'hôtel frôle la perfection à tous les niveaux : un service irréprochable, toujours aux petits soins, avec une équipe attentionnée et chaleureuse. Le spa est un vrai havre de paix, idéal pour une déconnexion totale. La plage est magnifique, propre et paisible, un vrai plaisir. Les restaurants sont excellents, avec des plats raffinés et variés. Rien à redire : tout était parfait, du début à la fin. Une expérience inoubliable, que je recommande les yeux fermés ! Merci à El yazid, Khadija, Andy et sa collègue et le coach Lotfi !!
