Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Wir durften früher in unser Zimmer. Ich kann mich den vorherigen mega guten Bewertungen leider nicht anschließen. Was ich sagen kann ist, das das Hostel für den Preis wirklich in Ordnung ist. Die Preis Leistung ist gut. Es ist aber absolut "Basic". Die Mitarbeiter sind da und helfen, wenn man fragt, sie haben bei uns aber jetzt nicht mit Freundlichkeit gepunktet. Sie haben weder gegrüßt, noch sich für uns interessiert. Das Frühstück besteht aus zwei eiern (unterschiedliche Zubereitung) und Kaffee oder Tee und eine Banane. Das war's. Also absolut "Basic". Für den Preis also OK, aber nicht mehr erwarten. Wer eine günstige Unterkunft braucht und keine Ansprüche hat ist hier genau richtig. Es war OK sauber und die Lage war auch ganz gut. Was wir empfehlen können sind die Ausflüge zu den Wasserfällen und das Canyoning. Das war wirklich Klasse und gut organisiert.

Unser Zimmer hat leider nicht so ausgesehen wie auf den bildern bei booking, wir hatten 2 Duschen, 2 WC und 2 Waschbecken jedoch alles eher alt und sehr hellhörig, für 1 Nacht war es okay

Breakfast was slightly small and sometimes coming back at 8:30pm the curtains would be closed and lights off so felt like we were disturbing

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026🇯🇵2人6泊で12500円くらいでお得に泊まれました。近くに飲食店·コンビニ·ランドリーがあり生活するのに困りません。 ダラットマーケットまでも、車が通れない裏道を歩いていくと5分くらいで着きます。 朝食も毎日、パンと卵とバナナにコーヒーと出ますので、お得です。 深夜も静かな場所です。 タオルは、こちらから言えば毎日交換してくれます。 従業員の方たちは、とても愛想がよく、また利用したいです。。
hostelなので、シーツの交換は無かったです。 支払い方法がチェックアウトの時に後払いだったので、分かりづらかったです。

Reviewed May 20, 2026I had the worst hostel experience of my entire trip in Vietnam at Hello Dalat Hostel. The bed was completely dirty when I arrived, and there were clearly stained sheets that looked like they had not been changed from previous guests. There was even what appeared to be human feces on some of the bedding, which is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. What made the situation even worse was the owner’s attitude. I reported the problem, but they did not seem to care at all and barely responded. There was no real attempt to solve the issue or even apologize properly. Cleanliness and basic hygiene should be the minimum standard for any hostel. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst accommodation experience I had in Vietnam, and I would not recommend staying here.

Reviewed May 11, 2026We loved our stay at Hello Dalat Hostel because everything was quiet, comfortable, and private. The bed was extremely comfortable, and after almost two months of travelling, having a TV with Netflix was a great change. The breakfast was simple but very much appreciated — eggs, fruit, Vietnamese coffee, or tea. The hotel is located in a small alley, so it is super quiet and peaceful. The owners were also very respectful and relaxed, never trying to push tours or services, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

La piscine est abritée au rez-de-chaussée donc ne pas s'attendre à être nager sous le soleil, mais c'est conforme aux photos. L'emplacement a côté du marché de nuit est super mais nous a demandé de dormir avec des bouchons d'oreilles.

Of course, for the price, you shouldn’t expect a spotless 5-star hotel—so it’s important to keep your expectations realistic. A nice bonus is the simple breakfast they provide (eggs, bread, and coffee), which I really enjoyed. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026Arrivé dans la chambre à 14h, draps pleins de tâches (tâche propre selon le gérant… ok… mais un trou de cendre sur le draps je ne suis pas sûr que ça soit propre…) bref nous change de draps (qui sont toujours aussi sale). Trace de selles dans les toilettes, poils, cheveux (aussi présent dans les draps), fais le ménage sous nos yeux : le ménage pour eux passer un coup de jet d’eau dans la salle de bain. Ok le prix n’est pas chère mais ne justifie pas un travail bâcle. Pas dutout ressemblant aux photos qui je pense ont été prise le jour de l’ouverture il y a bien longtemps maintenant. Tache de PARTOUT sur les murs non identifiable (et je ne préfère pas y penser). Nous proprose d’aller sur le rooftop le temps du ménage : une déchèterie avec de la terre de la poussière des épines et des mégots sur 3m2… Les photos parlent d’elles mêmes…

la chambre attribuée ne correspondait pas à la réservation (2 adulte et 1 enfant), on s'est retrouvé dans une chambre exiguë. Le personnel n'a pas entendu notre réclamation. nous avons dû changer de chambre car elle était sale , touffes de cheveux par terre et paroie douche encaissée. personnel souvent absent donc pas d'interlocuteur.

Contrate mis excursiones con el hotel, hice laundry y me ayudaron a contactar con la compañía de bus, quería recalcar que me sentí muy segura y a gusto. La habitación era pequeña pero cómoda, quizás el hecho de que estuviera en un callejón fue lo que menos me gustó, pero era seguro. Gracias!

They call it a hostel, but honestly? Premium quality. Very high-end. The rain shower was incredible, better than standard showers, much better. The shower door? Very modern, very smart. Not a normal door. A sliding door, it saves space, very efficient. Brilliant design. Electronic key card instead of a key. Tremendous idea. Easy to carry, not bulky, very convenient. Why doesn’t everyone do this? Smart people running this place. Breakfast was very nice. A small breakfast, but a good one, a quality breakfast. We got toast with egg. You can choose scrambled or fried. We went with scrambled. Smart choice. Very soft, very fresh. We put chilli sauce on the toast. That’s how they do it here, and honestly? Fantastic. Spicy, filling, wakes you right up. A great way to start the day. Sometimes that’s all you need. The staff were excellent. Really excellent. They helped us book a tour to three waterfalls, no problems at all. The tour guide, Su—great person, great guide. People like Su make a big difference. You can buy water at the accommodation and it’s great value. 5k VND for a small bottle, 10k VND for a big one. Very fair prices, very reasonable. We asked for extra toilet paper and it was free. No charge. That’s how you treat guests. Overall? Highly recommended. One of the best

The place is in an alley away from traffic, which is great if you like quiet. The rooftop lounge is cozy. Hot water in shower without any issues. The desk is big enough for computer and mouse.
Room feels a little small in the 302 that I was in. There was a WIFI outage, and it wasn't very strong later during the day. Hopefully it's a one time thing. The room on the top floor does get both a bit warm during the day, and cold during the evening. The bathroom window does not close. Kitchen cannot be used by guests. No elevator. Towels a little small.

Il personale della struttura molto molto gentile e disponibile. Al mattino fanno un caffè buonissimo. La stanza era piccola, ma molto pulita e accogliente. Letto comodo e doccia super, acqua calda! Il rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo!

Reviewed Oct 18, 2025The roome is small but has everything you need, it's super clean and the bed is so comfortable, it feels more like a guesthouse than an hostel. The shower is one of the best I had in vietnam, prefect pressure and hot. There's no air-conditioning but you don't really need it in dalat the fan does the job! There is also no elevator, the highest floor is 3rd. The staff is amazing and super helpful! Thank you so much 🙏🏻

Месторасположенте- в глухом закоулке среди мусора и стройки, окна выходят на какую то посойку, в 100 м находится караоке клуб. Завтрак- это два полусырых тоста с яичницей и бананом. Утюга нет, мыла нет. Душ висит прямо над унитазом.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2025Personnel adorable et disponible. C'est un petit hotel plein de charme, idéalement situé proche du centre de Ða Lat. Les chambres sont petites mais confortables, on a très bien dormi dans un calme presque surprenant en centre ville.
Notre chambre familiale n'était pas disponible à notre arrivée. L'hôtel nous a trouvé une solution convenable avec 2 chambres, mais nous étions séparés.
