Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Franchement cette location mériterait un 10/10 s'il n'y avait pas 2 points négatifs. La maison est très bien rénovée avec des meubles de qualité. L'extérieur est très joli et les hôtes très accueillants. La literie est très bonne.
Le plancher de l'étage grince et les portes et poignées aussi. Impossible d'aller aux toilettes la nuit sans réveiller tout le monde. Le portail pour le stationnement de la voiture se trouve dans un virage très dangereux sans aucune visibilité. Il faut quelqu'un au milieu du virage pour vous guider pour sortir. ATTENTION: ce n'est pas parce qu'il y a une petite clim mobile individuelle que vous avez le droit de dire que la maison est climatisée !

Alles perfekt, bei der Ausfahrt muss man aufpassen da Kurve nicht einsehbar ist!

Reviewed Mar 13, 2026Super plek om met een grotere groep te kunnen overnachten. Gezien het heerlijk zonnig was werd het terras op zijn plek gebracht en de barbeque naar buiten gebracht voor ons. Wij hebben met 6 volwassenen en een kind GENOTEN van ons verblijf. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2026Het is een ruim huis met een ruime tuin. Alles is keurig schoon en er zijn voldoende handdoeken e.d. beschikbaar voor een grote groep mensen. Eric is een vriendelijke host en heeft ons een goede uitleg en rondleiding gegeven.

Oprijlaan met poort ligt in een bocht, voor de veiligheid moet er iemand op de weg gaan staan om uit te kijken als je de weg op wilt. Maar voor de rest prima.

Reviewed Nov 1, 2024Great home - cozy, clean, and well equipped. Host (Eric) lives nearby and promptly addresses any minor issues. Convenient location to use the home as a base and explore Belgium by car. Bruges, Ghent, Brussels, Leuven, Antwerp, Pairi Daiza, even Dinant - all within reasonable driving distance (but beware of trafic around Brussels!).
Not much really. We were a bit confused about which driveway to use when we arrived in the darkness - screenshot from google maps would be handy. May be a bit remote location - it takes some time of countryside driving to get to the motorway.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2024The property is clean, spacious & very well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped & the bedrooms were comfortable. The large garden & outdoor spaces are lovely. The host, Eric, was very welcoming & went the extra mile to make our stay a pleasure. The area itself is quiet but makes an ideal base for cycling the famous Tour of Flanders cobbles & bergs, or just for a leisurely ride along the river towpath to Oudenaarde. Ghent & Bruges are easily visited on the train from nearby Zingem station.

Reviewed May 19, 2024It is such a beautiful home with very modern amenities. 3 separate bedrooms, plus a sofa bed & screen ready to go off the downstairs dining area. A kitchen & dining table. A separate lounge/ dining area. The garden was fantastic, that included a table chairs & umbrella. Also the use of locked storage for cycles which was very welcome. It was a semi rural home on the edge of a village.
I would have liked a fan in the main bedroom as I get hot often in the evening.

Reviewed Jul 30, 2023We loved how modern the house was! It truly amazed us at how new and clean everything was. We felt like we were staying in a model home. Everything was high quality and extremely comfortable. The attention to detail was superb and the organization of information was helpful and impressive. We couldn't recommend this property enough.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2023The house is equipped with all sorts of amenities and is elegantly decorated and is clean. It has a big backyard which is in a very good condition. I love the hospitality and kindness of the owner. We found out that we got a flat tile on the day we check out. The host let us stay in the house (we have three children) and eagerly provided all sorts of help. We've waited the rescue from our car hire company for 7 hours and the host regularly came to check the status and wanted to provide water and drinks. I'm really graceful for host's generosity. I will definitely go to this place again if I plan to visit the vicinities of the area.
