Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Absolutely Perfect Stay!We spent a few nights at this wonderful home and cannot recommend it enough. From the moment we walked in, the house felt incredibly inviting. We absolutely loved the Moroccan decoration blended with beautiful modern touches.The entire place was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was also ideal—peaceful and perfectly situated so that it was not too close to the beach, but not too far either.The host was fantastic—very responsive, approachable, and made sure we had a seamless experience from start to finish. The person guarding the building was truly a pleasure to be around. He was so nice and explained how the elevator and doors worked and whatever we needed, he was always around with a beautiful smile on his face. It was a pleasure talking to you Mustapha. The man that is also helping with the parking spots was amazing as well. I can’t thank them enough! If you are looking for a flawless and relaxing place to stay, this is it. We would definitely love to come back! My daughter loved it so much well truly considered extending our stay.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026Klimatyczne i przestronne mieszkanie. Można się w nim czuć swobodnie i komfortowo. Bardzo dobrze wyposażone i przygotowane na minimum kilkudniową rezerwację. Znajdowało się tam kompletnie wszystko co potrzebne, począwszy od sprzętów kuchennych po pralkę. Spędziłem tam fajny czas i zdecydowanie było to najlepsze mieszkanie jakie udało mi się wynająć podczas tygodniowej podróży po Maroko - szkoda, że tylko 2 noce były dostępne. Jeśli chodzi o lokalizację to znajduje się w lokalnej strefie. Jest cicho, spokojnie i można się czuć bezpiecznie. Do nabrzeża ok 25 min spacer. W niedalekiej okolicy znajduje targowisko, małe lokalne sklepiki i restauracje. Z racji pobytu poza sezonem turystycznym i w trakcie ramadanu niestety część restauracji była zamknięta.

Reviewed Feb 25, 2026Superbe appartement, décoré avec soin et parfaitement équipé. Juste un peu isolé et emplacement moins "vivant" que dans d'autres quartiers. Toutefois, situé à 10mn à pieds du souk El Had et taxis rapidement accessibles pour se déplacer ailleurs très facilement. Communication au top avec Hanane, toujours disponible par message. Merci encore d'avoir contribué aux bons souvenirs de notre séjour 😊

Dalla cucina completamente attrezzata alla comoda camera da letto, ogni dettaglio è curato nel minimi dettagli.La padrona di casa è sempre stata disponibile per qualsiasi informazione.Consiglio vivamente!

Reviewed Nov 17, 2025The place was very well decorated and maintained. Gives a Moroccan feel in a modern apartment. Is pretty close to the Souk El-Had. Price was reasonable.
The location is close to the Souk El-Had, but it is far away from the beach, it could be a good 30 minutes walk. The walls are not sound proof, so you can hear people from the lobby or from the neighbour houses. However, the apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood.

Reviewed Nov 6, 2025Appartement spacieux, calme, très propre, matelas ferme ,décoration raffinée. Mieux que sur les photos .Très bien équipé. Il y a un ascenseur, très pratique. Dans la résidence il y a des gardiens jour et nuit qui sont d'une grande gentillesse . Nous avons pu garer notre voiture devant l'appartement sans problème pendant 2 jours . Notre hôte répond aux messages très rapidement ce qui est agréable . L'appartement est excentré du centre c'était notre choix pour être sûr que notre voiture soit garer et surveiller en bas de notre appartement. En plus prendre un taxis pour aller au centre coûte vraiment pas cher 3 euros .

Reviewed Nov 4, 2025Het appartement is schoon, rustig, leuk ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De ligging is centraal en op loopafstand van Souk el Had. De eigenaresse en de portiers zijn erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ik beveel dit appartement van harte aan!

Reviewed Oct 26, 2025Appartement propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Logement confortable, très bien équipé, tout est mis en oeuvre pour qu'on s'y sente bien. Résidence sécurisée et bien située par rapport aux points stratégiques de la ville. Hôte réactive et arrangeante, je recommande vivement! Nous reviendrons !
Il y a une odeur des canalisations dans l'appartement. Elle disparaît avec une bonne aération.

It’s spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated with authentic Moroccan touches that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Everything you need is provided, from kitchen appliances and cutlery to blankets, towels, books, and playing cards... The owner is easily reachable and responds quickly to any queries, which made our stay even smoother. The building’s watchmen are courteous and helpful, and there was always parking available right outside. We stayed here as a family with children and had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Agadir!

The only thing I would have liked would have been firm pillows. This is not a criticism but something that may be considered for next time.
