قابلنا الموظفة في آخر يوم وكانت لطيفة الموقع كان جيد

الشقة صغيرة والمبلغ كبير بالنسبة للشقة والغرف ليش بها تبريد وكان الجو حار وكانت توجد مروحة في كل غرفة ولم تفي بالغرض .. واضطررنا فتح النوافذ لتبريد الغرف ولكن لم نسلم من الحشرات وكان الجيران مزعجين جدا بعد 11 مساءً

The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The location was excellent, close to shops, restaurants, and the main attractions in Kaprun. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing significant. Everything met our expectations.

Als ik moet gaan muggenziften wellicht te smalle bedden, maar staat niet in verhouding tot de positieve zaken van de accommodatie. Top verblijf 👍

Lage im Erdgeschoss, jeder kann in die Wohnung sehen

Lage war sehr gut, die Aussicht des Apartments E21 war schön, direkter Blick aufs Kitzsteinhorn <3

Prostorný apartmán s terasou, ideální pro 6 lidí. Parkování v garáži a zastávka skibusu hned u budovy.

Super friendly staff. And excellent location with a pool and sauna in the basement.

Beautiful place, cosy, well decorated and amazing set up of the kitchen. So many utensils - more than we have a ever seen in any rental apartment.

One day unfortunately there was no hot water... This was an issue in the whole building and it got resolved eventually. We were able to shower in the Wellness area. Also the walk to the wellness area is a bit odd as you have to walk through the garage. But you get used to it :)

الموقع الإطلالة الهدوء حجم الشقة كبير الحديقة كبيرة فيها طاولة 6 أشخاص و الإطلالة على الجبل المطبخ مجهز بالكامل سرعة تجاوب مالك الشقة شكرا لهم . صراحة المكان يستحق الزيارة اكثر من مرة شقة C3

مواقف السيارات في البيسمنت ضيقة خصوصا إذا كان عندك سيارة فان

فعلا مكان روعه وصاحب المنزل متعاون معانا وطيب والاستقبال طيبون انصح به وكل مره سوف أحجزه ممتاز 👍

Great location, right beside the bus stops. Alternatively a short walk to slopes and supermarket. Well equipped, clean apartment. Thoroughly recommend.

Location. Excellent for bus but also only a 5-10 minute walk to Maiskogel lift and centre of town Very comfortable with all amenities we needed. Plenty of towels, robes, crockery, toilet roll etc Good sized apartment. Good boot room and nice to have pool and sauna.

Pool could be a bit warmer

Great location 5 min easy walk to ski lift and town centre. Also has a bus stop outside the door. The owners were very helpful and give great instructions. The apartment was very clean and had everything you would need. The swimming pool and sauna were a lovely bonus. We used them most evenings.

Nothing. However, we understood it was 3 bedrooms, but the 3rd bedroom was a mezzanine above the living area with a low ceiling. We had children and they were happy with it. But it might not suit adults or couples looking for a 3 bedroomed apartment.

Excellent location. Spacious and comfortable.

Chipped cups and burnt pan. Replaced immediately. Chewing gum stuck on wall and lamp. Better attention to detail as they ask for a €500 deposit but didn’t check when last clients stayed.

That it was clean although a bit difficult to find in the dark. Should emphasise their is a boot room in garage as we didn’t realise until 3 rd day and paid at the chairlift.

Good size apartment. Nice and clean. Ski room, pool and sauna facilities were excellent. The under floor heating system is very good in the rooms. We were able to dry towels etc easily on the clothes horse provided. The apartments are in a good location, only a short walk to the town centre and a 5 min walk to the castle. The local bus stop is right outside the apartments also.

Facilities in the room are good. Although nice and clean the walls were ready for a lick of paint and quite a bit of the crockery was chipped, but this did not affect our stay.

It was spacious, comfortable, clean and the location was good. Good communication with owner who was very helpful.

Lovely spacious apartment with parking, onsite ski room, very close to town centre. Good facilities to stay in.

Microwave didn’t have glass dish at bottom.

The apartment was amazing, clean, everything we needed, amazing location with buses stopping outside/across the road. The hosts onsite were lovely and very accommodating. Quick to help with issues like getting in and getting extra ropes.

We had a strange experience booking. We originally booked Saturday - Friday, messaged to ask if we could add the Saturday, they said yes and we paid the extra, booked our flights etc. Then about a month before travelling I checked and the dates hadn't been updated, emailed them and they were pretty rude and just kept repeating the original dates and saying someone else was booked that Friday night, despite screenshots of the messages. In the end I contacted booking.com who contacted the hosts and sorted it all out quickly and the dates were updated. It was very stressful at the time though.

Bread delivery was very good and appreciated!

The location is very beatifull and close to the bus.

Great location, only a 5 minute walk to lift. The apartment was a good size and very modern and clean. Pool and Spa area were a great addition to our stay! Would highly recommend this accommodation and will be staying here again in the future! 5*

There were no towel rails in the bathrooms or toilet, so we had towels everywhere!

Excellent location, good facilities, clean, welcoming. Building is warm and cosy, has under ground parking, lovely swimming pool and sauna. High end finish would good appliances. Good quality bedding and comfortable. Really good showers high pressure.

No hot tub which would be good after a days skiing, we couldn't find any scissors in our apartment.

The sauna and location are perfect for ski season

The gentleman owner was rude. My booking was 2 apartments , one of them as described in first floor with 2 king size beds but They gave me apartment in ground floor on street and one room with bunk bed when I told him they changed the description in booking site, the apartment doesn't have privacy because anyone walking on the street could see you The second apartment was great but it's too much noisy from the traffic and walking person all night
