Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders schön war das Frühstück auf der Terrasse. Die zentrale Lage des Riads war ebenfalls praktisch. Positiv fanden wir außerdem, dass wir unser Gepäck am letzten Tag noch bis in die Nacht dort aufbewahren durften.
Leider gab es viele negative Punkte. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, alt und schlecht belüftet. An den Wänden war Schimmel und es hat unangenehm gerochen. Es gab kaum Platz für Gepäck und Kleidung. Die Klimaanlage schaltete sich ständig von selbst aus. Aus der Dusche kam nur sehr wenig Wasser, sodass vernünftiges Duschen kaum möglich war. Für eine Flasche Wasser wurde zusätzlich Geld verlangt. Unser Pech bzw. Zufall war außerdem, dass es gleich am ersten Tag zu einem Wasserschaden kam. Dafür kann das Personal natürlich nichts. Allerdings mussten wir deshalb für einige Stunden unser Zimmer räumen, was für uns ebenfalls sehr unangenehm war. Auch die Preise für zusätzliche Leistungen fanden wir deutlich zu hoch. Für einen Ausflug nach Agafay wurde uns bereits vor der Anreise ein unserer Meinung nach überhöhter Preis genannt. Auch der angebotene Preis für das Taxi bei der Abreise war sehr hoch. Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns enttäuschend.

As condiçoes com 3 camas, pouco espaço, não parecia muito limpo e com o AC não era muito forte, e com o calor a WC cheirava mal

Obsługa wyjątkowa - zwłaszcza młody człowiek (przepraszam Cię przyjacielu - zapomniałem imienia), który zerwał się przed 6 rano, żeby przygotować nam śniadanie przed wylotem. To się nazywa gościnność! For the price, there's nothing to complain about. Everything worked, I could sleep in. I wasn't expecting Ritz-style accommodations, so I'm happy. The service was exceptional – especially the young man (sorry, friend – I forgot your name) who got up before 6 a.m. to prepare us breakfast before our flight. Now that's hospitality!

La chambre pour 3 est très confortable, La rue peu s’avérer bruyante en journée mais nous avons connu aucune nuisance sonore à la nuit tombée. Ayoub est au petit soin, souriant et toujours prêt à aider. Le petit déjeuner au rooftop est très appréciable ! Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour

İçerisi çok güzel biz alt katta kaldık oda güzel klima var bu çok önemli çünkü riadlar çok ısınıyor. Banyo konusu da bir çok riadda kaldım genelde aynı küçük bir pencere havalandırması var duş konusunda hiçbir problem olmadı daha önceki yorumları okudum bizde sorun çıkmadı.personel arkadaşlardan özellikle de Hatice ye çok teşekkür ediyorum Türkçe biliyordu her konuda yardımcı oldu bize çok nazik ve güler yüzlü tüm personel . Ayrıca terasta kahvaltılarını denemelisiniz

Kleine dingetjes die normaal zijn voor raids in Marokko zoals hotel ramen herrie op de straat zijde en badkamer met kapote duschhouder. Dus wie perfectie zoekt moet naar een hotel gaan.

Reviewed May 8, 2026The staff are SO lovely and always super helpful in terms of what to do, where to go. The bed itself was comfy and spacious. The breakfast is also great and feels very authentic. The location is great if you want to be out of the madina.
It’s a little noisy at night as the bedroom is just off the main lobby, and the windows don’t have glass, just shutters, so you can hear everything as if it’s inside the room, It didn’t feel super private. The room could have been a little cleaner too, for example the bathroom sink and the shower towels weren’t clean.

Reviewed May 5, 2026Overall not bad in terms of location, there was a market near by as well as places to eat. Was not far from the airport as well and very close to kotoubia mosque. Very walkable.
My only complaint is that the owners mentioned a tourist tax which is fine, it was 25 dirham per person per day. So we paid him the next day in full but then later he said we didn’t pay him and we needed to give him more. He was trying to scam us out of as much money as he could. When we left he tried stopping our taxi to get more money, fortunately we had a nice taxi driver who talked to him and then we left.

Youness también fue muy amable y atendía nuestros pedidos. Bouchra muy agradable. Trato muy cálido. Todo muy limpio. El desayuno muy bueno. Además nos permitieron dejar la valija después del check out.
Nuestra habitación era pequeña para tres camas, faltaba espacio de guardado.

Er lag nog een vieze handdoek op de kamer en gebruikt oordopje in bed. Dat laatste kwamen we pas achter toen we in bed stapten en we waren al heel moe. Maar desalniettemin lekker geslapen en ontbeten. Voor ons een taxi besteld naar airport dus al met al een goede plek om te overnachten .

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026Lo que más nos gustó fue el trato del personal, Younes y su compañero (no recuerdo su nombre), fueron muy amables, nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitábamos, siempre con buena cara y dispuestos a ayudar. Los desayunos eran muy buenos. El lugar era excelente, cerca del zoco, y accesible a cualquier lugar. Nos podíamos mover libremente por el riad. Tanto el lugar y especialmente el personal hacían que te sintieran en tu hogar. Se lo recomendaré a quienes vayan y nosotros mismos cuando volvemos nos hospedaremos allí.

Avevamo l’aereo alle 5 del mattino, lui ci ha aiutato con la prenotazione del taxi e ci ha preparato la colazione da portare via, è stato molto carino. Riad molto bello con rooftop. Posizione top, non c’era il casino della Medina, ma allo stesso tempo era vicino.
Più attenzione alla biancheria.

The Riad hosted a wedding celebration the night of our arrival and invited us to celebrate and dine with them multiple times! The location is very central to everything, the markets were a 10 minute walk and many tours picked us up right outside the door. The breakfast was perfect and the room was very clean!

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026The rooms were clean, bathroom was nice, the beds were comfortable, offered a hair dryer and the rooftop terrasse was beautiful! The staff was incredible, Mohammed and Youness were SOOO kind and so accommodating! They even made a free breakfast for my sister and brother in law who were staying at another riad that didnt offer breakfast.
