Хорошая квартира в пяти минутах ходьбы от пляжа. Есть все необходимое для проживания, большая площадь квартиры, очень уютно. Хозяин разрешил ранений заезд. Рекомендую данное жилье для проживания.

Někdy bylo slyšet kroky a hýbání židlí a čerpadlo v apartmánu nad stopem ale nebylo to nijak výrazně.

Два потужні кондиціонери. Пральна машина. Дозволили завезти речі зранку. Поруч магазин і зупинка автобуса. Велика обідня зона, можна вечеряти на балконі. Добре обладнана кухня.

Direkt bei Ankunft ist uns ein beißender Geruch aufgefallen, in der ganzen Wohnung stank es nach Urin/Kanal. Geputzt war (wenn überhaupt) nur sehr oberflächlich. Fußabdrücke am Boden, dreckige Küche, dreckige Tische, dreckige Betten… Am Boden in einem der Schlafzimmer lag eine tote Kakerlake. Vor der Wohnungstür tropfte Wasser aus einer Stromleitung herunter. Wir haben hier 5 Nächte gebucht, aber keine einzige Nacht geschlafen! Der Besitzer sagte uns zwar zu, uns einen Teil der Kosten zu ersetzen, bis heute habe ich aber nichts zurückbekommen.

Logement spacieux, propre, lumineux, meubles neufs et déco modernes. Bien équipé. Bel emplacement. Terrasse sympathique. Litterie confortable. Lave-linge très pratique. 2 WC. Climatisation dans les deux chambres et ventilateur dans le séjour

Communication compliquée avec l'hôte. Ne répond pas aux messages via la messagerie booking.com, j'ai dû le contacter via WhatsApp. Instructions fournies tardivement quant au Wi-Fi et eau chaude (envoyée après notre arrivée, le soir alors qu'on était supposés les avoir avant, justement pour activer le Wi-Fi). Clé laissée dans une boîte à l'extérieur de l'appartement. Attention pour accéder à la résidence, il y a un code à composer de l'extérieur, or l'appareil est caché dans une niche avec couvercle, difficile à trouver car non indiqué par l'hôte. Bref, un vrai soucis de communication et de réactivité. L'appartement n'est en principe disponible qu'à partir de 15h, ce qui vous fait quasiment perdre la première journée. On a demandé s'il était possible d'arriver plus tôt, on ne nous a répondu que le matin même de notre arrivée, trop tard donc pour s'organiser avec notre chauffeur. Je n'y retournerai pas.

La gentillesse de l'hôte. L'emplacement est parfait. C'est très calme, la résidence est sécurisée avec gardien et parking privé. C'est très spacieux. L'appartement est très propre, et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La cuisine est tres bien équipée.

Rien ne me vient en tête. J'ai tout apprécié ! Je pense même que l'hôte devrait augmenter le prix vu la prestation. La cabine de douche est peut être un peu étroite pour les personnes de forte corpulence.

El apartamento está muy nuevo, el salón cocina es muy amplio y estaba muy limpio. Te encuentras a gusto en él.

El centro de Flic en Flac está lejos para ir andando. No nos dieron las claves para entrar hasta el mismo día, tras pedírselo al dueño a media mañana cuando tenía wifi en nuestra visita de Port Louis. Iría mejor que las diera el día de antes para verlas con el wifi del apartamento del día anterior. Había un aircon y una bombilla sin funcionar, aunque no afectaron a la estancia. En la cocina faltan platos hondos. Encontramos algo de café, pero el recipiente del azúcar estaba vacío.

I loved that the apartment was closed complex with gates, it was close to ocean, shop was in the same building and the apartment was big and nice. The host was really helpful and responsive. Water pressure was also ok. We can only recommend.

Our host Visham was always available and incredibly helpful. Sent us clear instructions. Our apartment was very comfortable, light and airy spacious with pretty much everything you needed. Lovely large beds and two fabulous sofas. We felt very much at home. There is ample car parking within the gated and security guarded premises. A back gate allows you easy access to the supermarkets beside it and then you cross the road and walk 100mtrs to the beach. What more could you want. Everything on your doorstop. Buses run regularly if you don't have a car but the restaurants are within easy walking distance. We met some of the permanent residents who were friendly and helpful. I even made friends with the cats. Felt so much like home and we sat on the balcony in the evenings watching the fox-eared bats flapping about. Lots of colourful little birds visited us too. I would certainly recommend this apartment.

We had pretty much everything we needed for self-catering. I think a few small pots and cooking bowls would be useful, but honestly, we had no issues. A really efficient oven.

Very close to the beach + instant reply from the owner + I could wash my clothes, ideal for a family of 3-4.

We had water pressure issues in the house when we were there, but the owner came and an electrician tried to fix it.

Bathroom was a bit small and at times water pressure was not good.

I usually don’t write feedback because it’s often subjective—everyone has different standards and expectations. However, since we were the first guests to stay at Visham’s property, I feel it’s my responsibility to share an honest review. From the very beginning, communication was smooth and straightforward. Arranging our arrival and timings was hassle-free. Visham even offered an airport pick-up service, but since we had rented a car, we didn’t require it. The property was easy to locate using Google Maps. The property itself is behind secure fencing, with safe parking available. It’s situated on the first floor and has recently been decorated in bright, pastel tones, giving it a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. All the equipment is brand new, and the apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need for a holiday—whether you prefer self-catering, dining out, or enjoying meals on the terrace or indoors. The rooms are spacious, with efficient air conditioning in the bedrooms. The living room is also of a good size, featuring a ceiling fan and a large balcony. There’s a big dining table for meals or gatherings. The air conditioning in the bedroom is powerful enough to cool the entire apartment if needed. The location is fantastic—just a two-minute walk to the beach, with a separate second access gate for convenience. Additionally, there’s a small supermarket and a massage studio located at the front of the building. These amenities don’t interfere with your stay, but they’re handy to have nearby. I highly recommend Visham as a host. He’s approachable, honest, and always ready to help. If you’re looking for a stress-free and enjoyable holiday experience, this is the place to be.
