Fabulous property, newly refurbished to a VERY high standard, very spacious well equipped property, spotlessly clean and excellent facilities. Full size dishwasher, a washing machine and tumble dryer. Property has air conditioning and very comfortable beds. Eric the host is extremely helpful offering advice on best way to travel into Ghent, the train and tram worked very well on Eric's suggestion. One of the best properties we have stayed in for a long time, fully recommend and looking forward to visiting again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Fantastic property in a village, slightly off the beaten-track next to wide open fields with a fantastic view over said fields. Host (Eric) was fantastic, pleasant and friendly! Recently renovated property, modern, clean, tidy - if we're coming back to the area, we'd absolutely look to stay again if available.

Wir waren in Tagen bis zu 40° in der Wohnung. Sie war angenehm zu klimatisieren, da 2 gut arbeitende Ventilatoren zur Verfügung standen.l, die die Wohnung gut bewohnbar machten.

Die Dusche bedundet sixh in einer Badewanne. Bei nassem Boden wurde die Wanne sehr glatt, so dass man nur mit besonderer Vorsicht duschen konnte. Ich habe mich ununterbrochen mit einer Hand an Stange od. Heizung festhalten müssen. Der Ausstieg aus der Wanne war dann hochrisikovoll.

Fijn appartement.

Prachtig gerestaureerde hoeve met verschillende units die afgehuurd kunnen worden. Ons appartement was zeer netjes. De keuken was ruim voorzien van glazen, bestek, borden, kookpotten e.d. waardoor je perfect zelf zou kunnen koken mocht je dat willen. Bedden ware comfortabel. Voldoende handdoeken e.d. aanwezig. In de omgeving zijn er verschillende wandel en fietsmogelijkheden. De gastheer was erg vriendelijk.

De slaapkamers zijn van de leefruimte afgesloten met glazen schuifdeuren waardoor het wel erg gehorig is als niet alle gasten op hetzelfde tijdstip wakker willen worden.

Alles was perfect in orde. Een prachtig appartement, mooie omgeving, leuke mensen. Ook zijn allerlei snufjes zoals handdoeken, wc papier, peper en zout,… aanwezig.

Der Gastgeber hat uns freundlich empfangen und hat jederzeit schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Die Wohnung ist modern, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer zum Hof ist sehr ruhig. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz befindet sich auf dem Hof. Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden.

Heel mooi verblijf. Alles was in de woning aanwezig. Het was er heel netjes. Veel ruimte. De keuken was heel goed uitgerust. Heel vriendelijk onthaal. Zeer mooie wandelomgeving. Prima bed.

Zeer proper, alles aanwezig, handdoeken, keukenlinnen,haardroger, keukengerief, .. Goede bedden. Fietswegen dichtbij. Vriendelijke eigenaars. Mooie tuin en gebouw.

Eigenlijk niets. 1 slaapkamer ligt wel tegen de baan maar dat wisten we en heeft niet gestoord. Geen vliegenramen, maar geen probleem geweest.

The property was a superbly converted/extended building on what we assume was a former farm. The conversion & fitting out work was completed in 2023 to a superb standard, with excellent furnishings & equipment. The large garden is immaculate. Situated within a 1 or 2 km of the River Scheldt, countryside is very scenic & a pleasure to walk around, especially as we are keen birdwatchers.

The toilet area was fitted out wonderfully but was rather compact

Uitchecken moest je melde en duurde wat lang.

Het is een prachtig huisje en erg aardige mensen.

Heerlijk verblijf met smaakvolle knusse inrichting. Uitstekend uitgeruste keuken. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar

Établissement très propre et bien décoré. Des aménagements de qualité. Un hôte très gentil et prévenant.

C'est un petit bémol : la route devant les fenêtres de la chambre génère un peu de bruit.

Tolle und günstige Unterkunft mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder im nächsten Jahr. Die Landstraße hat uns wenig gestört da wir die Fenster geschlossen hielten. Im Sommer denke ich, ist der Autoverkehr etwas störend beim Schlafen.

Es gab nichts negatives. Eine ganz tolle Unterkunft!

A lovely modern ground floor apartment located in a large old house. Wonderful outside space with views over the beautiful gardens. The owner was very helpful giving us information on how to find the local train station for a day trip to Brugge. The area is very quiet and relaxing and perfect for cyclists with traffic free routes available from the front door. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. There was a secure building for our cycles.

Er is wat onduidelijkheid over het wel of niet mogen gebruiken van de verharde weg die bij de accommodatie loopt (hofje). Bij aankomst werd aangegeven dat het wel mocht voor uitladen, maar bij vertrek werden wij er op gewezen dat het niet de bedoeling was dat we de weg gebruiken voor keren of inladen. Wij hadden gelukkig weinig spullen mee, maar voor zwaar beladen gasten goed om dit duidelijk te hebben. Maar goed, als dat het is, dan is er dus theoretisch niets aan de hand.

De mooie entourage en het moderne interieur met goede verlichting en moderne apparatuur.

Zeer compleet uitgerust, zeer schoon, prachtig appartement, prachtige tuin, lieve mensen, enorme aanrader!

Schitterende woning alles is aanwezig, sfeervol, gezellig en zeer schoon. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren en ook erg behulpzaam. Fijn dat er een schuurtje was voor onze fietsen. Zeker een aanrader

Die Unterkunft war hervorragend. Die Ausstattung könnte nicht besser sein. Es ist alles vorhanden, was auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt werden könnte. Außerdem war die Wohnung sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet und der Hof ist sehr gepflegt. Die Außenbereiche laden zum verweilen ein und haben eine tolle Atmosphäre. Wir haben das Apartment für den Ausgangspunkt für das Rennrad benutzt und die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Nur unweit von Oudenaarde entfernt, ist die Wohnung ein idealer Startort.

Lovely modern contemporary home in beautiful garden setting. Good local walking information. Charming and helpful hosts.

The location was beautiful , the rooms were clean and spacious .The hosts were awsome !

Overall very clean and spacious., the kitchen had all mod cons and utensils. Great outside area for evenings. Nice views or surrounding areas. Bike storage. Short walk to the river and walking trails. A home from home! Accommodating hosts throughout the trip.

Due to location a car is recommended

The accommodation and the decoration was perfect, it was a really lovely stay, the owners were very polite and friendly. An experience 100% recomendable.

We had a great time here. All accommodation is really new and neat. We had all the amenities that we needed and could think of. The outside area was beautiful and a wonderful place to enjoy the great weather. Eric and Myriam were great hosts and always helpful. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Pretty much everthing! It was modern, brand new, immaculately clean, decorated very tastefully, wonderful beds, soft water system throughout, beautiful gardens meticulously maintained, free parking, top tier kitchen appliances, except for food well equipped kitchen, fantastic supply of fluffy towels, generous size toiletries, hair dryer, well placed outlets throughout. Location perfect for a visit to Ghent. Wonderful brand new grocery store with an excellent selection a few minutes away. Host was friendly, helpful, responsive and answered all questions.

Although in a beautiful country setting there is a somewhat busy road in the front of the property. However at night it becomes very quiet.

This is located in a location 25 minutes by car to Ghent in a very beautiful rural area, far from city noise, where all neighbors have neat houses and beautiful gardens. The accomodation itself is one apartment inside what looks an old farm, having a wide grass garden where kids could play football. The apartment had everything needed and very clean. The host is leaving discretly at location in a separate part of the farm house. He was very helpful for every question or request, a real warm person. In the area there are long paths to walk or ride a bike and admire the villages and the nature - truely relaxing. One of the eating locations in the village (La Moliere) was very pleasant and very good food. For sure there are more to try them out, but we only stayed 2 nights. Would definetely come back again, but for sure we will plan more than 2 nights stay.

We should have had more time to spend there and also get to rent a bike

- Excellent apartment for cyclist, because you are able to start your ride from your 'apartment door'. - great quality towels and linen, bed was also comfortable - good storageroom for bikes and many closets for clothes - clean apartment and modern and beautiful decoration, felt like 4-star hotelroom - beautiful environment: old farm house with friendly hosts - garden

It's hard to thing what the hosts could make even better... maybe more plastic bags for garbage (more than one) and recycling 'system' under the kitchen sink (separate boxes for plastic, greens, paper ets.)

The facilities are excellent and location waa good for us too

The property was exceptionally clean and well equipped, we couldn’t have wished for more and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was a perfect for walking/cycling in the countryside and we would love to return.
