Reviewed May 28, 2026Good location, as far as Cancun goes, since the city itself is not particularly pleasant for walking because of its huge streets and difficult intersections. There are some nice restaurants and a coffeehouse nearby. The room is wonderful - perfectly clean, with a huge and very comfortable bed and Rocio is the sweetest host ever. She told us with hours about Mexico and recommended us a lot of places to visit with non-touristic tips. I definitely recommend this place to stay.

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Ula. When we arrived at the location, it turned out that we had accidentally booked the wrong dates. We were lucky enough to run into the amazing host, who quickly helped us resolve the issue. The host is a wonderful lady who made us feel very welcome and is the main reason we would totally recommend a stay here. Additionally, the room was clean, spacious and had a nice set of utilities. There are also some small but very comfortable places outside of your room, like the pool and lounge, which are ideal for a chill afternoon. In general, Casa Ula is an incredible budget-friendly find with top-tier service! We would definitely come again :)

Bedroom Doors require a 7 digit code to enter which is rather noisey when punching in. So throughout the night as guests were returning in early hours the loud beeping became annoying especially when most couldn’t get the code right first time.
