Lokalizacja bardzo korzystna. Blisko do najblizszego przystanku autobusowego. blisko do restauracji

Niestety wokół obiektu zbierało sie bardzo dużo owadów (muchy)

Clealiness

We were scammed by someone using this host's information, and we lost thousands.

alles prima uns hat’s an nix gefehlt … allerdings hat der Vogel unsere Bäckerlieferung geklaut - also lieber selbst holen statt liefern lassen!

Kiátás a Kaptunk gleccserre.

Location good. Lovely Mountain View and small safe outdoor area for our granddaughter to run around. Great underground car park. Lovely pool. Comfortable beds.

Mismatched glasses. Kitchen knives blunt. We don’t use the sofa bed. As a sofa it was just adequate.

Modern and clean and good parking and facilities

Level of kitchen and dining equipment of our specific apartment needs to be reviewed to make it a genuine self catering option. Apartments seem to be owned by individuals and managed by the agency

The apartment was beautiful and the location was excellent. We enjoyed it.

but unfortunately, many services were missing, such as permanent reception, apartment cleaning service, luggage porter service and transportation to the apartment, and regular garbage changing service. I hope for more improvement and attention next time.

Sehr dreckig,überall Müll

Comfortable apartment warm great view

Absolutely nothing in kitchen no tea salt pepper paper towel we had to ask for garbage bags the tv didn’t work the whole time we were there

The Wi-Fi was not working for three days, and the heater was also not working. The water was extremely cold, to the point that it was difficult to even wash hands. In addition, the girls at the reception provided poor service; they seemed unhappy and were not helpful.

Bardzo fajne, duże, czyste pachnące apartamenty. Do tego basen i sauna super.

Hałas z ulicy nad ranem.

Tágas lakás, hangulatos és újszerű berendezés, szobákban sok tárolóhely, nappalihoz tartozó teraszról hegyekre néző panoráma, jól felszerelt konyha, ingyenes mélygarázs, gyalogosan a közelben étterem és szupermarket, kedves és segítőkész recepciós, a szálláshoz grátisz kapott Kaprun kártyával járó kedvezmények.

A lakásban a kevés lámpa és a takarékos izzók miatt esténként kevés a fény, ami főleg a konyhában és az étkezőben zavaró. A lakásban a folyosón mozgás érzékelős automata lámpa, ami néha éjjel is randomfelkapcsolt.

Spacious and comfortable apartment ideal for ski trip. Underground allocated parking.

More cupboard space would be helpful. Adequate under normal circumstances, but tight for ski trips.

A bútorok lassan cserére szorulnak (nappali műbőr ülőgarnitúra, ágy) .

. Unit size . Location . View . Unit equipment, everything available specially kitchen needs . Cleanliness

No AC

Lockation was good

Parking was very conjusted

I love to stay there 🙂

Nothing

The apartment itself was nice and modern, however there was a serious issue with pricing. Upon arrival, we were hit with a hidden €215 “final cleaning” fee that was not clearly disclosed when we booked (it was only mentioned in fine print and not included in the total price shown). This fee significantly increased the cost of our 2-night stay – by almost 35% more than what we expected to pay. I find this practice extremely non-transparent and unfair to guests. Both the hotel and the booking site refused to refund the charge, so I want to warn others to be aware of this hefty hidden fee.

Only the location .

They are as follows:- 1) Office The receptionist who was over 30 years old and blonde , was not qualified for her job as she was not polite and nice in her conversation with the customer and spoke in a loud and provocative voice and she did not even explain to us the accommodation facilities . 2) The accommodation was not clean .

Location

I didn’t like the cleanness and the smell of the cows enters to the room , the car park is very cramped , employee in not friendly

After changing my apartment, the view was amazing and the apartment was excellent

The place of residence was beautiful after my apartment was changed because it was on the ground floor. In fact, it was like a basement, and anyone entering the building could see us in the hall. The hall does not have curtains, but rather has light net curtains, and this makes the apartment uncomfortable. Indeed, after submitting a complaint, an amount of 200 euros was paid. To change the apartment to a higher one and have more rooms because there is no other apartment, and the new apartment had a wonderful view The internet was very, very weak and the reception was not cooperative in responding via WhatsApp, according to what I was informed, any WhatsApp request will be processed.

Location + cleanness

The card to enter the building and the appartement often did not work and we had to call and wait a long time for someone to come and let us in. Being on the ground floor other tenants would knock our balcony door -even at night- to let them in the main building entrance because of the same issue. The kitchen was not well equipped. The reception service was very limited - not very helpful. The internet connection was poor.

Modern, spacious and clean and really well equipped. Sauna and pool easy to access

Just a small walk from centre of town, however ski bus stop opposite
