Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Tenia una bonita piscina. El auto chek in facilito nuestro ingreso.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026The location is great, walkable to downtown and walkable to the bus station to reach the hotel zone. They allowed us late checkout without an extra cost which was really helpful on a work day to finish working at the unit. The wifi was strong enough to stream conference calls and netflix with no issues.
The pool was murky, to the point we didnt ever get in it due to it being so cloudy and dirty. The cans of roach spray in the lobby for guests to use were off-putting when we arrived, but we never did have a roach issue. Our window in our shower couldnt close all the way, so we had to leave it open, making us more worried about bugs.

Reviewed Mar 19, 2026We had a really pleasant stay at Viento Suites. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it very comfortable throughout our stay. One of the biggest advantages is the location — it’s very convenient, with tour buses departing from nearby, which made getting around and exploring super easy. There are also multiple convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance, so everything you need is close by. The area felt quiet and safe, which added to the overall comfort and peace of mind during our stay. Overall, a great place to stay in Cancun with a perfect balance of comfort and location. Highly recommended!
The only downside was a slight weird smell in the bathroom, and it would have been nice if coffee kits were provided, as this is quite common in other hotels in the area.

Reviewed Feb 10, 2026There’s a lot to do for children. The staff is friendly. The beach is amazing.
This is a huge resort. They pack this resort to the fullest and there is not enough staff or resources to accommodate the guests. People wait in line to eat. To reserve an à la cart you have to make sure you book at 8:00am. (A la cartes are to be booked between 8 and 10 pm.)Or you don’t get a reservation. People are on vacation not everyone wakes up early to book their dinner. There are not enough beach/pool beds. You have to wake up at 7 to put your towels either on the beach or pool. It’s just not relaxing enough. Too many guests not enough resources. I felt rushed and not relaxed at all.

There's a few dogs either next door or on the property that barked every 15 minutes. I stayed here 7 days and without fail every single day they would be barking day and night. If you sleep with headphones in or earplugs then I'd highly recommend this property. Otherwise, I'd reconsider.
